Mass KKE rally marks the 100^th anniversary of Fidel Castro’s birth and expressing solidarity with Cuba

 

A large crowd of workers and young people attended the KKE event marking the 100^th anniversary of the birth of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro. The rally also called for an immediate end to the US blockade against Cuba, the removal of Cuba from the US government’s despicable list of “state sponsors of terrorism”, and for the Greek government and other parties to take a clear stand in favour of ending the embargo.

The main speaker at the event was Dimitris Koutsoumbas, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the KKE, while the Cuban Ambassador to Greece, Aramis Fuente Hernández, delivered the opening address.

Opening his speech, D. Koutsoumbas stated: “We are here today to honour the memory and legacy of one of the great communist revolutionaries of the 20^th  century: Comandante Fidel Castro Ruz, leader of the Cuban Revolution and of the Communist Party of Cuba, on the occasion of the 100^th anniversary of his birth and the 10^th anniversary of his passing.

The KKE honours Fidel’s memory and his historic contribution to the cause of the social liberation of the peoples of Latin America, to internationalist solidarity with struggling peoples, and his  effort to build a new society. Above all, we honour his contribution to the Cuban Revolution, the first socialist revolution on the American continent and one of the defining events of the 20^th century. His long and legendary life was devoted to the revolutionary struggle of the people of his homeland. It is no coincidence that Fidel Castro, as the leader of the Cuban Revolution, became a red rag to the imperialists, exploiters, and anti-communists everywhere”.

The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the KKE went on to speak extensively about Fidel Castro, highlighting key moments in his life that are inseparably linked to the struggle of the heroic people of Cuba, who have endured imperialist aggression for decades. D. Koutsoumbas rejected the pretexts used by the imperialists to attack Cuba and stated, among other things:

“From the very victory of the Cuban Revolution in 1959, the KKE has consistently stood alongside the Cuban people. It expressed its solidarity even during the difficult years of illegality and dictatorship in Greece, and continues to do so today, regardless of the cost or sacrifices involved.

Together with dozens of other Communist and Workers’ Parties around the world, we are strengthening initiatives of support and solidarity with Cuba and with all  peoples suffering from imperialist interventions, wars and oppression.

We support the Communist Parties; we support the peoples, who alone have the right to determine the course of events in their own countries. We support the common struggle of the peoples against capitalist–imperialist barbarity and the joint struggle to abolish the exploitation of man by man.

Today, once again, faithful to our internationalist duty, and declare: Hands off Cuba!

Send the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz —deployed in the Caribbean to advance their war-mongering plans— back where it came from.

Let the US imperialists not dare to attack the Island of the Revolution!

They will find us standing in their way at every step of any escalation of aggression against Cuba. They will find the trade unions, the anti-war, pro-peace, and anti-imperialist movement, the student unions, the women’s organizations, and every mass organization fighting for the interests of the working class and the people standing in their path.

We join our voices with those of the people and youth of Cuba, who  demonstrate and proclaim that neither threats, nor isolation, nor the energy embargo, nor fabricated accusations will break their will!

We salute the more than 6.2 million Cubans —over 80% of those eligible to vote— who recently signed the appeal in defence of their homeland.

Two months ago, the KKE organized a mass rally in the centre of Athens and a demonstration outside the US Embassy, making it crystal clear that Cuba is not alone! The Cuban people have the communists and the Greek people by their side in their struggle against the new escalation of imperialist aggression and the barbaric economic blockade.

We organized another militant protest outside the US Embassy following the prosecution of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, General Raúl Castro. We are raising our voice in the Greek Parliament, while the KKE’s MEPs are expressing their militant solidarity with Cuba and condemning anti-communism and the counter-revolutionary forces harboured by the EU in the European Parliament.

KKE organizations are carrying out hundreds of initiatives throughout Greece, including events, demonstrations, and concerts, to inform the public and express the Greek people’s solidarity with Cuba.

