Statement of the Central Council of the Union of Communist Parties - Communist Party of the Soviet Union "Let's not let the Eurasian space to be blown up!

(To the events in Kazakhstan)

The Central Council of the Union of Communist Parties - CPSU expresses its deep concern with what is happening in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Despite the bravura statements of the official authorities about stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan, social tensions in it after the collapse of the USSR have been growing every year. The countries, falling under the negative influence of the oligarchic regime, begin to fight against Soviet symbols, restrict the activities of Communist parties - as a result it leads to the irreparable - dehumanization of the political course.

Not surprisingly, the antinational socio-economic policy has literally pushed people into the streets and squares of cities. By substantially increasing the price of liquefied gas, the government has simply deprived tens of thousands of citizens of their livelihood. However, the overseas special services cleverly took advantage of the justified indignation of the deprived people, which we, communists, fully share. Having annihilated the Soviet Union with the hands of their hired help in 1991, now, thirty years later, they are going to "cleanse" completely the Eurasian space left in its place.

Having unleashed the bloody massacres in Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, the global imperialism, led by the United States, is getting closer and closer to the borders of Russia and Belarus. Hybrid war against them is already being waged on the territories of Ukraine, Moldova and Transcaucasian states. Now Central Asian republics are on the line. Today, it is especially important not to allow the state sovereignty of the largest of them-Kazakhstan-to be undermined. Terrorist centers that are generously financed from abroad have been active there for a long time. It is they who play a key role in fomenting pogroms, destabilizing the system of government, and brutal massacres of law enforcement officers and soldiers.

With the people of Kazakhstan, we, representatives of eighteen national Communist Parties, are connected by the ties of brotherhood, great history and common destiny.  We are ready to make every effort to ensure that peace and calm return to the Kazakh land. We support those political forces of the Republic which, defending social justice, are now resolutely fighting against the looting and lawlessness which prevailed in these days of January.

At the same time, the tragic events are a clear lesson for all of us. The destructive coups d'etat and all kinds of "colored revolutions" will shake the Eurasian space until the Soviet peoples take their future into their own hands, until they give a fierce counterattack to those who play the deadly scenarios of interethnic discord, until they bring the integration within the Eurasian Economic Union to a qualitatively new level.  Upcoming in December 2022 is the 100th anniversary of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - a good opportunity to revive the old traditions of brotherly solidarity and mutual support!

Заявление ЦС СКП-КПСС «Не дадим взорвать евразийское пространство!»

 (К событиям в Казахстане)

Центральный Совет Союза Коммунистических партий – КПСС выражает глубокую тревогу в связи с происходящим в Республике Казахстан. Несмотря на бравурные заявления официальных властей о стабильности и процветании Казахстана, социальная напряжённость в ней после развала СССР усиливалась с каждым годом. Страны, попадая под негативное влияние олигархического режима, начинают бороться с советской символикой, ограничивают деятельность Коммунистических партий – в результате это приводит к непоправимому – дегуманизации политического курса.

Неудивительно, что антинародная социально-экономическая политика буквально вытолкнула людей на улицы и площади городов. Существенно повысив цены на сжиженный газ, правительство попросту лишило десятки тысяч граждан средств существования. Однако справедливым возмущением обездоленного народа, которое мы, коммунисты, полностью разделяем, ловко воспользовались заокеанские спецслужбы. Уничтожив руками своих наймитов в 1991 году Советский Союз, теперь, тридцать лет спустя, они собираются полностью «зачистить» оставшееся на его месте евразийское пространство.

Развязав кровавые бойни в Ираке, Ливии, Сирии, Афганистане, глобальный империализм во главе с США всё ближе подбирается к границам России и Белоруссии. Гибридная война против них уже ведётся на территориях Украины, Молдовы, государств Закавказья. Теперь на очереди – среднеазиатские республики. Сегодня особенно важно не позволить подорвать государственный суверенитет крупнейшей из них – Казахстана! Там давно действуют  террористические центры, щедро финансируемые из-за рубежа. Именно они играют ключевую роль в разжигании погромных настроений, дестабилизации системы управления, зверских расправах над сотрудниками органов правопорядка и военнослужащими.

