We condemn the decision of the government to criminalize

the communist movement in the Czech Republic

We condemn the new anti-communist decision of the Fiala government and the Czech Parliament, which criminalizes ‘any form of support or promotion of the communist movement’ as part of the changes to the criminal code that were adopted.

We express our solidarity with the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia, and with the communists in the Czech Republic in opposition to this unacceptable development that criminalizes political life in the country. We reiterate our opposition to the idea of outlawing the Communist Party in the Czech Republic.

The criminalization of communism promoted in the Czech Republic is an application of the unhistorical “two extremes” theory, the equation of the monster of fascism–Nazism with socialism–communism and the unscientific approaches about “totalitarian regimes”. These are an integral part of the European Union’s policy, and have been implemented for years in more than a third of its member states, where various kinds of bans have been put in place against Communist Parties, communist symbols and communist ideology, as well as the entire historical period of building socialism in the USSR and other European states.

This is not the first time that such measures have been sought in the Czech Republic, but have been cancelled by the people’s struggle. This new attempt to criminalize communism is taking place in the year marking the 80^th anniversary of the end of the Second World War and the Great Anti-Fascist Victory of the Peoples. Attempting to identify the USSR, the Red Army and the Communist Parties that led the heroic struggle of the partisan movements against the Nazi occupiers, with the Nazi-Fascist beast is a great provocation to the peoples. This insults the memory of the millions of fighters who sacrificed their lives for the anti-fascist Victory, as well as their children and grandchildren.

The attempted distortion of history and the memory of peoples and the prohibition of the free movement of ideas and political opposition within the so-called “freedom and democracy” of the EU, has gone so far as to demolish anti-fascist monuments and restore and glorify local fascists who joined the German Nazi Wehrmacht and the SS as heroes, as has been happening for years in the Baltic countries.

What ‘hurts’ the capitalists, their governments and the EU, especially in the countries where socialism was established, is that the peoples now have a benchmark. They can see the dead ends of the barbaric exploitative system served by bourgeois governments, and they are filled with nostalgia for socialism, which despite its shortcomings, offered people an overwhelmingly higher standard of living 50 years ago than capitalism does today.

Such efforts whitewash the fascists and their collaborators. They are grist to the mill of their nostalgists today and are being used to escalate the anti-people attacks on workers’ and people’s rights by the EU and its member states.

On the 80^th anniversary of the Great Antifascist Victory of the Peoples, we declare that capitalist barbarity and anti-communism will fail and that historical truth will triumph. The peoples will once again take centre stage and the 21^st century will truly be a century of new workers’ revolutions.

Мы осуждаем решение чешского правительства криминализировать

коммунистическое движение в Чехии

Мы осуждаем новое антикоммунистическое решение правительства Фиалы и чешского парламента, которые одобрили поправку в Уголовный кодекс, касающуюся криминализации «любой    формы поддержки и пропаганды коммунистического движения».

Мы выражаем нашу солидарность с Коммунистической партией Богемии и Моравии и коммунистами Чехии и выступаем против такого неприемлемого развития событий, связанного с криминализацией политической жизни в стране. Мы заявляем о своем несогласии с любой идеей объявить Коммунистическую партию в Чешской Республике вне закона.

Продвигаемая криминализация коммунизма в Чехии является следствием внедрения антиисторической теории «двух крайностей», уравнивания чудовища фашизма-нацизма с социализмом-коммунизмом, распространения ненаучных теорий о «тоталитарных режимах». Все это является неотъемлемой частью политики Европейского Союза и на протяжении многих лет реализуется в более чем 1/3 его государств-членов, где вводятся различные виды запретов в отношении коммунистических партий, коммунистической символики, коммунистической идеологии и даже всего исторического периода строительства социализма в СССР и других европейских государствах.

Это не первая попытка принятия подобных мер в Чехии, но они были отклонены в результате народной борьбы. Новая попытка криминализации коммунизма предпринимается в год 80-летия окончания Второй мировой войны и Великой Победы народов над фашизмом. Огромным вызовом для народов является попытка отождествить СССР, Красную Армию, коммунистические партии, возглавлявшие героическую борьбу партизанских движений против нацистских оккупантов, с нацистским-фашистским зверем. Это оскорбляет память миллионов борцов, отдавших свои жизни за Победу над фашизмом, а также их детей и внуков.