We are signing and circulating a statement that has already gathered thousands of signatures from workers, elected representatives of the popular movement, and prominent public figures across the country, both online and in print. We have submitted this statement to MPs from other parties in Parliament, and dozens of them, in addition to the KKE’s 21 MPs, have already signed it.

We support the initiatives of the Greek–Cuban Association of Friendship and Solidarity.

We are preparing to participate in the 24^th International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties, which will take place in Havana in 7–9 August, alongside dozens of other Communist Parties. We will also participate in the events organized by the Communist Party of Cuba from 10–13 August to mark the 100^th anniversary of Fidel’s birth. KNE is likewise preparing to take part in a solidarity brigade in Cuba during August.

We will continue our struggle resolutely alongside the Cuban people and the Communist Party of Cuba, and we demand:

- The lifting of all measures associated with the genocidal US economic blockade against Cuba. Let Cuba breathe!

- An end to all forms of persecution against Raúl Castro.

- The immediate withdrawal of the US aircraft carrier USS Nimitz from the Caribbean.

- The removal of Cuba from the despicable list of “state sponsors of terrorism” maintained by the US State Department as a tool of economic suffocation against the Island of the Revolution.

- The lifting of all hostile sanctions targeting Cuban institutions and organizations, including ICAP, as well as the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban government.

- We demand that the Greek government condemn the aggression against Cuba.

- We support the Cuban people’s right to defend their chosen path of development by every means necessary.

- We reject any foreign intervention in Cuba’s internal affairs.

The KKE assumes its responsibility towards our people, their movement and their organizations to further strengthen solidarity with the Island of the Revolution, ensuring that the propaganda and distortions promoted by the US imperialist leadership do not prevail.

We have commitments to our people, to all peoples under attack, and to those , proud peoples who, through their struggle, have become symbols of uncompromising resistance, such as the people of Cuba!

‘Revolution means being aware of the historical moment. It means changing everything that needs to be changed (...) It means a profound conviction that there is no force in the world capable of crushing the power of truth and ideas. Revolution means unity and independence; it means fighting for our dreams, for justice for Cuba and for the whole world’. Fidel’s words will remain with us forever.

Крупный митинг КПГ по случаю 100-летия со дня рождения Фиделя Кастро и в знак солидарности с Кубой

 

Трудящиеся и молодежь приняли участие в мероприятии КПГ, посвященном 100-летию со дня рождения лидера Кубинской революции Фиделя Кастро. Собравшиеся потребовали немедленного прекращения американской блокады Кубы и исключения Кубы из неприемлемого списка «государств - спонсоров терроризма», в который ее внесли США. Участники также призвали греческое правительство и другие политические партии четко высказаться за прекращение блокады.

На мероприятии выступил Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас, а с приветственным словом к собравшимся обратился посол Кубы в Греции Арамис Фуэнте Эрнандес.

В начале своего выступления Д. Куцумбас отметил: «Мы собрались сегодня здесь, чтобы почтить память и вклад одного из великих коммунистов-революционеров XX века - команданте Фиделя Кастро Рус, лидера Кубинской революции и Коммунистической партии Кубы, со дня рождения которого в этом году исполняется 100 лет, а также 10 лет со дня его кончины.

КПГ чтит память и исторический вклад Фиделя в дело социального освобождения народов Латинской Америки, интернациональной солидарности с борющимися народами, а также его вклад в строительство нового общества и, прежде всего, в дело Кубинской революции. Она стала первой социалистической революцией на американском континенте и одним из всемирно-исторических событий XX века. Его долгая и похожая на роман жизнь была полностью отдана революционной борьбе народа Кубы. Неслучайно лидер Кубинской революции Фидель Кастро был кумачом и вызывал ненависть у империалистов, эксплуататоров и антикоммунистов по всему миру».

