Fascists against the workers’, people’s and youth movements

On the evening of Tuesday, 3 November, fascists carried out a murderous attack in a neighbourhood of Patras against a militant school student and member of KNE, whom they had been targeting and intimidating for days. They also attacked students, also members of KNE, who stood by her side to defend her.

      For the past few days, a militant school student at the 8th High School of Patras — a member of KNE and the Patras School Students’ Coordination Committee who is at the forefront of struggles — had been threatened and insulted by cowardly fascists in a small square outside her home in the evenings.

On Tuesday evening, when the same thing happened again, high school and university students intervened, demanding that the individuals outside the girl’s home stop their unacceptable behaviour. In response, they were violently attacked by around 40 fascists. Several students were injured in the attack, two of them seriously.

The attack was well-planned and organized, with the fascists’ actions bringing to mind the notorious Nazi stormtroopers. Emboldened by the protection afforded to them by the bourgeois state and its mechanisms, as well as by the bourgeois parties, and acting in collaboration with other criminal elements, the fascists have crawled out of their holes to play their dirty role at a time when the workers’, people’s, and youth movements are on the rise. This is all happening at a time when capitalists are intensifying their preparations for war and getting ready for a new economic crisis.

Local organizations of the KKE and KNE reacted immediately to these events, issuing a statement condemning the fascist attack against a militant student and  KNE member, as well as against the KNE members who rushed to her defence. They point out that the fascists are attempting to terrorize the youth movement, which opposes the policies of the government and capital, and that they have the support of the bourgeois state, seeking to strike a blow against the organized struggle of the labour movement. The local organizations of the KKE and KNE call on the people of Patras to isolate the fascists and condemn these attempts to terrorize the students.

The Labour Center of Patras is calling for a rally on Wednesday, 4 November, at 6 p.m., in Patras, to denounce the fascist attack. Among other things, its statement emphasizes:

“These so-called patriotic Nazis, whose “homeland” is capital and to which they provide oaths of allegiance  solely—along with its interests— want the working class and the younger generation to passively support the bloodstained “national goals” of business groups, military intervention, and enormous profits. They have vowed to crush every effort to assert our contemporary needs! That is why they are attacking the pioneers!”

The Labor Center of Patras calls on all mass organizations in the city to condemn the fascist attack and emphasizes: “The fascists who have crawled out of their holes to spew their fascist poison will be isolated and will face the response of the organized labour and popular movement.”

Фашисты против рабочего, народного движения и молодёжного движения

Зверское нападение на школьницу-активистку, члена КМГ, которую уже несколько дней преследовали и запугивали, а также на студентов, тоже членов КМГ, вставших на её защиту, совершили фашиствующие элементы вечером во вторник, 3 ноября, в одном из районов города Патры. 

В частности, уже несколько дней трусливые фашисты угрожали и оскорбляли ученицу 8-го лицея города Патр — активную участницу борьбы, члена КМГ и Координационного комитета учащихся Патр — на небольшой площади возле её дома в вечернее время. Вечером во вторник, когда эта ситуация повторилась вновь, учащиеся и студенты попытались вмешаться и потребовать от лиц, находившихся возле дома девушки, прекратить своё недопустимое поведение. В ответ они подверглись жестокому нападению со стороны примерно 40 фашиствующих элементов. В результате нападения пострадали студенты, двое из них получили более серьёзные травмы.

Нападение было тщательно спланировано. Действия нападавших напоминали действия печально известных нацистских штурмовых отрядов. Почувствовав себя безнаказанными благодаря покровительству буржуазного государства, его механизмов и буржуазных партий, а также действуя в связке с другими криминальными элементами, фашисты вылезли из своих нор, чтобы сыграть свою грязную роль в период подъёма рабочего, народного движения и движения молодёжи. И всё это в то время, когда капиталисты усиливают военную подготовку и готовятся к новому экономическому кризису.

