Mass and militant youth demonstration of KNE in Athens, yesterday, against the legalization of drugs
Hundreds of members of KNE and friends of the organization took part in the demonstration, 2/2, in the centre of Athens against the draft law of the three-party government (social-democrats-conservatives-nationalists) which legalizes the use, trafficking and supply of drugs.
Speaking at the rally, Giorgos Sideris, member of the Bureau of the CC of KNE, spoke about the issue of drugs in its entirety, revealing the lies and rottenness of the ideological constructs which accompany the “Drug Code”. As he stressed:
“Under the pressure of the communists and the condemnation of the people, the Minister of Justice in his statement today has left open the possibility of the draft law being withdrawn. We are not complacent, we will not stop, we are in a state of vigilance, we will continue more dynamically (…)
They know that they would face the fierce opposition of the working people. They would always find themselves faced by a wall of people from the popular strata who do not want the future of their children to be a drug-fuelled haze. Why they are bringing it now? It is very clear. They want the consciousness of the youth drugged so that they do not have demands, struggle or protest. (…)
Drugs are not a free choice, or right. It is a despotic choice, it is the abolition of every right (…)
“PASOK, together with the opportunists of various shades but especially SYN/SYRIZA as well as Kouvelis’ party(“Democratic Left”), are taking on the burden of promoting and passing this draft law, and the attack against our party. They reproduce the rotten ideological construct of the right to “self-harm”. What are they saying to us? That those who are depriving us of the right to work, education, healthcare, culture, sports are concerned over the “right” for us to harm ourselves. This draft law is an opportunity for conclusions to be drawn. The parties of capital conceal the root of the drug problem. They operate in the line of management and not dealing with the problem, because they serve a system which reproduces the problem of drugs.
The KKE is opposed both to the policies of repression which are represented by parties such as LAOS or fascist forces such as Chrysi Avgi (“Golden Dawn”) and treat users as “scum”, and the so-called “progressive” policies of the legalization and liberalization of drug use, which are represented by forces such as SYN/SYRIZA and various alleged “anti-authoritarians”. On the issue of drugs two basic lines and logics are again coming into conflict. The one of compromise and management and the other of the radical treatment of the problem. The KKE and its youth, KNE, are the only who say NO to all drugs”, concluded the member of the Bureau of the CC.
Rallies of KNE on the issue of drugs also took place in Thessalonica and other major Greek cities.

Массовый, боевой митинг КМГ в Афинах против легализации наркотиков

Сотни членов и друзей Коммунистической молодёжи Греции (КМГ) участвовали в митинге 2 февраля 2012 г. в центре Афин против законопроекта трёхпартийного правительства (социал-демократов, консерваторов и националистов) по узакониванию потребления, распространения и снабжения наркотиками. С трибуны митингаГиоргос Сидерис член бюро ЦС КМГ раскрыл в полном объеме вопрос наркотиков. Разоблачил ложь и несостоятельность идеологических выдумок, поддерживающих «Кодекс наркотиков».
Он отметил: «Под давлением коммунистов и при осуждении народа Министр юстиции заявил сегодня о вероятности снятия законопроекта. Мы не остановимся, будем бдительными и продолжим борьбу более динамично (...).
Они знают, что рабочий люд будет твёрдо сопротивляться. Они всегда наталкивались на стену – на народ, который не желал, чтобы наркомания была будущим его детей. Почему они предлагают этот законопроект сейчас? Ясно почему. Они хотят усыпить сознание молодёжи, чтобы она не боролась, не требовала, не реагировала (…).
