1er Mai 2026 – Journée de mobilisation et de lutte des travailleurs contre l’exploitation capitaliste et les guerres impérialistes

Le 1er Mai 2026 se déroule dans un contexte d’aggravation profonde et durable de la crise du système capitaliste mondial. Cette crise confirme que le capitalisme, fondé sur l’exploitation du travail salarié, la concurrence entre monopoles et la recherche du profit, engendre inévitablement les guerres, la pauvreté et de nouvelles formes de barbarie.

Mais il est essentiel de rappeler que le 1er Mai n’est pas une simple journée de fête. Il est, à l’origine, une journée de lutte et de mobilisation de la classe ouvrière, arrachée au prix de combats et de sacrifices. Contrairement à ce que la bourgeoisie cherche à faire croire en le transformant en une célébration vide de contenu, sans revendications ni perspective révolutionnaire, le 1er Mai doit rester une journée de combat. Ce n’est pas une fête innocente, mais un moment d’organisation, de revendication et de résistance face à l’exploitation, pour porter les aspirations à un changement radical de la société.

Les contradictions du capitalisme se manifestent aujourd’hui avec une intensité accrue à travers les conflits impérialistes. La guerre en Ukraine constitue une expression des contradictions du système capitaliste mondial, où s’affrontent des États capitalistes et leurs alliances pour le contrôle des marchés, des ressources énergétiques, des routes commerciales et des sphères d’influence. Ce conflit ne représente pas une confrontation entre systèmes sociaux différents, mais des rivalités entre classes bourgeoises et groupes monopolistes dans le cadre du système impérialiste mondial.

Dans le même temps, les interventions et agressions impérialistes se poursuivent à l’échelle mondiale : soutien des puissances impérialistes à l’État d’Israël et à la poursuite de l’occupation et des crimes contre le peuple palestinien à Ghaza et en Cisjordanie, ainsi qu’au Liban, agression contre le Venezuela, blocus inhumain contre Cuba, attaques contre l’Iran. Ces politiques constituent différentes formes d’intervention impérialiste, découlant du fonctionnement du capitalisme monopoliste contemporain et de la lutte pour le contrôle des ressources et des marchés.

Dans ce contexte, la militarisation s’intensifie et la propagande de guerre se renforce. L’augmentation des dépenses militaires et les menaces liées à l’usage d’armes de destruction massive illustrent le degré de danger atteint dans les rivalités du système impérialiste mondial, où les intérêts des monopoles priment sur la survie de l’humanité.

Aucune puissance capitaliste ni aucune alliance impérialiste ne constitue une alternative pour les peuples. Toutes représentent différentes expressions du même système capitaliste mondial d’exploitation.

Ce 1er Mai doit être une journée d’unité internationale de la classe ouvrière. Les travailleurs doivent affirmer qu’ils ne consentiront pas à être sacrifiés pour les profits des monopoles, qu’ils rejettent les politiques d’austérité, les attaques antisociales et les guerres impérialistes. Ils doivent refuser d’être entraînés dans des conflits où les peuples sont utilisés comme chair à canon pour les rivalités entre puissances capitalistes.

En Algérie, cette réalité mondiale se traduit par une offensive contre les droits sociaux et démocratiques des travailleurs. Le développement d’une orientation économique résolument capitaliste, l’ouverture accrue aux capitaux étrangers et l’affaiblissement des secteurs publics stratégiques s’accompagnent d’un renforcement des mécanismes du marché et des inégalités sociales. Dans le même temps, les classes capitalistes bénéficient de multiples avantages fiscaux et économiques : exonérations d’impôts, facilités douanières, incitations à l’investissement, transferts de profits et diverses mesures de soutien direct et indirect de l’État. Ces dispositifs renforcent l’accumulation du capital au profit d’une minorité.

Parallèlement, les libertés syndicales et démocratiques sont de plus en plus menacées. Les syndicats et militants ouvriers font face à des poursuites judiciaires, à des entraves à leur activité, ainsi qu’à des interdictions du droit de manifestation. Cette offensive s’accompagne de la promulgation de lois qui restreignent la liberté syndicale, limitent l’activité et l’organisation indépendantes des travailleurs, dans le but d’empêcher toute structuration autonome de la classe ouvrière et de contenir ses luttes

Cette situation confirme le caractère fondamentalement antagonique de la société capitaliste : d’un côté les intérêts du capital, de l’autre ceux de la classe ouvrière et des couches populaires, confrontées à l’exploitation, à la précarité et aux inégalités.

