The German Communist Party, the Communist Party of Luxembourg and the New Communist Party of the Netherlands have taken note of the fact that the Party of Labour of Belgium (PTB) will no longer participate in the previous four-party conference. The four parties estimate that their cooperation in the form of joint consultations, conferences and actions over the course of 15 years has been successful and of great benefit to each of the parties involved. However, in view of the new political situation in Belgium, the PTB has decided to concentrate more strongly on the political and organizational challenges in the country as well as on new objectives at international level. 

The DKP, KPL and NCPN regret this decision, but respect and accept it and at the same time welcome the fact that PTB intends to continue and expand the bilateral relations with the three parties. 

The three undersigned parties agreed that they wish to continue the cooperation on tripartite level with regular consultations and to continue with the joint conference. It was decided to hold the next joint conference in 2021.

Zusammenarbeit von DKP, KPL und NCPN

Die Deutsche Kommunistische Partei, die Kommunistische Partei Luxemburgs und die Neue Kommunistische Partei der Niederlande haben zur Kenntnis genommen, dass die Partei der Arbeit Belgiens (PTB) nicht weiter an der bisherigen Vier-Parteien-Konferenz teilnehmen wird. Die vier Parteien schätzen ein, daß ihre Zusammenarbeit in Form von gemeinsamen Beratungen, Konferenzen und Aktionen im Lauf von 15 Jahren erfolgreich und für jede der beteiligten Parteien von großem Nutzen war. Die PTB hat jedoch entschieden, sich angesichts der neuen politischen Situation in Belgien verstärkt auf die neuen politischen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen im Land sowie auf neue Zielvorgaben auf internationaler Ebene zu konzentrieren. 

DKP, KPL und NCPN bedauern diese Entscheidung, respektieren und akzeptieren sie aber und begrüßen gleichzeitig, dass die PTB die bilateralen Beziehungen zu den drei Parteien fortsetzen und ausbauen will. 

Die drei unterzeichneten Parteien sind sich einig, dass sie die Zusammenarbeit auf Dreierebene mit regelmäßigen Beratungen fortsetzen und die gemeinsamen Konferenz weiterführen wollen. Es wurde beschlossen, die nächste gemeinsame Konferenz im Jahr 2021 durchzuführen.

Coopération entre le DKP, le KPL et le NCPN

Le Parti communiste allemand, le Parti communiste du Luxembourg et le Nouveau parti communiste des Pays-Bas ont pris note que le Parti du travail de Belgique (PTB) ne participera plus à la précédente conférence quadripartite. Les quatre parties estiment que leur coopération sous forme de consultations, de conférences et d'actions communes au cours des 15 dernières années a été couronnée de succès et a été très bénéfique pour chacune des parties concernées. Toutefois, compte tenu de la nouvelle situation politique en Belgique, le PTB a décidé de se concentrer davantage sur les nouveaux défis politiques et organisationnels dans le pays ainsi que sur les nouveaux objectifs au niveau international. 

Le DKP, le KPL et le NCPN regrettent cette décision, mais la respectent et l'acceptent et se félicitent en même temps du fait que le PTB a l'intention de poursuivre et d'étendre les relations bilatérales avec les trois parties. 

Les trois parties soussignées conviennent qu'elles souhaitent poursuivre la coopération au niveau tripartite par des consultations régulières et continuer la conférence conjointe. Il a été décidé de tenir la prochaine conférence conjointe en 2021.

 Cooperación del DKP, KPL y NCPN

El Partido Comunista Alemán, el Partido Comunista de Luxemburgo y el Nuevo Partido Comunista de los Países Bajos han tomado nota de que el Partido del Trabajo de Bélgica (PTB) ya no participará en la anterior conferencia cuatripartita. Los cuatro partidos estiman que su cooperación en forma de consultas, conferencias y acciones conjuntas a lo largo de 15 años ha tenido éxito y ha sido muy beneficiosa para cada una de los partidos involucrados. Sin embargo, en vista de la nueva situación política en Bélgica, la PTB ha decidido concentrarse más en los nuevos desafíos políticos y organizativos dentro del país, así como en nuevos objetivos a nivel internacional. 

El DKP, el KPL y el NCPN lamentan esta decisión, pero la respetan y aceptan, y al mismo tiempo acogen con satisfacción el hecho de que el PTB propone continuar y ampliar las relaciones bilaterales con los tres partidos. 

Los tres partidos firmantes acuerdan que desean continuar la cooperación a nivel tripartito con consultas periódicas y continuar con la conferencia conjunta. Se decidió celebrar la siguiente conferencia conjunta en 2021.
