The 13^th Congress of KNE was successfully completed

The 13^th Congress of the youth organization of the KKE, the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE), was held at the headquarters of the KKE on 10–12 February 2023.

The opening of the proceedings took place in a climate of enthusiasm and militant optimism, in the presence of a large number of youth and militants of all ages, as well as  prominent figures in the field of art, literature, culture and sports. The opening was also attended by a large delegation of the CC of the KKE, headed by the General Secretary of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, as well as delegations from 28 Communist Youth and Anti-imperialist Organizations, while many others sent messages of greetings.

“We express our full solidarity with the neighbouring peoples of Turkey and Syria, who are suffering the consequences of past week’s devastating earthquake”, said N. Ambatielos, Secretary of the outgoing Central Council of KNE.

“We are guided by the Resolution of the 21^st Congress of our Party for a ‘Strong KKE; Mind-Heart-Organizer of the workers’-people’s struggle, for socialism’, as its slogan said, the contemporary revolutionary Programme of the KKE, the conclusions drawn from the study of the Party's History, as comprehensively reflected in the volumes of the History Essay of the history of the KKE, which is a valuable asset for every young communist today. Through our discussion and the Resolution of the 13^th Congress, we declare that we will succeed in meeting these expectations. With thousands of young people who will join the class struggles, thanks to the contribution of our Organization and the ranks of KNE as vanguards!”, the outgoing Secretary of KNE noted.

Referring to international developments, he stressed that “The imperialist war between NATO and Russia in Ukraine continues with unpredictable consequences. Mutual threats of nuclear strikes are no longer scenes from Hollywood movies, but everyday life. Peoples who had been living for 70 years as brothers and sisters in the former USSR are shedding their blood for the imperialist plans. At the same time, the confrontation is intensifying among the capitalists over which bourgeois state, imperialist alliance or monopoly group will emerge victorious from this slaughter. All this in a period marked by the rivalry for supremacy in the imperialist system between the US and China. (...) Our people are deeply involved in this bloodbath mainly by the government of the New Democracy, with the agreement of all the bourgeois parties that do not question NATO and Greece's participation in it.  The non-stop shipment of military equipment, which among other things weakens the country’s defence, the training of elite forces of Zelenskiy’s reactionary government, the logistical and operational upgrading of US–NATO military bases in the country, are not just another development.”

The outgoing Secretary of KNE referred in detail to the action of KNE in the past years and the steps taken by the organization in the struggle of the working and studying youth, such as the emergence of the lists supported by KNE in universities as first force in the student elections.

Referring to the upcoming parliamentary elections, he noted that “The only worthy vote for the people and the young generation is the vote for the KKE, which expresses the consistency of words and works; which will not lead to disappointment; which the people and the youth will find by their side in every struggle; which exerts pressure for a sigh of relief; which sheds a light and paves the way for the real way out. Precisely because the KKE is not going to participate in any anti-popular government under capitalism, hostile to the great majority of the people and youth. The vote for the KKE is not wasted, because they know that they cannot control it, because it spoils their consensus plans and reveals that there can be a different path. Obviously, the present correlation of forces is negative. This, however, does not mean that the people, the movement, the KKE must submit to this negative correlation, because thus, not only will the goal of the struggle for a truly workers’-people’s way out be constantly postponed and distanced, but the people will also count new losses, more lost years, and will wonder helpless under greater attacks. Therefore, it is of great importance, under these conditions, for the voice that does not submit to the will of the exploiters, the power that does not succumb to the one-way street of exploitation and injustice, to emerge stronger, and its struggle should acquire a new, better starting point, so that the fight for the contemporary needs of the people and youth can continue in a more impetuous way. The cadres and members of the KNE are already throwing themselves into this battle!”. 

The work was concluded with the election of the new Central Council and the new Central Audit Committee of the Organization.

In its first Session, the Central Council elected Thodoris Kotsantis as Secretary of the Central Council of the Communist Youth of Greece.

By decision of the Central Committee of the KKE, the outgoing Secretary of the CC of KNE, Nikos Ambatielos, member of the Secretariat of the CC of the KKE, assumes new duties in the work of the Party.

Termina con éxito el 13er Congreso de la KNE

Los días 10-12 febrero de 2023 se celebró en la sede del Comité Central del KKE el 13er Congreso de la organización juvenil del KKE, la Juventud Comunista de Grecia.

La apertura de los trabajos se hizo en clima de entusiasmo y de optimismo militante, en presencia de un gran número de jóvenes y militantes de todas las edades, así como gente de las Artes, de las Letras, de la Cultura y de los Deportes.A la inauguración del Congreso asistió una amplia delegación del CC del KKE, encabezada por el Secretario General del Comité Central, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, así como delegaciones de 28 Organizaciones Juveniles Comunistas y Antiimperialistas, mientras muchas más enviaron mensajes de saludo.