На эти события незамедлительно отреагировали местные организации КПГ и КМГ. В своём заявлении они осудили фашистское нападение на активистку КМГ и членов КМГ, вставших на её защиту, отметив, что фашисты пытаются запугать молодёжное движение, выступающее против политики правительства и капитала. При поддержке буржуазного государства они стремятся разгромить организованную борьбу рабочего движения. Местные организации КПГ и КМГ призывают жителей Патр изолировать фашистов и осудить попытки запугивания учащихся.

На митинг в среду, 4 ноября, в 18:00 в Патрах призывает Рабочий центр Патр, осуждая фашистское нападение. В частности, в своём заявлении он подчёркивает: «Так называемые патриоты-нацисты, для которых родиной является капитал и которые клянутся только ему и его интересам, хотят, чтобы рабочий класс и молодое поколение безропотно следовали за кровавыми „национальными целями“ бизнес-групп, военным вовлечением и колоссальными прибылями. Они поклялись подавлять любые попытки добиваться удовлетворения наших современных потребностей! Именно поэтому они нападают на передовых борцов!»

Рабочий центр Патр призывает все общественные организации города осудить нападение фашистов и подчёркивает:  «Фашисты, вылезшие из своих нор, чтобы изливать свой фашистский яд, будут изолированы и получат отпор со стороны организованного рабочего и народного движения».

Los fascistas contra el movimiento obrero-popular y juvenil

La noche del martes 3 de noviembre, en un barrio de Patras, unos fascistas perpetraron un ataque mortal contra una alumna de secundaria, miembro de la KNE, a la que llevaban días acosando e intimidando, así como contra estudiantes, también miembros de la KNE, que se habían puesto de su lado para defenderla.

Concretamente, desde hacía unos días, unos fascistas cobardes amenazaban e insultaban a dicha alumna del 8.º Instituto de Secundaria de Patras, una alumna que está en primera línea de las luchas, miembro de la KNE y del Comité Coordinador de Alumnos de Secundaria de Patras, en una pequeña plaza frente a su casa, por la noche.

La noche del martes, cuando está situación se repitió de nuevo, alumnos y estudiantes universitarios intentaron intervenir y exigieron a las personas que se encontraban frente a la casa de la joven que dejaran de comportarse de esta manera inaceptable. Como respuesta, sufrieron una agresión violenta por parte de unos cuarenta fascistas. Varios estudiantes resultaron heridos en la agresión, dos de ellos de gravedad.

El ataque estuvo bien planificado y organizado, y la actuación de los fascistas recordaba a las infames tropas de asalto nazis. Envalentonados por la protección que les brinda el Estado burgués, sus mecanismos y los partidos burgueses, y actuando además en colaboración con otras personas criminales, los fascistas salieron de sus madrigueras para desempeñar su sucio papel en un momento de auge del movimiento obrero, popular y juvenil. Y todo ello en un momento en el que los capitalistas intensifican los preparativos bélicos y se preparan para una nueva crisis económica.

Las organizaciones locales del KKE y de la KNE reaccionaron de inmediato ante estos acontecimientos y, en un comunicado, denunciaron el ataque fascista contra la alumna militante, miembro de la KNE, así como contra los miembros de la KNE que acudieron rápidamente en su defensa. Señalan que los fascistas intentan intimidar al movimiento juvenil, que se opone a la política del Gobierno y del capital, y cuentan con el apoyo del Estado burgués, con el objetivo de golpear la lucha organizada del movimiento obrero. Las organizaciones locales del KKE y de la KNE hacen un llamamiento al pueblo de Patras para que aísle a los fascistas y condene los intentos de intimidar a los estudiantes.

