With a dynamic mobilization on Wednesday (18/1), class-oriented federations and trade unions which are rallied in the All-workers Militant Front (PAME) ruined the anti-worker “date” of the “social partners”.
With a mass rally, which they organized by surprise at the offices where the “dialogue” was taking place, the class-oriented federations and trade unions prevented the beginning of the “social dialogue” on Wednesday, which had been scheduled by the compromised trade union leadership of GSEE (which is controlled by the social-democrats, right-wingers and opportunists) and the organizations of the capitalists ( the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises-SEV etc) and has as its goal the “execution” of whatever workers’ rights have remained in order to strengthen the competitiveness of capital.
The Minister of Labour G. Koutroumanis was extremely revealing in his statement concerning the breadth on the anti-worker reversals which are being arranged through the dialogue: “ Is it possible for the Minister of Labour to ban the social partners from tabling whatever issue they want?” Here is a small selection of what has been tabled at the so-called “social dialogue”: a two year wage freeze, restrictions of the seasonal bonuses, exemption for the employers from up to 15% of the social security contributions which they provide for the workers, the automatic corresponding increase of their profits together with a 5% reduction of business tax.
The demonstrators of PAME remained for a long time outside the building, as well as inside the conference room, where the representatives of the employers and trade union bureaucrats had already gathered, forcing them to break off the “dialogue” and withdraw from the conference room. Amongst the slogans that were heard “The workers are not a cost, the parasitic capitalists are”. “Class struggle, here and now”. It is indicative that the president of SEV fled from the meeting.
It is not at all accidental that SEV in its statement attacked the KKE, targeting working class and popular consciousnesses which are fighting against the barbaric measures and are showing tendencies of emancipation from the political line of capital and its parties. SEV called on “all the political forces and particularly the parties of the broader democratic left to unreservedly condemn the KKE and practices which want us to go (via PAME) in a violent way back to a period which definitely belongs to the past” indeed adding that “the allergic reaction which the social dialogue obviously causes the KKE-like every form of dialogue-reveals its obsession with Stalinist methods and tactics.” GSEE released a similar statement.
Response of the KKE: The bourgeois class is a parasite which impedes social development.
The KKE immediately answered the anti-communist attack of SEV, mentioning amongst other things: “the rabid assault of the representatives of the industrialists on the KKE is natural from a class standpoint. What they want, together with their parties and trade union collaborators, is for the working class, submissive, to say “kill me and I will go to heaven”. This explains the extent of their hatred, when the KKE and PAME call on the working class to rise up and prevent the eradication of its basic gains, to end its sacrifices for the profits of its exploiters, with the aim of overthrowing their power. (…) Gentlemen, we are not afraid of you. Your class is a parasite which impedes social development. You are ruthless when it comes to increasing your profitability and protecting your interests. You close the factories and transfer them abroad, throwing the workers who you have been exploiting for years out like rubbish. You export billions of Euros, which are the product of decades of theft through the exploitation of the toil of the workers, for investments or for safe depositing in banks. You plundered the social security funds. You enjoy provocative tax exemptions and privileges and demand others. (…) You know very well how true the slogan is “Worker, without you no cog can turn, you can do without the bosses” and how much it touches the hearts of the workers. But the time will come when the whole working class will stand up to be counted.”
PAME: the government and employer-led trade unionism supports the interests of the employers
PAME stresses in its relative statement: “the statements of SEV and GSEE as regards the intervention of PAME at the beginning of the “social dialogue” shows that they are united in body and spirit. We do not have to say more about the industrialists. We have clear and opposing interests. SEV identifies the development of the country with its interest which is “profits-profits-profits”. They need to reduce the price of labour power in order to increase their profits. The forces of the employer and government-led trade unionism are constantly declaring their willingness to support the interests of the industrialists and the big employers under the pretext of combating unemployment and allegedly preserving jobs. There is a significant experience from the previous “social dialogues”, from the losses of the working people which had already been determined beforehand. It was the same people using the same arguments that attacked the forces of PAME in 2009 when they carried out a symbolic blockade of the “social dialogue” on social security in order to warn the working class and organize its struggle against the impending massacre (...). The leadership of GSEE is ready to agree with SEV and the coalition government of PASOK-ND-LAOS on the drastic reduction of salaries and employer’s contributions. In addition, in their statements GSEE and SEV are accusing PAME of exerting violence. The system and its allies are talking about violence while it is the strategy of the monopolies that has condemned the working class and popular masses, small children to poverty, unemployment, malnutrition. Those who talk about violence are the ones who in most workplaces have created a regime that muzzles and penalizes every working class voice that opposes their nightmarish plans. They actually defend this kind of violence. We tell them that we will not tolerate our violent impoverishment, our violent subjugation to the appetites of capital. We will overthrow it using as a weapon the power of the just war against the war of capitalists”, concludes PAME in its statement.