“No sería posible empezar de otro modo sino expresando nuestra plena solidaridad con los pueblos vecinos de Turquía y Siria, que están sufriendo las consecuencias del mortífero terremoto de la semana pasada”, destacó N.Ambatielos, secretario del Consejo Central saliente de la KNE, en el inicio de los trabajos.

El Secretario de la KNE destacó a continuación: “Nuestra guía son las Resoluciones del XXI Congreso de nuestro Partido por un KKE Fuerte, Mente - Corazón - Organizador de la lucha obrera - popular por el socialismo” como fue su consigna, el Programa revolucionario del KKE, las conclusiones del estudio de la Historia del Partido, como queda reflejado en los volúmenes del Ensayo de Historia del KKE, que es un recurso valioso para cada comunista hoy.

“Con la discusión y las Resoluciones del 13er Congreso, estamos seguros de que lograremos cumplir las expectativas, con miles de jóvenes que con la contribución de nuestra Organización entrarán en las luchas de clase, en las filas de la KNE, como vanguardia.”

Refiriéndose a los desarrollos internacionales subrayó que “La guerra imperialista entre la OTAN y Rusia en Ucrania continúa con consecuencias impredecibles.Las amenazas de ambas partes de ataques nucleares ya no son escenas de películas de Hollywood, sino de la vida cotidiana. Pueblos, que habían vivido durante 70 años en hermandad en la antigua URSS, están derramando su sangre por los planes imperialistas. Al mismo tiempo, se intensifica el enfrentamiento entre los capitalistas sobre qué Estado burgués, alianza imperialista o grupo monopolista saldrá victorioso de esta matanza. Todo ello en un período marcado por la rivalidad por la supremacía en el sistema imperialista entre EE.UU. y China. (…) Nuestro pueblo está profundamente implicado en este derramamiento de sangre principalmente por el gobierno de la ND, con el acuerdo de todos los partidos burgueses que no cuestionan la OTAN y la participación de Grecia en ella.

El envío incesante de equipamiento militar, que entre otras cosas debilita la defensa del país, el entrenamiento de las fuerzas de élite del gobierno reaccionario de Zelenski, la mejora logística y operativa de las bases militares de EE.UU.-OTAN en el país, no es simplemente un desarrollo más.”

El Secretario de la KNE habló analíticamente de la acción de la KNE en los años anteriores, los pasos que ha dado la Organización en la lucha de la juventud trabajadora y estudiantil como fue el surgimiento de las fuerzas apoyadas por la KNE en las universidades como primera fuerza en las últimas elecciones estudiantiles.

Refiriéndose a las próximas elecciones parlamentarias dijo que: “El único voto digno para el pueblo y la generación joven es el voto al KKE, que expresa la coherencia de palabras y obras; que no llevará a la decepción; que el pueblo y la juventud encontrarán a su lado en cada lucha; que ejerce presión para un suspiro de alivio; que arroja una luz y allana el camino para la verdadera salida.”

Precisamente porque el KKE no va a participar en ningún gobierno antipopular bajo el capitalismo, hostil a la gran mayoría del pueblo y de la juventud. Este voto no es desperdiciado, porque saben que no pueden controlarlo, porque echa a perder sus planes de consenso y revela que puede haber un camino diferente.

Obviamente, la correlación de fuerzas actual es negativa.

Esto, sin embargo, no significa que el pueblo, el movimiento, el KKE deban someterse a esta correlación negativa, porque así, no sólo se pospondrá y alejará constantemente el objetivo de la lucha por una salida verdaderamente obrera y popular, sino que el pueblo contará nuevas pérdidas, más años perdidos, y se encontrará indefenso ante mayores ataques.

Por lo tanto, es de gran importancia, en estas condiciones, que la voz que no se somete a la "voluntad" de los explotadores, el poder que no sucumbe a la calle de sentido único de la explotación y la injusticia, emerja con más fuerza, y su lucha tenga un nuevo y mejor punto de partida, para que la lucha por las necesidades contemporáneas del pueblo y la juventud pueda continuar de forma más impetuosa. ¡Los cuadros y miembros de la KNE ya se están librando esta batalla!

Los trabajos concluyeron con la elección de nuevo Consejo Central y del nuevo Comité Central de Auditoría de la Organización.

En su primera sesión, el Consejo Central eligió como Secretario del Consejo Central de la KNE a Thodoris Kotsantis.

El Secretario saliente del Consejo Central de la KNE, Nikos Ambatielos, miembro del Secretariado del CC del KKE, por decisión del Comité Central del KKE, asume nuevas tareas en el trabajo del Partido.

Успешно завершился 13-й съезд КМГ

С 10 по 12 февраля 2023 года в штаб-квартире ЦК КПГ  прошел 13-й съезд молодежи КПГ, Коммунистической молодежи Греции.

