WP of Ireland, WPI and WPY solidarity with the TKP and TKG

The Workers Party of Ireland and Workers Party Youth (Ireland) send their solidarity to the comrades of the TKP and the Communist Youth of Türkiye (TKG) who were subjected to a cowardly attack on 21st November in Ankara by suspected members of the Grey Wolves, a Turkish fascist organisation.
The Turkish comrades, who were on their way out of the university after taking their exams, were viciously attacked by around 25-30 fascists, and two of the comrades were injured.
The WPI and WPY deplore this despicable attack and wish the comrades a speedy recovery. Recent events in Dublin reveal the brutal nature of fascism. This is not the first time our Turkish comrades have been attacked.
The WPI and WPY stand in comradely solidarity with the TKP and TKG.
They will not submit.
Fascism will not prevail.
Long live socialist internationalism.