В среду 18 января классовые федерации и профсоюзы, входящие в состав ПАМЕ (Всерабочего боевого фронта), помешали антирабочему «свиданию социальных партнёров», организовав динамичную акцию.
Классовые федерации и профсоюзы в среду организовали акцию в штабе, где планировалось начало «общественного диалога». Они застали врасплох соглашательское большинство руководства ГСЕЕ (Конфедерации труда частного сектора, которую контролируют социал-демократы, правые и оппортунисты) и организации капиталистов (Ассоциацию предприятий и промышленности Греции – СЕВ и другие), которые намеревались «поставить к стенке» всё, что осталось от прав рабочих во имя усиления конкурентоспособности капитала.
Масштаб антирабочих мер, которые планируется провести при помощи диалога, в полной мере раскрыл Министр труда Г. Кутруманис. Он заявил: «Может ли Министр труда запретить социальным партнёрам обсудить любой из вопросов, которые они хотят?». Некоторые из вопросов, которые обсуждаются в процессе так называемого «общественного диалога»: замораживание заработной платы на два года, ограничение 13-й и 14-й зарплат, понижение страховых взносов работодателей вплоть до 15% с соответствующим повышением прибыли и одновременное понижение налогообложения предприятий на 5%.
Собравшиеся демонстранты ПАМЕ пробыли длительное время у входа здания и в зале заседаний, где уже собрались представители работодателей и работодательских профсоюзных руководств, тем самым вынудив их прервать «диалог» и покинуть помещение. Демонстранты скандировали: «Затратой не являются расходы на трудящихся, а на паразитов-капиталистов», «Здесь и тут классовая борьба». Характерно, что председателя СЕВ эвакуировали из здания.
Не случайно СЕВ издала заявление против Компартии Греции с целью повлиять на сознание рабочих и народа, которые борются против варварских мер и подают признаки эмансипации от политики капитала и его партий. СЕВ призвал «все политические силы и особенно левые партии, в широком смысле, беспрекословно осудить КПГ и его практику, стремящуюся насильственно возвратить нас в давно минувшие, невозвратные времена» и добавил, что «аллергическая реакция КПГ на общественный диалог и на диалоги вообще раскрывает её приверженность сталинским методам и практике». ГСЕЕ издала подобное заявление.
Ответ КПГ: Буржуазный класс – это паразит, мешающий общественному развитию
КПГ незамедлительно ответила на антикоммунистическое наступление СЕВ, заявив: «Оголтелое наступление представителей промышленников на КПГ является естественным с классовой точки зрения. Вместе с партиями и своими профсоюзными представителями они хотят подчинить рабочий класс и сделать его «овцой, покорно идущей на убой». Поэтому они проливают столько желчи, когда КПГ и ПАМЕ призывают народ подняться, отменить ликвидацию своих основных прав, прекратить жертвы во имя прибыли своих эксплуататоров и бороться за свержение их власти. (…) Господа, мы вас не боимся. Ваш класс – паразит, мешающий социальному развитию. Вы не перед чем не останавливаетесь, когда речь идёт о росте вашей прибыли и защите ваших интересов. Вы закрываете заводы и предприятия, перевозите их заграницу, выбрасывая трудящихся как выжатый лимон, после многолетней эксплуатации. Вы вывозите миллиарды евро – продукт кражи труда рабочих в течении десятилетий, инвестируете их или вкладываете в безопасные банки. Вы обокрали страховые фонды. Вы пользуетесь вызывающим освобождением от налогов и льготами и требуете ещё большего. (…) Вам прекрасно известно насколько правдив лозунг «Без тебя не движется производство, рабочий тебе не нужны хозяева» и как он близок сердцам рабочих. Придёт время и весь рабочий класс выпрямится во весь рост!».