В атмосфере энтузиазма и оптимизма открылся съезд, собравший большое количество народа, молодежи, активистов всех возрастов. На нем присутствовала многочленная делегация ЦК КПГ во главе с Генсеком ЦК КПГ Димитрисом Куцумбасом, делегации от 28 коммунистических молодежных и антиимпериалистических организаций, в то время как многие другие направили свои приветственные обращения, а также деятели искусства, литературы, культуры, спорта и т. д.

Съезд начался с просмотра видео под названием «Мы - искра, которая превратит тьму в свет!»

 «Мы не можем не начать наш съезд с выражения нашей безраздельной солидарности с соседними народами Турции и Сирии, пострадавшими от разрушительного землетрясения, произошедшего на прошлой неделе», — отметил в начале своего выступления Н. Абатиелос, секретарь уходящего ЦС КМГ.

Далее секретарь КМГ подчеркнул: «Мы имеем в качестве руководства к действию Резолюцию 21-го съезда под названием «Сильная КПГ – это ум, сердце, организатор рабочей народной борьбы за социализм», современную революционную Программу КПГ, выводы из изучения истории партии, которые в полном объеме отражены в томах «Очерка истории КПГ», являющиеся ценным багажом для каждого нового коммуниста сегодня.

Мы заявляем, что дискуссия и решения, принятые на 13-м съезде, позволят нам оправдать эти ожидания, поскольку тысячи молодых людей, которые примут участие в классовой борьбе благодаря вкладу нашей Организации, станут пионерами в рядах КМГ!»

Касаясь международных событий, он отметил, что «продолжается империалистическая война между НАТО и Россией на территории Украины, которая может иметь  непредсказуемые последствия. Угрозы нанесения ядерных ударов с обеих сторон - это уже не кадры из голливудских фильмов, а повседневная жизнь. Народы, по–братски жившие  на протяжении 70 лет на территориях бывшего Союза Советских Социалистических Республик, проливают свою кровь за интересы империалистов. В то же время усиливается противостояние  между капиталистами за то, какое буржуазное государство, какой империалистический союз и какие монополистические группы окажутся в выигрыше в этой бойне. Все это происходит в период, отмеченный борьбой за первенство в империалистической системе между США и Китаем. (…) Правительство НД все глубже втягивает наш народ в это кровопролитие с согласия всех буржуазных партий, не ставящих под сомнение НАТО и место Греции в нем.

Бесперебойная поставка военной техники, которая в том числе ослабляет обороноспособность нашей страны, подготовка элитных украинских сил реакционного правительства Зеленского, материально-техническое и оперативное переоборудование американо-натовских военных баз в стране - это не просто очередной факт».

Секретарь КМГ подробно остановился на деятельности КМГ в предыдущие годы после 12-го съезда, шагах, предпринятых по включению в борьбу работающей и учащейся молодежи. Отметил, что силы, поддержанные КМГ в вузах, заняли первое место на последних студенческих выборах.

 Касаясь предстоящих парламентских выборов, он отметил: «Единственный выигрышный голос для народа и молодого поколения – это голос, отданный за КПГ, которая демонстрирует последовательность своих слов и дел, которая не разочарует. Вместе с народом и молодежью она будет участвовать во всякой борьбе, которая сможет облегчить жизнь, осветить и открыть путь к настоящей альтернативе для народа.

Именно потому, что КПГ не собирается участвовать ни в одном антинародном капиталистическом правительстве, враждебном подавляющему большинству народа и молодежи, голос, отданный за нее не пропадет зря, потому что трудящиеся знают, что властям им не удастся удержать ее в узде, потому что она портит их консенсус и показывает другой путь.

Очевидно, что сегодняшний расклад сил является отрицательным.

Однако это не означает, что народ, народное движение, КПГ должны с этим смириться , потому что в таком случае будет отодвигаться и отдаляться не только цель борьбы за подлинно рабочую народную власть, но и народ будет нести новые потери, будут потеряны годы жизни, он будет подвергаться все новым и новым нападкам, если будет беспомощным.

Вот почему в этих условиях очень важно, чтобы голос, который не подчиняется «желаниям» эксплуататоров, сила, которая не мирится с эксплуатацией и несправедливостью, становилась сильнее, а ее борьба взяла новую, лучшую отправную точку чтобы более энергичного продолжать отстаивать современные потребности народа и молодежи. Мы, руководители и члены KМГ, уже вступаем в эту битву!»

Работа съезда завершилась избранием нового Центрального совета и нового Центрального комитета финансового контроля КМГ.

На своем первом заседании Центральный совет избрал Секретарем ЦС КМГ Теодориса Коцантиса.

Уходящий секретарь ЦС КПГ Никос Абатиелос, член Секретариата ЦК КПГ, по решению ЦК КПГ принимает на себя новые обязанности в работе партии.
