The Kuwaiti Progressive Movement condemns the brutal aggression launched by the Zionist entity on Iranian territory, in a dangerous escalation that reflects the expansionist nature of this settlement entity, which has no qualms about committing crimes and violating international laws in order to achieve its colonial goals, based on the absolute cover and support of the United States of America. 

We in the Kuwaiti Progressive Movement see in this aggression a systematic attempt to drag the entire region into the abyss of a large-scale war, through which the Zionist entity seeks to impose its absolute hegemony and destroy every force that may pose a threat to its colonial project, be it the Arab resistance movements or the reluctant countries in the region, and every force that rejects subordination. In doing so, they are betting on employing the US military bases deployed in our region and relying on them for pressure, blackmail and threats. 

This aggressive military escalation comes in the context of an open attempt by the Zionist entity to escape from its internal political and military crisis, resulting from its inability to achieve any of its strategic goals since the beginning of its continuous brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has extended to Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and Iran, and which has achieved nothing but committing massacres and destruction, without being able to break the will of the resistance or subjugate the Palestinian people. 

While the United States provides the Zionist entity with military, logistical and informational facilities through its bases deployed in the region, and contributes directly to enabling the entity to carry out its attacks, therefore, the Americans' claims of not participating in the aggression are nothing but open lies. 

We warn of the danger of complicity or silence regarding this escalation, and we call on the governments and peoples of the region to take a serious and decisive position in the face of the arrogance of the Zionist entity, to stop its rampage in the region, prevent the use of American bases to launch or support any aggression in the region, and reject any attempt to impose hegemony on our countries and peoples.

In this context, it should be noted that Kuwait, as part of this region, is not immune from the risks and repercussions of this escalation, in light of the presence of US military bases, our country and our people are exposed to the risks of this war, which requires the creation of appropriate conditions to meet any challenges posed by the developments of the conflict. 

While we affirm that the Iranian response to the Zionist aggression is a deserved response to confront the arrogance of the entity, we affirm that the battle with the Zionist entity is the Battle of the peoples of the entire region, and that the response to these aggressions must be by uniting our fronts, strengthening the Resistance Forces, and putting forward a national liberation counter project, based on the rejection of all forms of occupation, colonialism, normalization and subordination, standing on the basis of sovereignty, dignity and solidarity of struggle between the forces of liberation and progress in our region and the world in the face of imperialism and its arms. 

We call on the forces of the living peoples of our region and the world to organize their ranks and unite their efforts in the battle against imperialist and Zionist projects, and to work on building a broad liberation front of resistance, capable of confronting imperialist attacks that seek to reproduce the hegemonic system.

الحركة التقدمية الكويتية تدين العدوان الصهيوني على إيران.. وتحذر من مساعيه لجرّ المنطقة إلى الحرب

تدين الحركة التقدمية الكويتية العدوان الهمجي الذي شنه الكيان الصهيوني على الأراضي الإيرانية، في تصعيد خطير يعكس الطبيعة العدوانية التوسعية لهذا الكيان الاستيطاني، الذي لا يتورع عن ارتكاب الجرائم وخرق القوانين الدولية من أجل تحقيق أهدافه الاستعمارية، مستنداً إلى الغطاء والدعم المطلقين من الولايات المتحدة الأميركية.

إننا في الحركة التقدمية الكويتية نرى في هذا العدوان محاولة ممنهجة لجرّ المنطقة برمّتها إلى أتون حرب واسعة النطاق، يسعى من خلالها الكيان الصهيوني إلى فرض هيمنته المطلقة، وتدمير كل قوة قد تشكل تهديداً لمشروعه الاستعماري، سواء كانت هذه القوة حركات المقاومة العربية أو الدول الممانعة في المنطقة، وكل قوة رافضة للتبعية. وهو إذ يفعل ذلك، فإنما يراهن على توظيف القواعد العسكرية الأميركية المنتشرة في منطقتنا، والاعتماد عليها للضغط والابتزاز والتهديد.

ويأتي هذا التصعيد العسكري العدواني في سياق محاولة مكشوفة من الكيان الصهيوني للهروب من أزمته السياسية والعسكرية الداخلية، الناتجة عن عجزه عن تحقيق أي من أهدافه الاستراتيجية منذ بدء عدوانه الوحشي المتواصل على قطاع غزة والذي امتد إلى لبنان وسورية واليمن وإيران، والذي لم يحقق به سوى ارتكاب المجازر والتدمير، دون أن يتمكن من كسر إرادة المقاومة أو إخضاع الشعب الفلسطيني.

في الوقت الذي توفّر فيه الولايات المتحدة للكيان الصهيوني التسهيلات العسكرية واللوجستية والمعلوماتية من خلال قواعدها المنتشرة في المنطقة، وتُسهم بشكل مباشر في تمكين الكيان من تنفيذ اعتداءاته، وبالتالي فإن إدعاءات الأمريكان بعدم مشاركتهم في العدوان ليست سوى أكاذيب مكشوفة.

وإننا نحذر من خطورة التواطؤ أو الصمت حيال هذا التصعيد، وندعو حكومات وشعوب المنطقة إلى اتخاذ موقف جاد وحاسم في وجه غطرسة الكيان الصهيوني، لوقف عربدته في المنطقة، ومنع استخدام القواعد الأميركية لشنّ أو إسناد أي عدوان في المنطقة، ورفض أي محاولة لفرض الهيمنة على دولنا وشعوبنا.

وفي هذا السياق، لا بد من التنبيه إلى أن الكويت، كجزء من هذه المنطقة، ليست بمنأى عن المخاطر والتداعيات المترتبة على هذا التصعيد، في ظل وجود القواعد العسكرية الأميركية، فإن بلادنا وشعبنا عرضة لمخاطر هذه الحرب، ما يستدعي تهيئة الظروف المناسبة لمواجهة أي تحديات تفرضها تطورات الصراع.

إنّنا في الوقت الذي نؤكد فيه على أن الرد الإيراني على العدوان الصهيوني هو  رد مستحق لمواجهة غطرسة الكيان، فإننا نؤكد أنّ المعركة مع الكيان الصهيوني هي معركة شعوب المنطقة بأسرها، وأنّ الرد على هذه الاعتداءات يجب أن يكون بتوحيد الصفوف، وتعزيز قوى المقاومة، وطرح مشروع تحرري وطني مضاد، ينطلق من رفض كل أشكال الاحتلال والاستعمار والتطبيع والتبعية، يقف على قاعدة السيادة والكرامة والتضامن الكفاحي بين قوى التحرر والتقدم في منطقتنا والعالم في مواجهة الإمبريالية وأذرعها.

وإننا ندعو قوى الشعوب الحية في منطقتنا والعالم، إلى تنظيم صفوفها وتوحيد جهودها في معركة التصدي للمشاريع الإمبريالية والصهيونية، والعمل على بناء جبهة تحرر مقاومة واسعة، قادرة على مواجهة الهجمات الإمبريالية التي تسعى لإعادة إنتاج نظام الهيمنة.