El Centro Laboral de Patras ha convocado una manifestación para el miércoles 4 de noviembre, a las 18:00 horas, en Patras, para denunciar el ataque fascista. En su comunicado destaca entre otras cosas:

«Los supuestos patriotas nazis cuya patria es el capital y que solo juran lealtad a este y a sus intereses, quieren que la clase obrera y las generaciones jóvenes permanezcan alineadas, sin protestar, tras los sangrientos “objetivos nacionales” de los grupos empresariales, la implicación bélica y los beneficios astronómicos. ¡Se han comprometido a aplastar cualquier intento de reivindicación por nuestras necesidades actuales! ¡Por eso atacan a los que desarrollan una acción militante!» 

El Centro Laboral de Patras insta a todas las organizaciones de masas de la ciudad a condenar el ataque fascista y subraya: «Los fascistas que han salido de sus madrigueras para derramar su veneno fascista quedarán aislados y recibirán la respuesta merecida por parte del movimiento obrero y popular organizado».

Les fascistes contre les mouvement ouvrier, populaire et de jeunesse

Mardi 3 Novembre, au soir, des fascistes ont perpétré une agression meurtrière dans un quartier de Patras contre une lycéenne militante et membre de la KNE, qu’ils ciblaient et intimidaient depuis plusieurs jours. Ils se sont également en pris à des étudiants, également membres de la KNE, qui s’étaient tenus à ses côtés pour la défendre.

      Depuis quelques jours, une lycéenne militante du 8e lycée de Patras — membre de la KNE et du Comité de coordination des élèves de Patras, qui se trouve en première ligne des luttes — était menacée et insultée chaque soir par de lâches fascistes sur une petite place située devant son domicile.

Mardi soir, lorsque la même chose s’est produite, des lycéens et des étudiants sont intervenus, exigeant que les individus postés devant le domicile de la jeune fille cessent leur comportement inacceptable. En réponse, ils ont été violemment attaqués par une quarantaine de fascistes. Plusieurs étudiants ont été blessés lors de cette agression, dont deux gravement.

L’attaque était soigneusement planifiée et organisée, les actions des fascistes rappelant celles des tristement célèbres troupes d’assaut nazies. Encouragés par la protection que leur accordent l’État bourgeois et ses mécanismes, ainsi que les partis bourgeois, et agissant en collaboration avec d’autres éléments criminels, les fascistes sont sortis de leurs trous pour jouer leur sale rôle à un moment où le mouvement ouvrier, populaire et de jeunesse sont en plein essor. Tout cela se produit alors que les capitalistes intensifient leurs préparatifs de guerre et se préparent à une nouvelle crise économique.

Les organisations locales du KKE et de la KNE ont immédiatement réagi à ces événements en publiant un communiqué condamnant l’attaque fasciste contre une étudiante militante et membre de la KNE, ainsi que contre les membres de la KNE qui se sont précipités pour la défendre.  Elles soulignent que les fascistes tentent d’intimider le mouvement de jeunesse, qui s’oppose aux politiques du gouvernement et du capital, et qu’ils bénéficient du soutien de l’État bourgeois, cherchant à porter un coup à la lutte organisée du mouvement ouvrier. Les organisations locales du KKE et de la KNE appellent le peuple de Patras à isoler les fascistes et à condamner ces tentatives visant à intimider les étudiants.

Le Centre Syndical de Patras appelle à un rassemblement le mercredi 4 novembre à 18 heures, à Patras, pour dénoncer cette agression fasciste. Dans son communiqué, il souligne ce qui suit:

«Ces nazis soi-disant patriotes, dont la “patrie” est le capital, auquel ils prêtent serment d’allégeance — ainsi qu’à ses intérêts —, veulent que la classe ouvrière et la jeune génération soutiennent passivement les “objectifs nationaux” sanglants des groupes d’affaires, de l’intervention militaire et des profits colossaux. Ils se sont engagés à écraser tout effort visant à défendre nos besoins contemporains! C’est pourquoi ils s’en prennent aux pionniers!»

Le Centre Syndical de Patras appelle toutes les organisations de masse de la ville à condamner cette attaque fasciste et souligne: «Les fascistes qui sont sortis de leurs trous pour répandre leur poison fasciste seront isolés et devront faire face à la riposte du mouvement syndical et populaire organisé.»