Генсек ЦК КПГ детально остановился на биографии Фиделя Кастро, напомнив о главных вехах его жизни, тесно переплетенных с борьбой героического кубинского народа, который уже на протяжении десятилетий противостоит империалистической агрессии. Д. Куцумбас опроверг предлоги, используемые империалистами для нападения на Кубу, и среди прочего заявил:

«С первый дней победы Кубинской революции в 1959 году КПГ неизменно стояла плечом к плечу с кубинским народом. Она неустанно выражала свою солидарность даже в тяжелые годы подполья и диктатуры. И сегодня мы продолжаем действовать так же, не считаясь с трудностями и потерями.

Совместно с десятками других коммунистических и рабочих партий со всего мира мы активизируем инициативы по поддержке и солидарности с Кубой и всеми народами, которые страдают и становятся жертвами империалистических операций и войн.

Мы поддерживаем коммунистические партии, поддерживаем народы, которые одни лишь вправе определять ход событий на своей родине. Мы поддерживаем совместную борьбу народов против капиталистического и империалистического варварства, совместную борьбу за ликвидацию эксплуатации человека человеком.

Сегодня мы снова здесь, верные своему интернациональному долгу, повторяем:

 Прочь грязные руки от Кубы!

Пусть убирается восвояси авианосец "USS Nimitz", который был пригнан в Карибский бассейн для продвижения воинственных планов империалистов. Пусть империалисты США только посмеют напасть на Остров Революции!

Они встретят наше сопротивление на каждом этапе эскалации агрессии против Кубы. Они столкнутся лицом к лицу с профсоюзами, антивоенным, антиимпериалистическим и миротворческим движениями, студенческими союзами, женскими организациями и различными массовыми объединениями, которые борются за интересы рабочего класса и народа нашей страны.

Мы объединяем свои голоса с голосом народа и молодежи Кубы, которые выходят на протесты и громогласно заявляют, что ни угрозы, ни блокада, ни энергетическое эмбарго, ни лживые обвинения не смогут сломить их волю!

Мы приветствуем более 6,2 миллиона кубинцев, то есть свыше 80% граждан, имеющих право голоса, которые недавно поставили свои подписи под воззванием в защиту своей родины.

Два месяца назад КПГ организовала крупный митинг в центре Афин и шествие к американскому посольству. Мы во всеуслышание заявили: Куба не одна! В своей борьбе против нового витка империалистической агрессии и мер варварской экономической блокады кубинский народ всегда может рассчитывать на поддержку коммунистов и всего греческого народа.

После начала преследований в отношении лидера Кубинской революции, генерала Рауля Кастро, мы вновь организовали решительную акцию протеста у посольства США. Мы поднимаем этот вопрос в греческом парламенте, а евродепутаты от КПГ выражают свою боевую солидарность с Кубой, осуждая антикоммунизм и контрреволюционные отбросы, которых принимает у себя штаб ЕС в Европарламенте.

Организации КПГ по всей Греции выступают с сотнями инициатив, проводя мероприятия, протестные акции, концерты. Их цель - широкое информирование населения и проявление солидарности греческого народа с Кубой.

Мы повсеместно распространяем текст обращения, под которым уже стоят тысячи подписей простых граждан, выборных представителей в органах народного движения, а также видных общественных деятелей страны. Сбор подписей организован как в онлайн, так и в офлайн режимах. Мы предложили подписать этот документ и депутатам от других парламентских партий: в итоге, помимо 21 депутата от КПГ, свои подписи под ним уже поставили десятки депутатов других партий.

Мы поддерживаем инициативы Греко-кубинской ассоциации дружбы и солидарности.

Мы готовимся принять участие в 24-й Международной встрече коммунистических и рабочих партий, которая пройдет с 7 по 9 августа в Гаване совместно с десятками других компартий, а также в мероприятиях, организуемых Компартией Кубы с 10 по 13 августа, в честь 100-летия со дня рождения Фиделя. Кроме того, по линии Коммунистической молодежи Греции (КМГ) в августе  на Кубу отправится молодежная бригада солидарности.

Мы решительно продолжаем нашу борьбу на стороне кубинского народа и Коммунистической партии Кубы и требуем:

     - Немедленно снять геноцидную экономическую блокаду США против Кубы. Дайте Кубе дышать!

