STRIKE AND MASS RALLIES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AGAINST THE ANTI-LABOUR BILL

Thousands of strikers demonstrated on 21/09/23 in Athens, Thessaloniki and dozens of other cities in Greece, refusing to accept modern slavery, no matter how many laws and provisions are introduced by the state, all governments over the years and the employers in an effort to consolidate it. Strikers in the private and public sector asserted their just demands for contemporary rights, for stable work and working hours, for 7-hours workday 5 days a week, for collective labour agreements with increases in salaries.

The workers and trade unions flooded Athens with their mass rally, stressing that “The 8-hour day was won with the workers’ struggles and blood”, defying employer's intimidation, the government's slander on the workers’ struggles, and the silence of the compromised leadership of trade unions.

Apart from condemning the bill – monstrosity, the rally was turned into a space for the expression of anger and indignation of tens of thousands of workers and young people, of the toiling people who on the one hand see their income been eaten away and on the other hand are forced by the government to work 13 hours a day; who, on the one hand, work like a dog and, on the other, are victims of a completely hostile state and suffer from the criminal policy which is based on the cost vs benefit notion.

While the workers were demonstrating outside the parliament, MPs of the KKE were struggling inside the parliament, taking the bill apart and exposing the government’s big lies and deception. They called upon the workers and the people to show no tolerance to today’s barbarity and made it clear that the KKE will continue with greater determination being at the forefront of the organization of the workers’-people’s struggle to cancel the anti-labour monstrosity in practice and strengthen the counterattack of the people against capitalist barbarity. 

DIMITRIS KOUTSOUMBAS: The labour movement gave a resounding response to the bill-monstrosity and the criminal policy

Dimitris Koutsoumbas, GS of the CC of the KKE, attended the strike rally at Syntagma and made the following statement:

“Today the labour-trade union movement throughout the country gave a resounding response to the government, the state, the employers and the compromised leadership of the General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE), triggered by the anti-labour bill – monstrosity that is introduced in Parliament.

Moreover, they gave a resounding response to the government’s big lie and deception about the salary progression every three years as well as its criminal policy that destroys the Greek people’s lives, properties and rights based on the cost vs benefit notion, serving the profits of the few.

That is why the only solution is: All for one and one for all”.

ЗАБАСТОВКА И КРУПНЫЕ МИТИНГИ ПО ВСЕЙ СТРАНЕ ПРОТИВ АНТИРАБОЧЕГО ЗАКОНОПРОЕКТА

Как бы государство, правительства и работодатели ни пытались узаконить современное рабство, внося законы и положения, трудящиеся частного и государственного секторов Афин, Салоников и десятков других городов Греции выразилисвое намерение не мириться с ним и 21 сентября приняли участие взабастовке, выдвигаясвои справедливые требования о соблюдении прав на постоянную работу, 7-часовой рабочий день, 5-дневку, 35-часовую рабочую неделю, о подписании коллективных трудовых договоров, предусматривающих повышение заработной платы и дневного заработка.

«8-часовой рабочий день был завоеван борьбой и кровью», - скандировали трудящиеся и профсоюзы, наводнившие улицы Афин, выступая против террора работодателей, очернения правительством рабочей борьбы, операции навязывания «молчания» со стороны работодателей.

Помимо осуждения уродливого законопроекта, митинг превратился в трибуну выражения гнева трудящихся и молодежи, людей труда, которые, с одной стороны, видят, как испаряются их доходы, а с другой,  -  как правительство уготавливает им 13-часовой рабочий день.С одной стороны, они гнутся на работе, а с другой – становятся жертвами враждебного по своей сути государства, его преступной политики «затрат и выгод».

В то время как трудящиеся  митинговаливозле парламента, в его стенахдепутаты КПГ  занимались разносом в пух и прах законопроекта, разоблачая наглую ложь правительства в отношении рабочего движения.Они призвали трудящихся, народ не мириться с современным варварством, давая ясно понять, что КПГ с еще большей решимостью продолжит возглавлять организацию рабочей народной борьбы за отмену антирабочего закона на практике, а также усилит вместе снародом контрнаступление против капиталистическоговарварства.

ДИМИТРИС КУЦУМБАС: Рабочее движение дает громкий ответ на уродливый законопроект  и преступную политику

Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас принял участие в забастовочном митинге на площади Синтагма и в своем заявлении отметил:

«Сегодня рабочее и профсоюзное движение по всей стране дает громкий ответ правительству, государству, крупным работодателям, скомпрометировавшему себя руководству ГСЕЕ, в связи с внесением антирабочего уродливого законопроекта, который в эти часы обсуждается в парламенте.

Кроме того, оно дает громкий ответ на ложь, издевательствасо стороны правительства по поводу надбавок за непрерывный трехлетний стаж работы у одного работодателя, а также на его преступную политику «затрат и выгод», которая топит жизнь, имущество и права греческого народа в грязи,  обслуживает прибыль немногих. Поэтому выход один - один за всех и все за одного».