Попытки искажения истории и памяти народов, запрет на свободное движение идей, на политическое противостояние так называемой «свободе и демократии» ЕС, доходят до сноса антифашистских памятников, реабилитации и почитания как героев местных фашистов, служивших в вермахте нацистской Германии и в войсках СС, как это уже давно происходит в странах Балтии.

ЕС, капиталистам, их правительствам, особенно в странах, где был установлен социализм, не дает покоя то, что народам  есть с чем сравнивать. Они видят тупики варварской эксплуататорской системы, которой служат буржуазные правительства, и испытывают ностальгию по социализму, который, несмотря на его слабости, 50 лет назад предлагал народам гораздо более высокий уровень жизни, чем капитализм сегодня.

Подобные попытки обелить фашистов и их пособников являются хлебом с маслом для тех, кто сегодня по ним ностальгирует, и инструментом для эскалации нападок ЕС и его государств-членов на права трудящихся и народа.

В 80-ю годовщину Великой победы народов над фашизмом мы заявляем, что капиталистическое варварство и антикоммунизм потерпят поражение, историческая правда восторжествует. Народы вновь выйдут на авансцену событий, и 21-й век действительно станет веком новых пролетарских революций.

Condenamos la decisión del gobierno de criminalizar el Movimiento Comunista en la República Checa

Condenamos la nueva decisión anticomunista del gobierno de Fiala y del parlamento de la República Checa que entre las modificaciones del Código Penal que ha aprobado, criminaliza “toda forma de apoyo y promoción del Movimiento Comunista”. Expresamos nuestra solidaridad con el Partido Comunista de Bohemia-Moravia y los comunistas en la República Checa, contra este desarrollo inaceptable de la criminalización de la vida política en el país. Reiteramos nuestra oposición a cualquier idea de ilegalizar al Partido Comunista en la República Checa.

La criminalización del anticomunismo que se promueve en la República Checa aplica la teoría de los “dos extremos” que carece de base histórica, la equiparación del monstruo del fascismo-nazismo con el socialismo-comunismo, de los enfoques anticientíficos de los “regímenes totalitarios”. Estos son partes integrantes de la política de la Unión Europea y desde hace años han sido implementados en más de un tercio de sus Estados-miembros donde se han puesto en práctica diversos tipos de prohibiciones a expensas de Partidos Comunistas, símbolos comunistas, la ideología comunista, e incluso de todo el período histórico de la construcción del socialismo en la URSS y en otros Estados de Europa.

No es la primera vez que la República Checa intenta tomar medidas de este tipo que sin embargo fueron canceladas por la lucha popular. El nuevo intento de criminalizar el comunismo tiene lugar en el año de conmemoración del 80 aniversario del final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, de la Gran Victoria Antifascista de los Pueblos. Es una gran provocación para los pueblos el intento de identificar a la URRS, al Ejército Rojo, a los Partidos Comunistas que dirigieron la lucha heroica de los movimientos guerrilleros contra los nazi ocupantes y el monstruo nazi-fascista.

Es un insulto a la memoria de millones de luchadores, de sus hijos y nietos, que dieron su vida por la Victoria Antifascista. El intento de distorsionar la Historia y la memoria de los pueblos, la prohibición de la libre circulación de ideas, del debate político a la supuesta “libertad y democracia” de la UE, llega al punto de derribar monumentos antifascistas, restaurar y homenajear como héroes a fascistas locales integrados a la Wermacht nazi alemana y a los SS, como ocurre desde hace años en los países bálticos.

