On the release of the Nazi criminal Kasidiaris

The release of Kasidiaris, which follows the release of almost the entire leadership of the criminal organisation of Golden Dawn, is a provocation against its victims, their families, as well as the working people who demanded and fought for its conviction.

However, the crocodile tears of the parties of the system, who claim to be concerned and anxious about this development, are equally provocative.  Both the Mitsotakis and previous Tsipras governments are responsible for the significant delays to the trial, which concluded after 11 years, yet without a final verdict. This could allow the criminal Kasidiaris to stand as a candidate in the next elections. After all, even the legislative framework drawn up by the New Democracy government allegedly to prevent this possibility is based on the idea of “the two extremes” and the criminalisation of radicalism. This framework is actually supported by the other parties too, since it ends up targeting the workers’ and people’s movement.

All the bourgeois parties deliberately conceal the fact that fascism is the “offspring” of this decayed, exploitative system; that the resurgence of fascism today is no accident, since its nationalist and racist poison is indispensable, in times of war preparation and military involvement, for creating false dilemmas and trapping the people under false flags, rallying them behind the interests of the ruling class.

They present the strengthening of the “rule of law” as a response to the rise of fascism, when it is obvious that the state and the judiciary tolerated Golden Dawn's actions and sat alongside them in the parliamentary benches until the murder of Pavlos Fyssas. Moreover, Golden Dawn secured lighter sentences under the new Penal Codes introduced by the SYRIZA government at the time. The vast majority of its members also enjoyed an immediate release, favourable treatment involving repeated furloughs and, as in the case of Kasidiaris, the option of serving only half of the sentence. He was also continually provided with jobs, which are hard to come by for other prisoners, in the overcrowded prisons.

Both the government and the parties of the convenient opposition defend the EU’s “rule of law”, which, spearheaded by the unacceptable theory of “the two extremes”, on the one hand rehabilitates Nazi collaborators and on the other tears down communist symbols, and bans communist parties and youth organisations. It is this very same EU that unleashes a new “witch-hunt” through mass and preventive surveillance, and through the criminalization and suppression of radical thought and action.

It is becoming increasingly evident that fascism cannot be addressed by the system’s so-called progressive governments, through laws and court rulings, nor by defending a “rule of law” that hatches the serpent’s egg whenever necessary. Moreover, the rise of far-right populism in Germany and other countries confirms that it is the bourgeois state and the anti-popular bourgeois forces that pave the way for these forces, allowing a genuine “offspring” of this system to take on an “anti-establishment” mantle.

Only the workers’ and people’s movement, through its organized struggle and with its contemporary needs as its banner, can pave the way for the overthrow of this system, so that we may be rid once and for all of the decay it breeds; pave the way for the overthrow of this system in favour of socialism and communism, which have proven in practice that they can crush the monster of fascism, by raising the red flag with the hammer and sickle in Berlin, at the heart of Reichstag.

Об освобождении из тюрьмы нацистского преступника Касидиариса

Освобождение из тюрьмы Касидиариса, последовавшее за освобождением почти всего руководства преступной организации, является циничным глумлением над памятью жертв «Золотой зари» и над чувствами их близких, трудового народа, который в ходе своей борьбы требовал и настаивал на вынесении справедливого приговора.

Однако не менее циничными выглядят и крокодиловы слезы системных партий, которые якобы обеспокоены и тревожатся по поводу происходящего. Правительство Мицотакиса и предыдущее правительство Ципраса несут ответственность за затягивание судебного процесса, растянувшегося на 11 лет, причем судебное решение еще не вступило в законную силу. Этим обстоятельством может воспользоваться преступник Касидиарис, чтобы попытаться принять участие в предстоящих выборах. Более того, даже законодательные рамки, установленные правительством НД – фактически при поддержке остальных партий - якобы для предотвращения такой возможности, пронизаны теорией «двух крайностей», предусматривают уголовное преследование радикальных взглядов, и в конечном счете они направлены против рабочего и народного движения.

Все буржуазные партии сознательно скрывают тот факт, что фашизм — это дитя прогнившей эксплуататорской системы. Возрождение фашизма сегодня неслучайно: его националистический, расистский яд необходим в условиях военных приготовлений и втягивания в военные конфликты для навязывания ложных дилемм и загона народа под чужие флаги в интересах правящего класса.

Укрепление «правового государства» преподносится ими как ответ на подъем фашизма, хотя абсолютно очевидно, что государство, правительства и судебная система терпимо относились к деятельности «Золотой зари», заигрывали с ней в парламенте вплоть до убийства Павлоса Фиссаса. Члены преступной партии «Золотая заря» получили более мягкие наказания благодаря новому Уголовному кодексу, внесенному тогда правительством СИРИЗА, большинство из них почти сразу вышли на свободу, имели привилегии и постоянные отпуска, а Касидиарис получил возможность отбытия половины срока за счет регулярного предоставления ему работы, которую трудно получить остальным заключенным из-за переполненности тюрем.