ПАМЕ: Правительственные, работодательские профсоюзные руководства выступают за интересы работодателей
В своём заявлении ПАМЕ подчеркивает: «Заявления СЕВ и ГСЕЕ о выступлении ПАМЕ против проведения «общественного диалога» показывают, что у них одно тело и душа. Не стоит подробно говорить о промышленниках. У нас чёткие противоречащие интересы. СЕВ отождествляет развитие страны со своими интересами – со своей прибылью. Для преумножения прибыли требуется понижение цены рабочей силы. Правительственные и работодательские профсоюзные руководства постоянно заявляют о своей готовности поддержать интересы промышленников и крупных работодателей под предлогом борьбы с безработицей и мнимым сохранением рабочих мест. Наследие прошлых «общественных диалогов» – богатое. Трудящиеся в них заранее проигрывали. Те же лица, используя те же аргументы, напали на ПАМЕ, когда он символично предотвратил «общественный диалог» о системе социального страхования в 2009 г., чтобы предупредить рабочий класс и подготовить его к борьбе против готовящейся бури. (…). Руководство ГСЕЕ готово вместе с СЕВ и коалиционным правительством ПАСОК-НД-ЛАОС пойти на резкое урезание зарплат и взносов работодателей. ГСЕЕ и СЕВ осуждают в своих заявлениях ПАМЕ за применение насилия. О насилии говорят представители и союзники капиталистической системы, тем временем как стратегия монополий осудила массы народа, трудящихся, маленьких детей, на бедность, недоедание и безработицу. Говорят о насилии те, кто в большинстве рабочих мест заглушают и преследуют борющихся рабочих, выступающих против их кошмарных планов. Они защищают этого рода насилие. Мы отвечаем им, что мы не потерпим нашего насильственного обнищания, нашего насильственного подчинения желаниям капитала и, вооружившись справедливостью, ответим войной на войну капиталистов», написано в заключении заявления ПАМЕ.

¡Bloque en el diálogo-fraude!

Con una movilización dinámica el miércoles 18 de enero, las Federaciones y los sindicatos clasistas que se aúnan en el Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores (PAME), arruinaron la “cita” antiobrera de los “interlocutores sociales”.
El miércoles, las Federaciones y los sindicatos clasistas organizaron una concentración masiva inesperada en las oficinas donde se estaba llevando a cabo el “diálogo” e impidieron que iniciara el “diálogo social” que había sido programado por los dirigentes sindicales pactistas de GSEE (Confederación de los trabajadores en el sector privado controlada por fuerzas socialdemócratas, derechistas y oportunistas) y las organizaciones de los capitalistas (Federación Helénica de Empresas -SEV-, etc.), con el objetivo de acabar con los últimos derechos obreros con el fin de fortalecer la competitividad del capital.
El Ministro de Trabajo, G. Koutroumanis, fue sumamente revelador en su declaración sobre la amplitud de los cambios antiobreros que se promueven a través del diálogo y dijo que: “¿Es posible que el Ministro de Trabajo prohíba a los interlocutores sociales a plantear cualquier asunto que quieran?” Algunos de los asuntos que están en la mesa del llamado “diálogo social” son: la congelación de dos años de los salarios, restricción de los bonos de la Navidad y del Pascua, exención de los empleadores de hasta un 15% de las contribuciones a la seguridad social, automático aumento respectivo de sus ganancias y al mismo tiempo disminución de un 5% de los impuestos a las empresas.
Los manifestantes del PAME permanecieron durante hora fuera del edificio así como en el aula donde se habían reunido los representantes de los empresarios y los sindicalistas burócratas obligándolos a suspender el “diálogo” e irse del aula. Algunas de las consignas de los manifestantes fueron “Los obreros no son un coste; coste son los parásitos de los capitalistas”, “Lucha de clases ahora y aquí mismo”. Es indicativo que al presidente de SEV le facilitaron la huida de la reunión.