الفاشيون ضد الحركة العمالية الشعبية و ضد حركة الشباب

شنّ فاشيون اعتداءاً قاتلا على طالبة مناضلة، عضو في الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية كانوا قد استُهدفوها ورُوّعها لأيام، كما شنّوا اعتداءاً على طلاب آخرين، أعضاء أيضاً في الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، كانوا يقفون إلى جانبها للدفاع عنها، وذلك مساء الثلاثاء 3 تشرين الثاني\نوفمبر في أحد أحياء مدينة باترا. 

وبالتحديد، دأب فاشيون جبناء لعدة أيام على تهديد و إهانة طالبة في المدرسة الثانوية الثامنة لمدينة باترا، وهي مناضلة طليعية  عضو في الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية ولجنة تنسيق طلاب باترا، عبر تجمعهم في ساحة صغيرة أمام منزلها، في ساعات المساء.

وفي ليلة الثلاثاء، عندما تكرر المشهد نفسه، حاول تلاميذ المدارس وطلاب الجامعات التدخل ومطالبة من يقفون أمام منزل الشابة بالكفّ عن سلوكهم غير المقبول. حيث تلقوا رداً على ذلك، اعتداءاً عنيفاً من قِبل نحو 40 فاشي. أُصيب طلاب في الهجوم، اثنان منهم بإصابات خطيرة. 

كان الاعتداء مُخططًا له ومنظماًَ بدقة، حيث تُذكّر أفعال الفاشيين بكتائب الاقتحام النازية سيئة السمعة. فهم يتواقحون بفضل الغطاء الذي وفرته لهم الدولة البرجوازية وأجهزتها وأحزابها، و كذلك في تعاون مع عناصر إجرامية أخرى، حيث خرج الفاشيون من جحورهم ليؤدوا دورهم القذر في فترة صعود الحركة العمالية  - الشعبية والشبابية. و كل هذا في وقت يُشدّد فيه الرأسماليون استعداداتهم للحرب ويستعدون لأزمة اقتصادية جديدة. 

فوريٌ كان رد فعل المنظمات المحلية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني والشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، على الأحداث، حيث نددت في بيان لها بالاعتداء الفاشي على مناضلة، عضو في الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، وكذلك على أعضاء الشبيبة الذين هرعوا للدفاع عنها. حيث أشارت المنظمات إلى أن الفاشيين يحاولون ترهيب الحركة الشبابية التي تُناضل ضد سياسة الحكومة ورأس المال، و يحظون بدعم الدولة البرجوازية، و يسعون إلى ضرب الصراع المنظم للحركة العمالية. تدعو المنظمات المحلية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني والشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية شعب باترا إلى عزل الفاشيين وإدانة محاولات ترهيب الطلاب.

هذا و يدعو مركز باترا العمالي إلى تظاهرة تقام في المدينة يوم الأربعاء 4 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني، الساعة السادسة مساءاً، للتنديد بالاعتداء الفاشي. ويؤكد المركز في سياق بيان ذي صلة: «إن النازيين الذين يزعمون أنهم وطنيون، والذين يتمثل وطنهم في رأس المال ولا يُقسمون إلا باسمه و اسم مصالحه، يريدون من الطبقة العاملة والجيل الجديد أن يبقوا مصطفين دون احتجاج خلف "الأهداف الوطنية" الدموية لمجموعات الأعمال و التورط الحربي و الأرباح الخيالية.  لقد أقسموا على سحق أي محاولة للمطالبة بحاجاتنا المعاصرة! ولهذا السبب يهاجمون الطليعيين!».

يدعو مركز باترا العمالي جميع منظمات المدينة إلى إدانة الاعتداء الفاشي، مؤكداً: « سيتم عزل الفاشيين الذين خرجوا من جحورهم لبث سمومهم الفاشية، وسيتلقون ردهم من الحركة العمالية والشعبية المنظمة».