HUELGA Y GRANDES MANIFESTACIONES EN TODO EL PAÍS CONTRA EL MONSTRUOSO PROYECTO DE LEY ANTIOBRERO

El 21 de septiembre, en Atenas, Tesalónica y decenas de ciudades en Grecia, miles de trabajadores, huelguistas en el sector privado y público manifestaron su decisión de no aceptar la esclavitud contemporánea, por muchas leyes y disposiciones que promuevan el Estado, los gobiernos y la patronal para establecerla. Los huelguistas declararon sus reivindicaciones de derechos contemporáneos, de trabajo y jornada laboral fijos, de 7 horas-5 días-35 horas de trabajo por semana, de convenios colectivos de trabajo con aumentos de salarios y los sueldos.

Los trabajadores y los sindicatos destacaron que “la jornada laboral de 8 horas fue conquistada con luchas y sangre”, desafiando la intimidación patronal, la difamación de las luchas obreras por parte del gobierno, la operación de las cúpulas sindicales pactistas de imponer el “silencio”, e “inundaron” Atenas con su masiva manifestación.

Una manifestación que además de denunciar el monstruoso proyecto de ley, se convirtió en una tribuna de expresión de la rabia y la indignación para decenas de miles de trabajadores y jóvenes, para la gente popular que por un lado ve que su ingreso desaparece y por otro lado el gobierno le hace trabajar 13 horas al día. Por un lado, la gente popular trabaja duro en los centros de trabajo y, por otro lado, es la víctima de un Estado profundamente hostil ysufre de la política criminal del “coste-beneficio”.

Y mientras los trabajadores protestaban fuera del parlamento, los diputados del KKE dentro del parlamento criticaron fuertemente el proyecto de ley exponiendo las mentiras y la burla por parte del gobierno. Llamaron a los trabajadores, al pueblo a no ser tolerantes con la barbarie contemporánea y dejaron claro que el KKE seguirá con mayor determinación al frente de la organización de la lucha obrera-popular para derribar el monstruoso proyecto de ley antiobrero en la práctica, y además fortalecer el contraataque del pueblo contra la barbarie capitalista.

DIMITRIS KOUTSOUMBAS: El movimiento obrero da una respuesta contundente al proyecto de ley monstruoso y a la política criminal

El Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, asistió a la manifestación de huelga en la plaza Sintagma e hizo la siguiente declaración:

“Hoy, el movimiento obrero-sindical en todo el país da una respuesta contundente al gobierno, al Estado, a la gran patronal, a la cúpula sindical  pactista de GSEE respecto el monstruoso proyecto de ley antiobrero que está en debate ahora mismo en el Parlamento.

Además, se da una respuesta contundente a la gran mentira, a la burla de la maduración salarial de cada 3 años (trienios) que ha traído el gobierno, así como a su política criminal que hunde las vidas, la propiedad y los derechos del pueblo griego en el barro a causa de la lógica del “coste-beneficio”, a esta lógica que sirve los beneficios de unos pocos.

Por eso, solo hay una solución: Uno por todos y todos por uno”.

GRÈVE ET GRANDS RASSEMBLEMENTS DANS TOUTE LA GRÈCE CONTRE LE PROJET DE LOI ANTI-OUVRIER

            Des milliers de travailleurs grévistes du secteur privé et public ont participé à des manifestations le 21 septembre à Athènes, Thessalonique et dans des dizaines d’autres villes de Grèce, rejetant l'esclavage moderne, en dépit de toutes les lois et dispositions que l'État, les gouvernements et les employeurs utilisent pour l'établir. Ils ont revendiqué des droits modernes, un travail stable et des horaires de travail stables, 7 heures par jour - 5 jours par semaine, des conventions collectives de travail avec des augmentations de salaires.

            "La journée de 8 heures a été gagnée par des luttes sanglantes", ont rappelé les travailleurs et les syndicats, qui ont participé en masse au rassemblement, défiant le terrorisme patronal, le dénigrement des luttes ouvrières par le gouvernement et le silence de la direction syndicale compromise vis-a-vis du projet de loi.

            Ce rassemblement, outre la condamnation du projet de loi, s'est transformé en un espace d'expression de la colère et de l'indignation de dizaines de milliers de travailleurs et de jeunes gens, de ceux qui travaillent dur et qui, d'une part, voient leurs revenus fondre et, d'autre part, sont contraints par le gouvernement de travailler 13 heures par jour. Malgré leur labeur, ils sont victimes d'un État complètement hostile et ils sont écrasés par la politique criminelle basée sur l’analyse "coût-bénéfice".

            Tandis que les travailleurs manifestaient devant le parlement, à l'intérieur de celui-ci, les députés du KKE ont vivement critiqué le projet de loi, relevant les mensonges grossiers et les moqueries du gouvernement. Ils ont appelé les travailleurs, le peuple, à ne faire preuve d'aucune tolérance à l'égard de la barbarie moderne et ont clairement indiqué que le KKE continuera avec une plus grande détermination à être à l'avant-garde de l'organisation de la lutte des travailleurs et du peuple pour annuler la "monstruosité"anti-ouvrière dans la pratique, mais aussi pour renforcer la contre-attaque du peuple contre la barbarie capitaliste.