Dans ces conditions, les travailleurs algériens sont appelés à faire du 1er Mai une journée de mobilisation, de rencontre et de renforcement de leur organisation de classe. La solution ne peut venir que de la lutte indépendante de la classe ouvrière, de son organisation sur des bases de classe, démocratiques et internationalistes, et de la construction d’un parti capable de porter la perspective du renversement du pouvoir du capital.

Il est nécessaire de renforcer la lutte commune des travailleurs et des peuples contre l’impérialisme et le néocolonialisme, qui découlent du fonctionnement du système capitaliste mondial. La solidarité internationale ne peut être réelle que si elle repose sur l’indépendance de classe et le refus de tout alignement derrière des puissances ou alliances impérialistes. Elle s’exprime dans la lutte contre l’exploitation, les guerres et les interventions, ainsi que dans le soutien aux peuples victimes de blocus, d’occupation et d’ingérences.

La classe ouvrière ne doit se ranger derrière aucun camp, aucune puissance capitaliste ni aucune alliance impérialiste. Toutes agissent dans le cadre du système capitaliste mondial et défendent les intérêts de leurs propres bourgeoisies.

Le futur peut être marqué par des guerres généralisées et des catastrophes sociales destructrices si la classe ouvrière ne remplit pas sa mission historique. Elle doit s’organiser de manière indépendante, sur une base de classe, rejeter toute participation aux guerres impérialistes et tirer parti des contradictions inter-impérialistes sans aucun alignement ni soutien à aucun camp, afin de renforcer la lutte pour le renversement du capitalisme et l’ouverture de la voie au socialisme.

Le 1er Mai est une journée de mobilisation et de lutte.

لأول من أيار/ مايو 2026 – يوم تعبئة ونضال العمال ضد الاستغلال الرأسمالي والحروب الإمبريالية

الحزب الجزائري من أجل الديمقراطية والاشتراكية (PADS)

يأتي الأول من مايو  2026 في ظلّ تفاقم عميق وممتدّ لأزمة النظام الرأسمالي العالمي، التي تؤكد أن هذا النظام، القائم على استغلال العمل المأجور والمنافسة بين الاحتكارات والسعي وراء الربح، يفرز بالضرورة الحروب والفقر وأشكالاً جديدة من الهمجية الاجتماعية.

ومن الضروري التذكير بأن الأول من ماي ليس يوم احتفال أو عيد، بل هو في أصله يوم نضال وتعبئة للطبقة العاملة، انتُزع عبر تضحيات ومعارك طويلة. وعلى عكس ما تحاول البرجوازية ترويجه بتحويله إلى مناسبة احتفالية فارغة من أي مضمون نضالي أو أفق ثوري، فإن الأول من ماي يجب أن يبقى يوماً للنضال والتنظيم والمقاومة ضد الاستغلال، من أجل التمسك بأفق التغيير الجذري للمجتمع.

وتتجلى تناقضات الرأسمالية اليوم بحدة متزايدة من خلال الصراعات الإمبريالية. فالحرب في أوكرانيا تعبّر عن صراع داخل النظام الرأسمالي العالمي بين قوى ودول وتكتلات احتكارية تتنافس على الأسواق ومصادر الطاقة وطرق التجارة ومناطق النفوذ. وهو ليس صراعاً بين أنظمة اجتماعية مختلفة، بل تنافس بين برجوازيات متصارعة داخل نفس النظام الإمبريالي.

وفي السياق نفسه، تتواصل التدخلات والاعتداءات الإمبريالية عبر العالم: دعم القوى الإمبريالية للكيان الصهيوني واستمرار جرائمه ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في غزة والضفة الغربية، وكذلك في لبنان، إلى جانب العدوان على فنزويلا، والحصار الجائر ضد كوبا، والضغوط والاعتداءات على إيران. وكلها تعبيرات عن منطق الإمبريالية الحديثة القائمة على السيطرة على الموارد والأسواق.

وفي ظلّ هذا الوضع، تتصاعد وتيرة التسلح وتشتد الدعاية الحربية، مع ارتفاع غير مسبوق في النفقات العسكرية وتهديدات متزايدة باستخدام أسلحة الدمار الشامل، ما يعكس خطورة التناقضات داخل النظام الإمبريالي العالمي، حيث تُقدَّم مصالح الاحتكارات على حساب مصير البشرية.

ولا توجد أي قوة رأسمالية أو تحالف إمبريالي يمكن أن يشكل بديلاً للشعوب، فجميعها تعبيرات مختلفة لنفس النظام القائم على الاستغلال.