Все они — и правительство, и партии удобной оппозиции — защищают «правовое государство» ЕС, которое, взяв на вооружение неприемлемую теорию «двух крайностей», с одной стороны, реабилитирует нацистских пособников, а с другой — демонтирует коммунистические символы, запрещает коммунистические партии и молодежные организации. Это тот самый ЕС, который криминализирует радикальные взгляды и радикальную деятельность, устраивает новую «охоту на ведьм», проводя массовую, превентивную слежку, а также репрессии.

Становится все более очевидно, что с фашизмом невозможно бороться с помощью так называемых прогрессивных буржуазных правительств, законов и судебных решений, а также путем защиты «правового государства», которое высиживает змеиное яйцо каждый раз, когда возникает в этом необходимость. Впрочем, рост ультраправого популизма в Германии и других странах подтверждает, что дорогу этим силам расчищают именно буржуазное государство и антинародные буржуазные силы, позволяя подлинному плоду этой системы появляться под личиной антисистемных борцов.

Только рабочее и народное движение, ведущее организованную борьбу за свои насущные права, способно открыть путь к свержению этой системы, чтобы окончательно избавиться от гнили, которая просачивается из всех ее пор.

Открыть путь к свержению системы, к  социализму-коммунизму, который на деле разгромил фашистское чудовище, водрузив красное знамя с серпом и молотом в Берлине над Рейхстагом.

sobre la puesta en libertad del criminal nazi Kasidiaris

La puesta en libertad de Kasidiaris, que sigue a la de casi toda la cúpula de la organización criminal, constituye una provocación hacia las víctimas del Amanecer Dorado y sus familias, y frente al pueblo trabajador que exigió y presionó con su lucha para su condena.

Pero también resultan provocadoras las lágrimas de cocodrilo de los partidos del sistema, que supuestamente se muestran preocupados y angustiados por estos acontecimientos. El gobierno de Mitsotakis y el anterior gobierno de Tsipras son responsables de los enormes retrasos en el juicio, que concluyó tras 11 años y, además, sin sentencia firme, algo que el delincuente Kasidiaris podría aprovechar para intentar presentarse como candidato en las próximas elecciones. De hecho, incluso el marco legislativo que elaboró el gobierno de la ND, supuestamente para evitar esta posibilidad, se rige por la teoría de los “dos extremos” y de la criminalización del radicalismo, y cuenta con el apoyo sustancial del resto de partidos, ya que, en definitiva, va en contra del movimiento obrero y popular.

Todos los partidos burgueses ocultan conscientemente que el fascismo es “hijo” de este sistema explotador y podrido. Que el resurgimiento del fascismo hoy en día no es casual, ya que su veneno nacionalista y racista es indispensable, en un contexto de preparación e implicación en la guerra, para plantear falsos dilemas y para atrapar al pueblo bajo banderas ajenas, al servicio de los intereses de la clase dominante.

Presentan el fortalecimiento del “Estado de derecho” como respuesta al auge del fascismo, cuando “salta a la vista” que el Estado, los gobiernos y la justicia toleraban las acciones de Amanecer Dorado, y conversaban en el parlamento, hasta el asesinato de Pavlos Fyssas. Cuando el criminal Amanecer Dorado “se aseguró” penas más leves gracias a los nuevos Códigos Penales del entonces gobierno de SYRIZA, liberaciones casi inmediatas para la gran mayoría de sus miembros, un trato favorable con permisos continuos, y también, como en el caso de Kasidiaris, la posibilidad de cumplir la pena en la mitad del tiempo, proporcionándole continuamente puestos de trabajo —difíciles de conseguir para el resto de reclusos— dentro de las cárceles superpobladas.

Todos ellos, tanto el gobierno como los partidos de la oposición conveniente, defienden el “Estado de derecho” de la UE que, con la inaceptable teoría de los dos extremos como punta de lanza, por un lado rehabilita a los colaboradores de los nazis y, por otro, derriba símbolos comunistas y prohíbe los partidos y las organizaciones juveniles comunistas. Es la misma UE que penaliza y lanza una nueva “caza de brujas” con vigilancia masiva y preventiva, con represión contra el pensamiento y la acción radicales.

Cada vez resulta más evidente que el fascismo no se combate con gobiernos supuestamente progresistas a favor del sistema, con leyes y sentencias judiciales, ni con la defensa de un “Estado de derecho” que incuba el huevo de la serpiente cada vez que lo necesita. Además, el auge del populismo de extrema derecha en Alemania y en otros países confirma que son el Estado burgués y las fuerzas burguesas antipopulares quienes allanan el camino a estas fuerzas, permitiendo que un auténtico “hijo” de este sistema se presente bajo el manto de “antisistema”.

Solo el movimiento obrero y popular, con su lucha organizada y enarbolando como bandera sus necesidades actuales, puede allanar el camino para el derrocamiento de este sistema, a fin de librarse definitivamente de la podredumbre que genera.

Puede allanar el camino hacia el socialismo y el comunismo, que han demostrado en la práctica que pueden aplastar al monstruo del fascismo, izando la bandera roja con la hoz y el martillo en Berlín, en el corazón del Reichstag.