С народом Казахстана, нас, представителей восемнадцати национальных компартий, связывают узы братства, великая история, общая судьба.  Мы готовы приложить максимум усилий для того, чтобы мир и спокойствие вновь вернулись на казахскую землю. Мы поддерживаем те политические силы Республики, которые, отстаивая социальную справедливость, сейчас решительно борются с воцарившимися в эти январские дни мародерством и беззаконием.

Вместе с тем, трагические события – наглядный урок для всех нас. Разрушительные госперевороты и разнообразные «цветные революции» будут сотрясать евразийское пространстве ровно до тех пор, пока советские народы не возьмут построение своего будущего в собственные руки, пока не дадут жёсткий отпор тем, кто разыгрывает смертоносные сценарии межнациональной розни, пока не выведут интеграцию в рамках Евразийского Экономического Союза на качественно новый уровень.  Предстоящее в декабре 2022 года 100-летие Союза ССР – хороший повод возродить былые традиции братской солидарности и взаимовыручки!

Советские народы, объединяйтесь!

Вместе мы – сила!

(Сon respecto a los acontecimientos en Kazajstán)

El Consejo Central de la Unión de PartidosComunistas- PCUS expresasuprofundapreocupaciónpor la situación en la República de Kazajstán. A pesar de lasdeclaracionesvacilantes de lasautoridadesoficialessobre la estabilidad y la prosperidad de Kazajstán, lastensionessocialeshanaumentadocadaañodespués del colapso de la Unión Soviética. Los países, bajo la influencianegativadelrégimenoligárquico, estánempezando a luchar contra los símbolossoviéticos y a limitarlasactividades de los PartidosComunistas, lo quelleva a unadesumanización irreparable de la política.

No es de extrañarquelaspolíticassocioeconómicas anti-populareshayanempujadoliteralmente a la gente a lascalles y plazas de lasciudades. Al aumentarsignificativamente los preciosdel gas licuado, el gobiernosimplementeprivó a decenas de miles de ciudadanos de susmedios de vida. Sin embargo, la justaindignación de las personas desfavorecidas, que los comunistascompartimosporcompleto, fuehábilmenteaprovechadapor los serviciosespeciales en el extranjero.Habiendodestruido la Unión Soviética con lasmanos de susmercenarios en 1991, ahora, treintaañosdespués, van a "limpiar" completamente el espacioeuroasiáticoquequeda en sulugar.

Trasprovocarmasacres en Irak, Libia, Siria, Afganistán, el imperialismo global, dirigidoporEstadosUnidos, se acercacadavezmás a lasfronteras de Rusia y Bielorrusia. La guerrahíbrida contra ellosyaestá en curso en los territorios de Ucrania, Moldova y los EstadosdelCaucaso. Ahoraes el turno de la Repúblicadel Asia Central. Hoy en díaesespecialmenteimportante no permitirque se socave la soberaníadel Estado, la mayor de lascualesesKazajstán. Hace mucho tiempoqueoperancentrosterroristasfinanciadosgenerosamentedesde el extranjero. Son ellos los quedesempeñanunpapel fundamental en la promoción de lasactitudes, la desestabilización de la gobernanza, la matanza de los agentes del orden y lasfuerzas armadas.

Con el pueblo de Kazajstán, los representantes de los dieciochoPartidosComunistasNacionales, tenemoslazos de hermandad, una gran historia y undestinocomún. Estamosdispuestos a hacertodo lo posibleparaquela paz y la tranquilidadvuelvan a la tierra de Kazajstán. Apoyamos a lasfuerzaspolíticas de la Repúblicaque, en sudefensa de la justicia social, luchan con firmeza contra el saqueo y la ilegalidadquereinan en estosdías de enero.

Sin embargo, los trágicosacontecimientos son unalecciónparatodosnosotros. Los destructivosgolpes de Estado y lasvariadas «Revolucionaciones de Colores» sacudirán el espacioeurasiático hasta que los soviéticostomen la construcción de sufuturo en suspropiasmanos, hasta querespondan con dureza a los quejueganescenariosmortíferos de discordiasinterétnicas, hasta que la integración de la Unión EconómicaEuroasiáticallegue a un nuevonivelcualitativo. El centenario de la Unión de la RSS, que se celebrará en diciembre de 2022, esunabuenaexcusaparareactivar la antiguatradición de solidaridad fraternal.

¡ Pueblossoviéticos, uníos!

¡Juntossomos la fuerza!