     - Прекратить любые преследования Рауля Кастро.

- Американский авианосец "USS Nimitz" должен немедленно покинуть Карибский бассейн.

-  Исключить Кубу из позорного списка "государств - спонсоров терроризма", который Госдеп США использует для экономического удушения Острова Революции.

 

- Отменить все гнусные санкции, направленные против кубинских институтов и организаций, включая Кубинский институт дружбы с народами (ICAP) и др., а также против руководства Компартии Кубы и правительства страны.

- Требовать от греческого правительства выступить с осуждением агрессии против Кубы!

Мы отстаиваем право кубинского народа всеми доступными способами защищать свой собственный путь развития. Мы отвергаем любое иностранное вмешательство в его внутренние дела.

КПГ берет на себя огромную ответственность перед нашим народом, народным движением и народными организациями за дальнейшее укрепление солидарности с Островом Революции. Мы сделаем всё, чтобы сорвать пропагандистский фарс, к которому прибегают американские империалистические штабы.

Потому что у нас есть обязательства  перед своим народом, перед народами, проходящими через тяжелые испытания, перед борющимися, гордыми народами, которые стали символом бескомпромиссного сопротивления, такими как народ Кубы!

 «Революция  есть чувство исторического момента; это значит – изменить все то, что должно быть изменено; это - глубокое убеждение в том, что в мире нет сил, способных сокрушить силу правды и идей. Революция — это единство, это независимость, это борьба за нашу мечту о справедливости на Кубе и в мире». … Эти слова Фиделя будут сопровождать нас всегда!

Gran concentración del KKE para conmemorar el centenario del nacimiento de Fidel Castro y de solidaridad con Cuba

 

Numerosos trabajadores y jóvenes participaron en el acto  que organizó el KKE con motivo del centenario del nacimiento del líder de la Revolución Cubana, Fidel Castro. Exigieron el fin inmediato del bloqueo de EE.UU. contra Cuba, la retirada de Cuba de la infame lista de EE.UU. de “países patrocinadores del terrorismo”, y el pronunciamiento claro del gobierno griego y de los demás partidos a favor del fin del bloqueo.

En el acto Dimitris Koutsoumpas, el Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE, fue el orador princiapl y el embajador de Cuba en Grecia, Aramis Fuente Hernández, dirigió unas palabras de saludo.

Al comenzar su discurso, D. Koutsoumpas señaló: “Hoy estamos aquí para rendir homenaje a la memoria y la contribución de uno de los grandes revolucionarios comunistas del siglo XX. El Comandante Fidel Castro Ruz, líder de la Revolución Cubana y del Partido Comunista de Cuba, de quien este año se cumplen 100 años desde su nacimiento, así como 10 años desde su fallecimiento.

El KKE rinde homenaje a la memoria y la contribución histórica de Fidel a la causa de la liberación social de los pueblos de América Latina, a la solidaridad internacionalista con los pueblos que luchan, a su aportación al esfuerzo por construir una nueva sociedad, sobre todo en la Revolución Cubana. Esta fue la primera revolución socialista en el continente americano y uno de los acontecimientos históricos trascendentales del siglo XX. Su larga y novelesca vida fue una vida dedicada a la lucha revolucionaria del pueblo de su patria. No es casualidad que Fidel Castro, como líder de la Revolución Cubana, fuera una espina clavada y concentrara el odio de los imperialistas, los explotadores y los anticomunistas de todo el mundo.“

El Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE habló extensamente sobre Fidel Castro, mencionando los momentos clave de su biografía personal, que están ligados a la lucha del heroico pueblo de Cuba, que lleva décadas sufriendo la agresión imperialista. D. Koutsoumpas desmontó los pretextos que utilizan los imperialistas para atacar a Cuba y declaró, entre otras cosas:

“El KKE, desde el primer momento de la victoria de la Revolución Cubana en 1959, se ha mantenido siempre del lado del pueblo cubano. Ha expresado su solidaridad firmemente, incluso en los años difíciles de clandestinidad y dictadura. Así seguimos hoy, sin escatimar esfuerzos ni sacrificios.