Lo que les “duele” a los capitalistas, sus gobiernos y la UE, especialmente en los países donde se estableció el socialismo, es que los pueblos tienen un punto de referencia. Ven los impasses del bárbaro sistema de explotación al que sirven los gobiernos burgueses y se llenan de nostalgia para el socialismo, que a pesar de sus debilidades, ofrecía a los pueblos un nivel de vida enormemente superior hace 50 años al que ofrece hoy el capitalismo. Tales intentos “blanquean” a los fascistas y sus colaboradores, favorecen a sus nostálgicos y sirven como herramienta para la escalada de la ofensiva antipopular de la UE y de sus Estados miembros contra los derechos obrero-populares.

En los 80 años de la Gran Victoria Antifascista de los Pueblos afirmamos que la barbarie capitalista y el anticomunismo no prevalecerán, que la verdad histórica triunfará. Los pueblos pasarán de nuevo a primer plano y el siglo 21 verdaderamente será el siglo de las nuevas revoluciones obreras.

Condanniamo la decisione del governo di criminalizzare il Movimento Comunista in Repubblica Ceca

Condanniamo la nuova decisione anticomunista del governo Fiala e del Parlamento ceco che, tra le modifiche al codice penale approvate, criminalizza “ogni forma di sostegno e promozione del Movimento Comunista.

Esprimiamo la nostra solidarietà al Partito Comunista della Boemia-Moravia e ai comunisti della Repubblica Ceca contro questo inaccettabile sviluppo della criminalizzazione della vita politica nel Paese. Dichiariamo la nostra opposizione a qualsiasi idea di mettere fuori legge il Partito Comunista nella Repubblica Ceca.

La criminalizzazione del comunismo nella Repubblica Ceca è l'applicazione della teoria antistorica dei “due estremi”, dell'equiparazione del mostro del fascismo-nazismo al socialismo-comunismo, degli approcci antiscientifici sui “regimi totalitari”. Questi sono elementi costitutivi della politica dell'Unione Europea e da anni vengono attuati in oltre un terzo degli Stati membri, dove sono state introdotte varie forme di divieto nei confronti dei partiti comunisti, dei simboli comunisti, dell'ideologia comunista e persino dell'intero periodo storico della costruzione del socialismo nell'URSS e in altri Stati europei.

Non è la prima volta che in Repubblica Ceca si cerca di adottare misure di questo tipo, che però sono state annullate dalla lotta popolare. Questo nuovo tentativo di criminalizzare il comunismo ha luogo nell'anno in cui ricorre l'ottantesimo anniversario della fine della seconda guerra mondiale e della grande vittoria antifascista dei popoli. È una grande provocazione per i popoli cercare di identificare l'URSS, l'Armata Rossa, i partiti comunisti che hanno guidato l'eroica lotta dei movimenti partigiani contro gli occupanti nazisti con il mostro nazista-fascista. È un offesa alla memoria di milioni di combattenti, dei loro figli e dei loro nipoti, che hanno dato la vita per la vittoria antifascista.

Il tentativo di distorcere la storia e la memoria dei popoli, di vietare la libera circolazione delle idee e il confronto politico nella presunta “libertà e democrazia” dell'UE, arriva al punto di demolire monumenti antifascisti, di riabilitare e glorificare come eroi i fascisti locali che si arruolarono nella Wehrmacht nazista e nelle SS, come avviene da anni nei paesi baltici.

Ciò che “dà fastidio” ai capitalisti, ai loro governi e all'UE, in particolare nei paesi in cui il socialismo si è consolidato, è che i popoli hanno un termine di paragone. Vedono i vicoli ciechi del barbaro sistema di sfruttamento che i governi borghesi servono e sono pieni di nostalgia per il socialismo che, nonostante le sue debolezze, 50 anni fa offriva ai popoli un tenore di vita nettamente superiore rispetto a quello che offre oggi il capitalismo.

Tali tentativi “ripuliscono” i fascisti e i loro collaboratori, danno spazio ai loro “nostalgici” di oggi e sono uno strumento per intensificare l'attacco antipopolare dell'UE e dei suoi Stati membri ai diritti dei lavoratori e del popolo.

A 80 anni dalla Grande Vittoria Antifascista dei Popoli, affermiamo che la barbarie capitalista e l'anticomunismo non prevarranno, la verità storica trionferà. I popoli torneranno alla ribalta e il XXI secolo sarà davvero il secolo delle nuove rivoluzioni operaie.

