Solidarity with the Venezuelan people against the imperialist invasion of the United States!
Central Committee of the NCPN
The NCPN strongly condemns the United States' attack on Venezuela and declares its unconditional solidarity with the Venezuelan people. We also express our solidarity with our comrades in the Communist Party of Venezuela, who are working to organize the population against this imperialist invasion.
The invasion and overthrow of the Maduro government is taking place under the pretext of the fight against narco-terrorism, but is in fact aimed at gaining control of Venezuela's energy resources and the competition between the United States and Russia and China. This tramples on the right of the Venezuelan people to determine their own future.
The populations of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao, whose bases on Aruba and Curaçao serve as a springboard for the American imperialist invasion, are thus in danger of being dragged into a bloody conflict.
The NCPN calls on the Dutch people to condemn the new imperialist invasion of Venezuela en masse and to express solidarity with the Venezuelan people.