Junto con decenas de otros partidos comunistas y obreros de todo el mundo, reforzamos las iniciativas de apoyo y solidaridad con Cuba y con todos los pueblos que son víctimas de las intervenciones imperialistas y las guerras, y que sufren.

Apoyamos a los partidos comunistas, apoyamos a los pueblos, que son los únicos que tienen la potestad de decidir los desarrollos en su país. Apoyamos la lucha común de los pueblos contra la barbarie capitalista e imperialista, la lucha común por acabar con la explotación del hombre por el hombre.

Hoy estamos aquí de nuevo, fieles a nuestro deber internacionalista, y volvemos a decir: ¡Fuera vuestras manos de Cuba! Que se vaya el portaaviones “USS Nimitz”,  enviado al Caribe para impulsar sus planes belicistas. ¡Que los  imperialistas de EE.UU. no se atrevan a atacar la Isla de la Revolución! Nos  encontrarán frente a ellos en cada paso que den para intensificar la agresividad contra Cuba. Se encontrarán frente a ellos a los sindicatos, al movimiento antiguerra, pacifista y antiimperialista, a las asociaciones de estudiantes, a las organizaciones de mujeres y a todas las organizaciones de masas que luchan por los intereses de los trabajadores y del pueblo en nuestra patria.

¡Unimos nuestra voz a la del pueblo y la juventud de Cuba, que se manifiestan y proclaman que ni las amenazas, ni el bloqueo, ni el embargo energético, ni las falsas acusaciones podrán doblegar su voluntad!

Saludamos a los más de 6,2 millones de cubanos, es decir, más del 80% de las personas que tienen derecho a voto, que recientemente han firmado el llamado en defensa de su patria.

El KKE, hace dos meses, organizó una gran concentración en el centro de Atenas y una manifestación gigantesca frente a la embajada estadounidense. Dejamos muy claro a todo el mundo que ¡Cuba no está sola! Que el pueblo cubano tiene a su lado a los comunistas y al pueblo griego en su lucha contra la nueva escalada de la agresividad imperialista y contra las medidas del brutal bloqueo económico. 

Hemos vuelto a organizar una concentración militante frente a la embajada de EE.UU., tras la persecución contra el líder de la Revolución Cubana, el general Raúl Castro. Intervenimos en el Parlamento griego y los eurodiputados del KKE han expresado su solidaridad militante con Cuba, han condenado el anticomunismo y a la escoria contrarrevolucionaria que albergan los oficiales de la UE en el Parlamento Europeo.

Las organizaciones del KKE están llevando a cabo cientos de iniciativas por toda Grecia, con actos, manifestaciones y conciertos, para informar ampliamente y mostrar la solidaridad del pueblo griego con Cuba.

Firmamos y difundimos por todas partes un texto que ya ha reunido miles de firmas de trabajadores, de representantes elegidos en los órganos del movimiento popular y figuras de la vida pública del país, tanto en Internet como en papel. Hemos entregado este texto para que lo firmen los diputados de otros partidos del Parlamento y ya lo han firmado decenas más, además de los 21 diputados del KKE.

Apoyamos las iniciativas de la Asociación Griego-Cubana de Amistad y Solidaridad. 

Nos estamos preparando para participar en el 24.º Encuentro Internacional de Partidos Comunistas y Obreros,  junto con decenas de otros partidos comunistas, que se celebrará del 7 al 9 de agosto en La Habana, así como en los actos que organiza el Partido Comunista de Cuba para conmemorar el centenario del nacimiento de Fidel, del 10 al 13 de agosto. La KNE se está preparando para participar en una brigada de solidaridad en Cuba también en agosto.