            DIMITRIS KOUTSOUMBAS: Le mouvement ouvrier répond haut et fort au projet de loi - monstruosité  et à la politique criminelle

            Le Secrétaire Général du CC du KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, a participé au rassemblement de grève à Syntagma, notant dans son communiqué:

"Aujourd'hui dans tout le pays, le mouvement ouvrier répond haut et fort au gouvernement, à l'État, aux grandes entreprises, à la direction compromise de la GSEE, face au projet de loi anti-ouvrier qui est en cours de discussion au Parlement.

            De plus, une réponse retentissante est donnée au grand mensonge, à la moquerie concernant laprogression salariale tous les trois ans, introduite par le gouvernement, mais aussi à sa politique criminelle qui détruit les vies, les biens et les droits du peuple grec par la logique de"coût-bénéfice", qui sert les profits d'une minorité.

            Il n'y a donc qu'une seule solution: Un pour tous, tous pour un".

إضراب و تظاهرات كبيرة في جميع أنحاء البلاد ضد القانون - المسخ المناهض للعمال

تظاهر آلاف العمال المضربين في القطاعين الخاص والعام يوم 21\9\2023 في في أثينا و ثِسالونيكي وعشرات مدن اليونان الأخرى، تأكيداً على مطالبهم العادلة بحقوق معاصرة، و عمل مستقر و ساعات عمل ثابتة، لمدة 7 ساعات - 5 أيام - 35 ساعة أسبوعياً و توقيع اتفاق أجور وطني مع زيادات في الرواتب و اﻷجور، مُعربين عن قرارهم بعدم قبول العبودية المعاصرة، مهما بلغ عدد القوانين والأحكام التي تحاول عبرها الدولة والحكومات و أرباب العمل جعل هذه العبودية "أمراً قائماً".

و كان العمال و النقابات قد أوضحوا: "لقد اكتسب يوم عمل لثمان ساعات عبر نضالات و بذل الدماء" و تجاهلوا الترهيب الممارس من قبل أرباب العمل، و افتراءات الحكومة على النضالات العمالية و محاولة فرض "الصمت" التي يبذلها النقابيون الصفر، حيث  أغرقت تظاهرات العمال الجماهيرية مدينة أثينا.

و إلى جانب  إدانة التظاهرة مشروع القانون المسخ، كانت قد تحوَّلت إلى منبر للتعبير عن الغضب والسخط لعشرات الآلاف من العمال والشباب، و للكادحين الذين يرون من جهة تبخُّرَ دخلهم، ومن جهة أخرى يرون قيام الحكومة بحشرهم للعمل 13 ساعة يوميا. و هم الذين يتهالكون من ناحية في مواقع العمل، و يقعون من ناحية أخرى ضحايا دولة معادية للشعب حتى النخاع، ويتحللون بسبب السياسة الإجرامية القائمة على منطق "التكلفة والمنفعة".

و أثناء تظاهر العمال خارج البرلمان، كان نواب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني داخله يوم اﻷمس يقومون بتفنيد تفصيلي لمشروع القانون، حيث فضحوا الأكاذيب الصارخة والخداع البادر من قبل الحكومة. ودعوا العمال والشعب إلى عدم إظهار أي تسامح مع البربرية المعاصرة وأوضحوا أن الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني سيواصل بتصميم أكبر تصدُّر تنظيم الصراع العمالي الشعبي من أجل  إسقاط المسخ المناهض للعمال في حيز الممارسة العملية. ولكن أيضاً من أجل لتعزيز هجوم الشعب المضاد ضد البربرية الرأسمالية.

ذيميتريس كوتسوباس: إن الحركة العمالية تقدم رداً مدوياً على مشروع القانون - المسخ  و ضد السياسة الإجرامية

حضر الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس، تظاهرة الإضراب في ساحة السيندَغما، و ذكر في سياق تصريح أدلى به:

« يتم اليوم تقديم ردٍّ مدوٍّ في جميع أنحاء البلاد من قبل الحركة العمالية النقابية ضد الحكومة والدولة و كبار أرباب العمل و ضد قيادة كونفدرالية عمال اليونان التوافقية، هذه الساعات أثناء ذروة نقاش مشروع القانون المسخ المناهض للعمال في البرلمان.

كما و يجري تقديم ردٍّ مدوٍّ آخر على الكذبة الكبرى، و خداع الحكومة الزاعم إعادتها اعتماد أحكام أقدمية السنوات الثلاث في مجال اﻷجور و الرواتب، كما و أيضاً ضد سياستها الإجرامية التي تُغرق حياة وممتلكات وحقوق الشعب اليوناني في وحول "التكلفة والمنفعة" ضمن هذا المنطق بغرض خدمة أرباح القلة.

لذا فإن الحل واحد: الواحد للجميع، والجميع للواحد».