Dënojmë vendimin e qeverisë për kriminalizimin e Lëvizjes Komuniste në Çeki

Dënojmë vendimin e ri antikomunist të Qeverisë Fiala dhe Parlamentit të Çekisë i cili, ndër ndryshimet në Kodin Penal miratoi, kriminalizimin e «çdo formë mbështetjeje dhe promovimi të Lëvizjes Komuniste».

Shprehim solidaritetin tonë me Partinë Komuniste të Bohemisë dhe Moravisë dhe komunistëve në Çeki, kundër këtij zhvillimi të papranueshëm të kriminalizimit të jetës politike në vend. Shprehim kundërshtimin tonë ndaj çdo mendimi për nxjerrjen jashtë ligjit të Partisë Komuniste në Çeki.

Kriminalizimi i promovuar i Komunizmit në Republikën Çeke është një zbatim i teorisë anti-historike të "dy anëve ekstreme", të barazimit të përbindëshit të nazi-fashizmit me socializmin-komunizmin, të qasjeve anti-shkencore për "regjimet totalitare". Këto janë pjesë përbërëse të politikës së Bashkimit Europian dhe, për vite me radhë, janë zbatuar në më shumë se 1/3 e shteteve - anëtare të BE-së, ku janë vënë në fuqi lloje të ndryshme ndalimesh kundër Partive Komuniste, simboleve komuniste, ideologjisë komuniste madje dhe të gjithë periudhës historike të ndërtimit të socializmit në BRSS dhe në shtete të tjera të Europës.

Nuk është hera e parë që janë synuar masa të tilla në Çeki, por ato janë përmbysur nga lufta popullore. Kjo përpjekje e re për të kriminalizuar komunizmin ndodh në përvjetorin e 80-të nga fundi i Luftës së Dytë Botërore dhe Fitoren e Madhe Antifashiste të Popujve. Është një sfidë e madhe për popujt të përpiqen të barazojnë BRSS-në, Ushtrinë e Kuqe, Partitë Komuniste që udhëhoqën luftën heroike të lëvizjeve partizane kundër pushtuesve nazistë, me bishën nazifashiste. Kjo fyen kujtimin e miliona luftëtarëve, fëmijëve dhe nipërve të tyre, që vdiqën duke dhënë jetën për Fitoren antifashiste.

Tentativat për shtrembërimin e Historisë dhe i memories së popujve, ndalimi i lëvizjes së lirë të ideve, i konfrontimit politik në të ashtuquajturën "liri dhe demokraci" të BE-së, arrin deri në pikën e shembjes së monumenteve antifashiste, restaurimit dhe lëvdimit, si heronj, të fashistëve vendas që i ishin bashkuar Wehrmacht-it nazist gjerman dhe SS-ve, siç ka ndodhur prej vitesh në shtetet baltike.

Ajo që i "lëndon" kapitalistët, qeveritë e tyre dhe BE-në, veçanërisht në shtetet ku u vendos socializmi, është se popujt kanë një standard krahasimi. Ata shohin jo-rrugëdaljet e sistemit shfrytëzues barbar që i shërbejnë qeveritë borgjeze dhe mbushen me nostalgji për socializmin, i cili, pavarësisht dobësive të tij, u ofroi popujve një standard jetese jashtëzakonisht më të lartë 50 vjet më parë sesa kapitalizmi sot.

Përpjekje të tilla "shpëlajnë" fashistët dhe bashkëpunëtorët e tyre, përbëjnë mbështetje për "nostalgjikët" e tyre sot dhe janë një mjet për përshkallëzimin e sulmit antipopullor të BE-së dhe shteteve anëtare të saj ndaj të drejtave punëtore - popullore.

Në 80-vjetorin e Fitores së Madhe Antifashiste të Popujve, shpallim se barbarizmi kapitalist dhe antikomunizmi nuk do të mbizotërojnë, e vërteta historike do të triumfojë. Popujt do të dalin përsëri në shesh dhe shekulli i 21-të do të jetë vërtet shekulli i revolucioneve të reja punëtore.