Seguimos con determinación nuestra lucha al lado del pueblo cubano y del Partido Comunista de Cuba, y exigimos:

- Que se levanten todas las medidas del bloqueo económico genocida de EE.UU. contra Cuba. ¡Dejad que Cuba respire!

- Que se ponga fin a cualquier tipo de persecución contra Raúl Castro.

- Que el portaaviones estadounidense “USS Nimitz” se retire ya mismo del Caribe.

- Que se elimine a Cuba de esa lista infame de “países patrocinadores del terrorismo” que ha creado el Departamento de Estado de EE.UU. para asfixiar económicamente a la Isla de la Revolución.

- Que se levanten todas las sanciones fraudulentas que tienen en el punto de mira a instituciones y organizaciones cubanas, como el ICAP y otras, así como a la dirección del Partido Comunista de Cuba y el gobierno.

- ¡Exigimos que el gobierno griego condene la agresividad contra Cuba!

Defendemos el derecho del pueblo cubano a defender por todos los medios su propio camino de desarrollo.

Rechazamos cualquier injerencia extranjera en sus asuntos internos.

El KKE asume la gran responsabilidad, ante nuestro pueblo y su movimiento, así como ante sus organizaciones, de reforzar aún más la solidaridad con la Isla de la Revolución; para que no se imponga la propaganda que promueven los oficiales imperialistas estadounidenses.

¡Porque el KKE está comprometido con nuestro pueblo, con los pueblos que están sufriendo, con los orgullosos pueblos que luchan, y que, con su propia acción, se han convertido en símbolos de resistencia inquebrantable, como es el pueblo de Cuba!

“Revolución es sentido del momento histórico; es cambiar todo lo que debe ser cambiado (…) Es convicción profunda de que no existe fuerza en el mundo capaz de aplastar la fuerza de la verdad y las ideas. Revolución es unidad, es independencia, es luchar por nuestros sueños de justicia para Cuba y para todo el mundo!”... ¡Estas palabras de Fidel nos acompañarán para siempre! 

¡Cuba no está sola! ¡Los pueblos vencerán! ¡Venceremos! ¡Hasta la victoria, siempre!”

تظاهرة كبيرة للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بمناسبة الذكرى المئوية لميلاد فيديل كاسترو وتضامناً مع كوبا

 

شارك حشد جماهيري من العمال والشباب في تظاهرة للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بمناسبة الذكرى المئوية لميلاد قائد الثورة الكوبية، فيديل كاسترو، مطالبين في الوقت ذاته بإنهاء الحصار الأمريكي المفروض على كوبا فوراً، وشطب كوبا من القائمة البغيضة للولايات المتحدة بشان «الدول الراعية للإرهاب»، فضلًا عن مطالبة الحكومة اليونانية والأحزاب الأخرى باتخاذ موقف واضح بشأن إنهاء الحصار.

تحدَّث في التظاهرة ذيميتريس كوتسوباس، الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، بينما ألقى السفير الكوبي لدى اليونان، أراميس فوينتي هيرنانديز، أيضاً كلمة تحية.

سجَّلذيميتريس كوتسوباس في استهلال كلمته: «نتواجدُهنا اليوم لكي نكرِّم ذكرى و عطاء أحد أعظم الثوار الشيوعيين في القرن العشرين، القائد فيديل كاسترو روز، قائد الثورة الكوبية والحزب الشيوعي الكوبي، الذي ينقضي هذا العام مرور مئة عام على ميلاده، وعشر سنوات على رحيله.

يُكرِّمُ الحزب الشيوعي الكوبي ذكرى فيدل و عطائه التاريخي في قضية التحرر الاجتماعي لشعوب أمريكا اللاتينية، والتضامن الأممي مع الشعوب المناضلة، و إسهامه في بناء المجتمع الفتي، ولا سيمافي الثورة الكوبية. أول ثورة اشتراكية في القارة الأمريكية، والتي شكَّلت أبرز الأحداث التاريخية العالمية في القرن العشرين. لقد كرّس حياته الطويلة والأسطوريةللكفاح الثوري الشعبي لشعب وطنه. حيث لم يكن من قبيل المصادفة أن فيديل كاسترو، بصفته قائد الثورة الكوبية، شكَّل رمزاً للحقد لدى الإمبرياليين والمستغلين و أعداء الشيوعية."في كل مكان».

