Stoppt den Krieg im Nahen Osten!

Die Kommunistische Partei Luxemburgs protestiert entschieden gegen die Angriffe des Staates Israel auf den Iran, mit denen der völkerrechtswidrige Krieg, den Israel gegen die Palästinenser in Gaza und im Westjordanland, gegen die Nachbarstaaten Libanon und Syrien führt, zu einem neuen Flächenbrand im Nahen Osten zu werden droht.

Angriffe auf jegliche Ziele in einem über 2.000 Kilometer entfernten Land, Raketenattacken gegen Nuklearanlagen, und gezielte außergerichtliche Tötungen von militärischen Kommandeuren und Wissenschaftlern sind weitere Beweise für die Verletzungen des Völkerrechts durch Israel, und sie sind in keiner Weise als »Präventivschläge« und mit dem immer wieder strapazierten »Recht auf Selbstverteidigung« zu rechtfertigen.

Der Staat Israel, der als einziger in der Region Atomwaffen besitzt, hat mit den jüngsten Attacken die Ansätze, durch Verhandlungen eine Lösung für die Kontrolle über das iranische Atomprogramm zu erreichen, zunichte gemacht.

Um die Herstellung neuer Atomwaffen zu verhindern, gibt es nur einen realistischen Weg: die Umsetzung des UNO-Vertrages über das Verbot aller Atomwaffen.

Die KPL fordert die Luxemburger Regierung auf,

– sich eindeutig von den völkerrechtswidrigen Angriffen des Staates Israel gegen die Palästinenser, gegen den Libanon und Syrien sowie den Attacken gegen den Iran zu distanzieren und sich in allen zur Verfügung stehenden Gremien für friedliche Lösungen im Nahen Osten einzusetzen;

– militärischen Vertretern des Staates Israel den Zugang zu den militärischen Einrichtungen der NATO auf dem Territorium Luxemburgs, darunter die Wartungs- und Beschaffungsagentur NSPA in Capellen, zu untersagen und die Lieferung von Waffen und Ausrüstungsgegenständen aus Luxemburg nach Israel zu verhindern;

– die Tätigkeit israelischer Software-Unternehmen wie der NSO Group, die über Luxemburg die Spionage-Software »Pegasus Spyware« vertreibt, zu unterbinden;

– den UNO-Vertrag über das Verbot aller Atomwaffen zu unterzeichnen.

Halte à la guerre au Proche-Orient !

Le Parti communiste luxembourgeois (KPL) proteste fermement contre les attaques de l'Etat d'Israël contre l'Iran, par lesquelles la guerre illégale qu'Israël mène contre les Palestiniens à Gaza et en Cisjordanie, contre les Etats voisins du Liban et de la Syrie, risque de se transformer en une nouvelle conflagration au Proche-Orient.

Les attaques contre des cibles dans un pays distant de plus de 2.000 kilomètres, les attaques de missiles contre des installations nucléaires, et les assassinats extrajudiciaires ciblés de commandants militaires et de scientifiques sont autant de preuves supplémentaires des violations du droit international par Israël, et elles ne peuvent en aucun cas être justifiées en tant que «frappes préventives» et par le «droit à la légitime défense» sans cesse invoqué.

L'État d'Israël, qui est le seul à posséder des armes nucléaires dans la région, a réduit à néant par ses récentes attaques les tentatives de trouver une solution par la négociation pour le contrôle du programme nucléaire iranien.

Pour empêcher la fabrication de nouvelles armes nucléaires, il n'existe qu'une seule voie réaliste : l'application du traité de l'ONU sur l'interdiction de toutes les armes nucléaires.

Le KPL demande au gouvernement luxembourgeois

- de se distancer clairement des attaques de l'Etat d'Israël contre les Palestiniens, contre le Liban et la Syrie ainsi que des attaques contre l'Iran, qui sont contraires au droit international, et de s'engager dans toutes les instances disponibles pour des solutions pacifiques au Proche-Orient ;

- d'interdire aux représentants militaires de l'Etat d'Israël l'accès aux installations militaires de l'OTAN sur le territoire luxembourgeois, et notamment la «Support an Procurement Agency» (NSPA) à Capellen, et d'empêcher la livraison d'armes et d'équipements du Luxembourg vers Israël ;

- de mettre un terme aux activités des entreprises de logiciels israéliennes telles que NSO Group, qui distribue via le Luxembourg le logiciel d'espionnage «Pegasus Spyware» ;

- de signer le traité de l'ONU sur l'interdiction de toutes les armes nucléaires.

Stop the war in Middle East

The Communist Party of Luxembourg strongly protests against the attacks of the State of Israel on Iran, with which the war that Israel is waging against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, against the neighboring states of Lebanon and Syria, in violation of international law, threatens to become a new conflagration in the Middle East.

Attacks on any targets in a country over 2,000 kilometers away, rocket attacks against nuclear facilities, and targeted extrajudicial killings of military commanders and scientists are further evidence of Israel's violations of international law, and they can in no way be justified as »pre-emptive strikes« and with the ever-elusive »right to self-defense«.

The state of Israel, which is the only state in the region to possess nuclear weapons, has destroyed attempts to reach a solution to control the Iranian nuclear program through negotiations with the most recent attacks.

There is only one realistic way to prevent the production of new nuclear weapons: the implementation of the UN treaty banning all nuclear weapons.

The KPL calls on the Luxembourg government,

- to distance itself unequivocally from the attacks by the State of Israel against the Palestinians, against Lebanon and Syria, which are contrary to international law, as well as the attacks against Iran, and to advocate peaceful solutions in the Middle East in all available forums;

- prohibit military representatives of the State of Israel from having access to NATO military facilities on the territory of Luxembourg, including the NSPA maintenance and procurement agency in Capellen, and prevent the supply of weapons and equipment from Luxembourg to Israel;

- prevent the activities of Israeli software companies such as the NSO Group, which distributes the spyware »Pegasus Spyware« via Luxembourg;

- sign the UN treaty banning all nuclear weapons.
