Dear Comrades,

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine and on my own behalf, I warmly extend my greetings to the participants of the 175th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Popular Socialist Party – National Popular Socialist Political Group of Mexico. 

In the context of growing international tensions, the increasingly aggressive policy of U.S. imperialist circles, and the intensification of the struggle for sovereignty and social rights of the peoples of Latin America, your Plenum acquires special significance. We express our solidarity with the efforts of Mexican communists and all progressive forces aimed at defending national independence, democratic achievements, and the social rights of working people. 

The Communist Party of Ukraine holds in high regard the struggle of the Mexican people to continue the transformations initiated by the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the course currently pursued by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo in the interests of working people, national sovereignty, and social justice. 

We are convinced that strengthening the National Democratic, Patriotic and Anti-Imperialist Front, as you have declared, corresponds to the fundamental interests of the working class and the broad masses of the Mexican people. Historical experience, rooted in the traditions of the Mexican Revolution of 1910, confirms that only the organized struggle of working people can open the path toward genuine people’s power and a socialist future. 

At this crucial moment, we wish the 175th Plenum fruitful work, unity in your ranks, steadfast adherence to the principles of Marxism-Leninism, and new successes in the struggle for peace, social progress, and socialism.