هذا و تحدث الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بالتفصيل عن فيديل كاسترو، ذاكراً محطات رئيسية من سيرته الذاتية، هي محطات ترتبط بصراع شعب كوبا البطل، الذي يعاني من عدوانية الإمبريالية لعقود. هذا و فنَّد ذيميتريسكوتسوباس الذرائع التي يُسخِّرها الإمبرياليون من أجل الاعتداء على كوبا، وصرَّح بين أمور أخرى:

«منذ اللحظة الأولى لانتصار الثورة الكوبية عام 1959، وقف الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني باتساق إلى جانب الشعب الكوبي. مُعرباً باستمرار عن تضامنه، حتى في السنوات الصعبةللعمل السري والديكتاتورية. و على هذا النحو نواصل اليوم، مهما كلفنا من جهود وتضحيات.

إننا نعزز المبادرات مع عشرات الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية من جميع أنحاء العالم، من أجل دعم كوبا و التضامن معها و مع جميع الشعوب التي تقع ضحية التدخلات والحروب الإمبريالية والتي تعاني.

و ندعم الأحزاب الشيوعية و الشعوب التي تملك وحدها صلاحية تحديد مسار تطورات أوطانها. ندعم الصراع المشترك للشعوب ضد بربرية الرأسمالية - الإمبريالية، والنضال المشترك من أجل إلغاء  استغلال الإنسان للإنسان.

و نتواجدُ هنا اليوم مرة أخرى، أوفياءلِواجبنا الأممي، ونقولها مجدداً: ارفعوا أيديكم الملعونة عن كوبا!

 

فلتمض نحو الهاوية حاملة الطائرات "يو إس إس نيميتز"، التي أرسلوها إلى الكاريبي لتنفيذ مخططاتهم الحربية.

على الإمبرياليين الأمريكيين ألا يتجرؤوا على مهاجمة جزيرة الثورة!

 

سيجدوننا بالمرصادفي وجه كل خطوة من خطوات تصعيد العدوانيةضد كوبا. سيجدون أمامهم النقابات، والحركة المناهضة للحرب والمحبة للسلام، والمناهضة للإمبريالية، والجمعيات الطلابية، والمنظمات النسائية، وكافة حواملالحركةالجماهيرية التي تناضل من أجل المصالح العمالية- الشعبية في وطننا.

و نوحِّدُ صوتنا مع شعب وشباب كوبا الذين يتظاهرون ويُعلنون أن لا التهديدات، ولا الحصار، ولا حصار الطاقة، ولا الاتهامات الباطلة، ستُثني عزيمتهم!

نُحيّي ما يتجاوز اﻟ6.2مليون كوبي - أي أكثر من 80% ممن يحق لهم التصويت - الذين وقّعوا مؤخراً على نداء الدفاع عن وطنهم.

و قبل شهرين، نظّم الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني تظاهرة كبيرة في وسط أثينا ومسيرة ضخمة باتجاه السفارة الأمريكية، حيث أوضحنا بكل النبراتأن كوبا ليست وحدها! و أن شيوعيي اليونان و شعبها يقفون بجانبالشعب الكوبي في نضاله ضد التصعيد الجديد للعدوانية الإمبريالية، وضد تدابير الحصار الاقتصادي الوحشية.

و نظمنا مرة أخرى تحركاً كفاحياًآخر أمام السفارة الأمريكية، بعد قرار ملاحقة قائد الثورة الكوبية، الجنرال راؤول كاسترو. و نقوم بالمداخلات في البرلمان اليوناني، كما ويُعربُ نواب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في البرلمان الأوروبي عن تضامنهم الكفاحي مع كوبا، مستنكرين معاداة الشيوعية والحثالة المعادية للثورة التي تستضيفها أركان الاتحاد الأوروبي في البرلمان الأوروبي.