No es casualidad que SEV en su comunicado ataca al KKE dirigiéndose contra la conciencia de los trabajadores y del pueblo que luchan contra las medidas bárbaras y muestran tendencias de emancipación de la política del capital y de sus partidos. SEV ha pedido “a todas las fuerzas políticas y en particular a los partidos de la izquierda democrática amplia a condenar sin reservas al KKE y las prácticas que quieren que…vayamos (a través del PAME) de manera violenta hacia atrás, a épocas que pertenecen ya al pasado” y agregó que: “la reacción alérgica que obviamente provoca al KKE el diálogo social –igual que toda forma de diálogo– revela su obsesión en métodos y tácticas estalinistas.” GSEE emitió un comunicado similar.
La respuesta del KKE: La burguesía es un parásito que impide el desarrollo social
El KKE contestó inmediatamente al ataque anticomunista del SEV, mencionando entre otras cosas que: “El ataque rabioso de los representantes de los industriales contra el KKE es natural desde el punto de vista clasista. Lo que quieren, junto con los partidos y sus colaboradores sindicales, es que la clase obrera, sumisa, diga que acepta los sacrificios para salvarse. Esto explica su odio cuando el KKE y el PAME llaman a la clase obrera a levantarse para impedir que le quiten sus conquistas básicas, para poner un fin a los sacrificios para las ganancias de sus explotadores, con el objetivo de derrocar su poder. (…) Señores, no nos dan miedo. Su clase es un parásito que impide el desarrollo social. Son realmente despiadados cuando se trata de aumentar su rentabilidad, de proteger sus intereses. Cierran las fábricas y las empresas y las deslocalizan al extranjero echando a la calle a los trabajadores que han estado explotando durante años. Exportan miles de millones de euros, que son producto de décadas de robo a través de la explotación del trabajo de los trabajadores, para hacer inversiones o depósitos seguros en los bancos. Han saqueado los fondos de seguridad social. Gozan de exenciones y privilegios fiscales y exigen más. (…) Saben que es verdad lo que dice el lema “Sin ti no se mueve ni siquiera un engranaje; obrero, puedes prescindir de los patrones” y lo mucho que ha tocado los corazones de los obreros. Pero llegará el momento que toda la clase obrera se pondrá de pie.”
PAME: Los sindicalistas amarrillos pro-patronales apoyan los intereses de los empleadores
En su comunicado el PAME señala que: “Los comunicados de SEV y de GSEE en cuanto a la intervención del PAME al iniciar el “diálogo social” demuestra que están unidos en cuerpo y alma. No hay mucho que decir para los industriales. Tenemos intereses claros y opuestos. SEV identifica el desarrollo del país con su interés, es decir las “ganancias-ganancias-ganancias”. Para aumentar sus ganancias es necesario bajar el precio de la fuerza de trabajo. Las fuerzas del sindicalismo amarrillo pro-patronal están siempre dispuestas a declarar su voluntad de apoyar los intereses de los industriales y de los grandes empresarios con el pretexto de combatir el desempleo y la supuesta preservación de puestos de trabajo. Ya tenemos gran experiencia de los anteriores “diálogos sociales”, de las pérdidas de los trabajadores que habían sido predeterminadas de antemano. Las mismas personas con los mismos argumentos atacaron a las fuerzas del PAME en 2009 cuando impidieron simbólicamente el “diálogo social” sobre la Seguridad Social con el objetivo de advertir a la clase obrera y organizar su lucha contra el masacre que estaban preparando. La dirección de GSEE está dispuesta a aceptar junto con SEV y el gobierno de coalición de PASOK-ND-LAOS el recorte drástico de los salarios y de las cotizaciones patronales.
Además, GSEE y SEV con sus comunicados acusan al PAME de ejercer violencia. El sistema y sus aliados hablan de violencia ellos cuando la estrategia de los monopolios ha condenado a los obreros y al pueblo, a los niños a la pobreza, al desempleo, a la desnutrición. Los que hablan de violencia son los que en la mayoría de los centros de trabajo han establecido un régimen donde cada voz que se opone a sus planes horrorosos se hace callar y se criminaliza. Es este tipo de violencia que están defendiendo. Les respondemos que no vamos a tolerar nuestro empobrecimiento violento, nuestro sometimiento violento a los apetitos del capital” y concluye diciendo que “la vamos a derrocar utilizando como arma la fuerza de la guerra justa contra la guerra de los capitalistas”.