Наркотики не являются не вопросом свободного выбора, не правом. Это несвободный выбор, ликвидация всяческих прав (…)
«ПАСОК и оппортунисты всех оттенков, и особенно СИН/СИРИЗА, а также партия Кувелиса взяли на себя бремя продвижения законопроекта и наступления на нашу партию – на Компартию Греции. Они воспроизводят обанкротившийся аргумент о праве на «нанесение себе вреда». Что они утверждают? Что те, кто лишают нас права на труд, образование, здравоохранение, социальное обеспечение, культуру и спорт пекуться о нашем «праве» причинять себе вред. Этот законопроект должен послужить поводом для извлечения выводов. Партии капитала скрывают корень проблемы наркотиков. Они пытаются управлять проблемой, а не решить её, поскольку служат системе, воспроизводящей проблему наркотиков. КПГ против репрессивной политики, которую поддерживают такие партии, как ЛАОС и фашистские силы, например, «Хриси авги», относящиеся к наркоманам, как к «отбросам». КПГ также против якобы «прогрессивной» политики легализации и освобождения наркомании, которую поддерживают такие силы, как СИН/СИРИЗА и различные противовластные структуры. В вопросе наркотивов также сталкиваются две основные линии. Линия примирения и управления проблемой и линия её кардинального решения. Только КПГ и КМГ говорят НЕТ всем наркотикам», сказал в заключении член бюро ЦС КМГ.
Митинги КМГ по вопросу наркотиков состоялись в Салониках и других крупных городах Греции.
NO a todas las drogas
Ayer en Atenas la KNE realizó una concentración multitudinaria de jóvenes contra la legalización de las drogas
Cientos de miembros y amigos de la Juventud Comunista de Grecia (KNE) tomaron parte en la manifestación que se llevó a cabo el 2 de febrero en el centro de Atenas contra el proyecto de ley del gobierno tripartito (constituida por socialdemócratas-derechistas-nacionalistas) que legaliza el uso, el tráfico y el suministro de drogas.
En su intervención en la concentración, Giorgos Sideris, miembro del Buró del Consejo Central de la KNE, habló sobre el tema de las drogas, dejando al descubierto las mentiras y la corrupción de las construcciones ideológicas que acompañan el “Código de Drogas”. Subrayó que:
“Bajo la presión ejercida por los comunistas y la condena del pueblo, el ministro de Justicia en su declaración hoy ha dejado abierta la posibilidad de retirar el proyecto de ley. No debemos relajarnos, ni parar; estamos atentos, seguimos de forma más dinámica (…)
Saben que se enfrentan siempre con la fuerte oposición del pueblo trabajador; que se encuentran siempre ante un muro del pueblo que no quiere que el futuro de sus hijos sea las drogas. ¿Y porqué lo traen ahora? Está claro. Quieren que la conciencia de los jóvenes sea drogada para que no tengan demandas, para que no luchen, para que no reaccionen. Las drogas no son ni elección libre, ni derecho. Es una opción despótica, es la abolición de todo derecho (…)
El PASOK junto con los oportunistas de diferentes tendencias, y sobre todo el SYN/SYRIZA y el partido Izquierda Democrática de Kouvelis, han asumido la carga de promover la promoción y la aprobación del proyecto de ley, la carga del ataque contra nuestro partido. Reproducen las construcciones ideológicas podridas del derecho a la autolesión. Lo que nos dicen en realidad es que los que nos están privando del derecho al trabajo, a la educación, a la cultura, a los deportes, están preocupados por nuestro “derecho” de hacernos daños a nosotros mismos. Este proyecto de ley es una oportunidad para que el pueblo saque conclusiones. Los partidos del capital ocultan la raíz del problema de las drogas. Se mueven en una línea de gestión en lugar de solucionar el problema porque sirven a un sistema que reproduce el problema de las drogas.
El KKE está en contra tanto de las políticas de represión que apoyan partidos como LAOS o fuerzas fascistas como “Chrisí Avgí” y tratan los drogadictos como “escorias”, como de las políticas supuestamente “progresistas” de legalización y de liberación del consumo de drogas, como sostienen fuerzas como SYN/SYRIZA y otras fuerzas supuestamente antiautoritarias. En materia de drogas también hay dos líneas-lógicas básicas en conflicto. Una es la de compromiso y de gestión y la otra es la de la confrontación radical del problema. El KKE y su organización juvenil, la KNE, son los únicos que dicen NO a todas las drogas”, concluyó el miembro del Buró del Consejo Central.
La KNE realizó una concentración sobre el tema de las drogas en Tesalónica y en otras grandes ciudades de Grecia.
