Kuwaiti Progressive Movement: the Iranian attack on the Zionist enemy is a deserved response... and we need to increase support for the Palestinian people and their resistance to save Gaza... The need to uphold our national unity and to learn from history and its experiences 

The Iranian attack on the Zionist enemy came yesterday evening as a deserved historical response to the enemy's persistence in conquering the territory and airspace of the region through its aggressive military operations, the latest of which targeted the Iranian consulate in Damascus.  

The Iranian military response comes during the continuation of the Zionist aggression on Gaza, an aggression that is carried out with the participation and direct military support of the Western imperialist countries, headed by the United States of America, and this Western Zionist alliance has been embodied again during the attempt to confront the enemy of the Iranian response, as news comes about the participation of the United States, Britain and France in the defense of the enemy through their forces in the region. 

 Moreover, the continued participation of Arab countries in countering the attacks directed at the Zionist enemy, including the recent Iranian attack, not to mention the continuation of normalization, especially diplomatic and Economic, which alleviates the isolation required to be imposed on the enemy as part of the battle, and thus treasonous positions that confirm the role of some Arab regimes affiliated with the West in supporting the Western Zionist alliance in the region, in a blatant separation from the position of the Arab peoples strongly supporting the struggle of the Palestinian people and willing to support its resistance by all means.  

The confrontation with the Zionist enemy following the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation is reaching historic levels with Iran’s entry into confrontation, which requires Kuwait and all Arab countries and their peoples to comprehend the dimensions of the stage, through a clear refusal to defend the Zionist enemy, completely isolating it, and expelling its supporters, and through... Preventing support from Western forces loyal to it in the region, and focusing efforts on increasing support for the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people by all means to save Gaza. 

In light of these tense regional circumstances and the great transformations that the world is witnessing, we emphasize in the Kuwaiti Progressive Movement the need to strengthen the internal front and its cohesion based on the Constitution, popular participation and learning from the mistakes of the past, and the importance of upholding our national unity in such circumstances, especially away from destructive sectarian and racist strife, and let us learn from history and its experiences.

الحركة التقدمية الكويتية: الهجوم الإيراني على العدو الصهيوني رد مستحق… ومطلوب زيادة الدعم للشعب الفلسطيني ومقاومته لإنقاذ غزة... وضرورة التمسك بوحدتنا الوطنية ولنتعظ من التاريخ وتجاربه

جاء الهجوم الإيراني مساء البارحة على العدو الصهيوني كرد تاريخي مستحق على تمادي العدو في استباحة أراضي المنطقة وأجوائها عبر عملياته العسكرية العدوانية، وآخرها استهداف القنصلية الإيرانية في دمشق.

ويأتي الرد العسكري الإيراني خلال استمرار العدوان الصهيوني على غزة، وهو العدوان الذي يتم بمشاركة ودعم عسكريين مباشرين من الدول الامبريالية الغربية وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، وهذا الحلف الصهيوني الغربي قد تجسد من جديد خلال محاولة تصدي العدو للرد الإيراني، حيث تتوارد الأنباء عن مشاركة الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وفرنسا في الدفاع عن العدو عبر قواتهم في المنطقة.

والأدهى من ذلك استمرار مشاركة دول عربية في التصدي للهجمات الموجهة للعدو الصهيوني، شاملة الهجوم الإيراني الأخير، ناهيك عن استمرار التطبيع، الدبلوماسي والاقتصادي خصوصا، مما يخفف من العزلة المطلوب فرضها على العدو كجزء من المعركة، وهكذا مواقف خيانية إنما تؤكد دور بعض الأنظمة العربية التابعة للغرب في دعم الحلف الصهيوني الغربي في المنطقة، في انفصال فاضح عن موقف الشعوب العربية المؤيد بقوة لنضال الشعب الفلسطيني والراغبة بدعم مقاومته بكافة السبل.

إن المواجهة مع العدو الصهيوني إثر عملية "طوفان الأقصى" تبلغ مستويات تاريخية مع دخول إيران في المواجهة المباشرة، وهو ما يتطلب من الكويت وجميع الدول العربية وشعوبها استيعاب أبعاد المرحلة، وذلك عبر الرفض الواضح للدفاع عن العدو الصهيوني، وعزله تماما، ولفظ داعميه، وعبر منع دعمه من القوات الغربية الموالية له في المنطقة، وعبر تركيز الجهود على زيادة دعم صمود الشعب الفلسطيني ومقاومته بكافة السبل لإنقاذ غزة.

وفي ظل هذه الظروف الإقليمية المتوترة والتحولات الكبيرة التي يشهدها العالم، نؤكد في الحركة التقدمية الكويتية على ضرورة تقوية الجبهة الداخلية وتماسكها على قاعدة الدستور والمشاركة الشعبية والتعلم من أخطاء الماضي، وأهمية التمسك بوحدتنا الوطنية بمثل هذه الظروف خصوصاً بعيداً عن النعرات الطائفية والعنصرية المدمرة، ولنتعظ من التاريخ وتجاربه.