و تتخذ منظمات الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني مئات المبادرات في جميع أنحاء اليونان، عبر فعاليات ومظاهرات وحفلات موسيقية، من أجل إعلام واسع و إعراب عن تضامن الشعب اليوناني مع كوبا.

و نوقِّع و ننشر على نطاق واسع نصاً حصد بالفعل آلاف التوقيعات من عمال عاديين، وممثلين منتخبين  لدى الحركة الشعبية، وشخصيات الحياة العامة في البلاد، عبر الإنترنت و المنشورات. وقد سلمنا هذا النص لنواب الأحزاب الأخرى في البرلمان للتوقيع عليه، وقد وقّع عليه سلفاً عشرات آخرون من النواب، بالإضافة إلى نواب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني البالغ عددهم 21.

و ندعم مبادرات الجمعية اليونانية الكوبية للصداقة والتضامن.

كما و نستعد للمشاركة في اللقاء الأممي اﻟ24للأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية، المقرر عقده في هافانا في الفترة من 7إلى 9آب\أغسطس، مع عشرات الأحزاب الشيوعية الأخرى، وكذلك في التظاهرات التي ينظمها الحزب الشيوعي الكوبي بمناسبة الذكرى المئوية لميلاد فيديل كاسترو في الفترة من 10إلى 13آب\أغسطس. و تستعد الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية للمشاركة في زيارة حملة تضامنية إلى كوبا خلال شهر آب\أغسطس أيضاً.

نواصل نضالنا بثبات إلى جانب الشعب الكوبي والحزب الشيوعي الكوبي، ونطالب بما يلي:

- رفع جميع إجراءات الحصار الاقتصادي الأمريكي الممنهج ضد كوبا، والذي يُعدّ بمثابة إبادة جماعية. دعوا كوبا تتنفس!

- وقف جميع أشكال الماحقات بحق راؤول كاسترو.

- مغادرة حاملة الطائرات الأمريكية "يو إس إس نيميتز"من منطقة الكاريبي فورا.

- شطب كوبا من قائمة "الدول الراعية للإرهاب"التي وضعتها وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية لفرض خنق اقتصادي على جزيرة الثورة.

- رفع جميع العقوبات الغادرة التي تستهدف المؤسسات والمنظمات الكوبية، كمركز الدراسات الكوبية المستقلة (ICAP) وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى قيادة الحزب الشيوعي الكوبي والحكومة.

- نطالب الحكومة اليونانية باتخاذ موقف إدانةللعدوانية الممارسة على كوبا!

و ندافع عن حق شعب كوبا في الدفاع عن مساره التنموي بكل الأساليب.

و نرفض أي تدخل أجنبي في شؤونه الداخلية.

يضطلعُ الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بمسؤولية جسيمة داخل صفوف شعبنا وحركته ومنظماته، من أجل تعزيز التضامن مع جزيرة الثورة، حتى لا تمر تفاهات الدعاية التي تُسخِّرهاأركانُ الإمبريالية الأمريكية.

لأن التزاماتنا هي تجاه شعبنا، تجاه الشعوب المُمتحنة، تجاه الشعوب المناضلة الأبية التي أصبحت، بأفعالها، رمزًا للمقاومة الصامدة، مثل شعب كوبا!

«إن الثورة تعني إدراك اللحظة التاريخية، وتغيير كل ما يجب تغييره (...) وتعني قناعة راسخة بأن ما من قوة في العالم قادرة على سحق قوة الحق والأفكار. إن الثورة تعني الوحدة والاستقلال، وتعني النضال من أجل أحلامنا، ومن أجل العدالة لكوبا والعالم أجمع»... إن كلمات فيديل هذه سترافقنا إلى الأبد!

إن كوبا ليست وحدها! إن الشعوب ستنتصر!