إن الأول من ماي يجب أن يكون يوماً للوحدة الأممية للطبقة العاملة، حيث يؤكد العمال رفضهم أن يكونوا وقوداً لأرباح الاحتكارات، ورفضهم لسياسات التقشف والهجمات الاجتماعية والحروب الإمبريالية، ورفضهم الانجرار إلى صراعات تُستعمل فيها الشعوب كوقود لحروب بين قوى رأسمالية متنافسة.

وفي الجزائر، تنعكس هذه الأوضاع العالمية في هجوم متواصل على الحقوق الاجتماعية والديمقراطية للعمال. فالتوجه نحو اقتصاد رأسمالي أكثر انفتاحاً، وتوسيع الاعتماد على رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية، وإضعاف القطاعات العمومية الاستراتيجية، كلها عوامل تعمّق منطق السوق وتزيد من حدة الفوارق الاجتماعية. وفي المقابل، تستفيد الطبقات الرأسمالية من امتيازات واسعة تشمل الإعفاءات الضريبية والتسهيلات الجمركية ودعم الاستثمار وتحويل الأرباح، ما يعزز تراكم الثروة لصالح أقلية محدودة.

وفي الوقت نفسه، تتعرض الحريات النقابية والديمقراطية لضغوط متزايدة، حيث يواجه النقابيون والعمال ملاحقات قضائية وعرقلة لنشاطهم ومنعاً لحقهم في التظاهر. كما تُسنّ قوانين تحدّ من الحرية النقابية وتقيّد نشاط وتنظيم العمال المستقل، بهدف إضعاف التنظيم المستقل للطبقة العاملة وكبح نضالاتها.

وتؤكد هذه الوضعية الطابع التناقضي الجوهري للمجتمع الرأسمالي: من جهة مصالح رأس المال، ومن جهة أخرى مصالح الطبقة العاملة والفئات الشعبية التي تعاني الاستغلال والحرمان.

في هذا السياق، يُدعى العمال الجزائريون إلى جعل الأول من ماي يوماً للتعبئة والتلاقي وتعزيز التنظيم الطبقي. فالحل لا يمكن أن يأتي إلا من النضال المستقل للطبقة العاملة، وتنظيمها على أسس طبقية وديمقراطية وأممية، وبناء أداة سياسية قادرة على حمل مشروع التغيير الجذري.

كما يجب تعزيز النضال المشترك للعمال والشعوب ضد الإمبريالية والاستعمار الجديد، على أساس الاستقلال الطبقي ورفض أي اصطفاف وراء القوى أو التحالفات الإمبريالية. ويتجسد هذا التضامن في مقاومة الاستغلال والحروب والتدخلات، وفي دعم الشعوب التي تعاني من الاحتلال والحصار والعدوان.

فالطبقة العاملة لا يجب أن تنحاز لأي معسكر من معسكرات القوى الرأسمالية، لأن جميعها تتحرك ضمن نفس النظام العالمي وتدافع عن مصالح بورجوازياتها.

وقد يحمل المستقبل حروباً أوسع وكوارث اجتماعية مدمرة إذا لم تقم الطبقة العاملة بدورها التاريخي. لذلك، عليها أن تنظم نفسها بشكل مستقل، وعلى أساس طبقي، وأن ترفض المشاركة في الحروب الإمبريالية، وأن تستفيد من تناقضات القوى الإمبريالية دون أي اصطفاف، من أجل تعزيز النضال من أجل إسقاط النظام الرأسمالي وفتح الطريق نحو الاشتراكية.

الأول من ماي يوم تعبئة ونضال.

May 1st, 2026 – A Day of Mobilization and Struggle of Workers Against Capitalist Exploitation and Imperialist Wars

May 1st, 2026 takes place in a context of a deep and ongoing aggravation of the global capitalistsystem’scrisis. This crisisconfirmsthatcapitalism, based on the exploitation of wage labour, competitionbetweenmonopolies, and the relentlesspursuit of profit, inevitablyproduceswars, poverty, and new forms of barbarism.

It is essential to recallthat May 1st is not a simple day of celebration. It is, in itsorigins, a day of struggle and mobilisation of the working class, won through long battles and sacrifices. Contrary to what the bourgeoisie seeks to portray by turningitinto an emptycelebrationdevoid of anydemands or revolutionary perspective, May 1st must remain a day of struggle. It is not an innocent holiday, but a moment for organisation, for demands, and for resistanceagainst exploitation, in order to uphold the perspective of a radical transformation of society.

The contradictions of capitalism are todayexpressedwithincreasingintensitythroughimperialistconflicts. The war in Ukraine is an expression of the contradictions of the global capitalist system, wherecapitalist states and alliances confronteachother for control over markets, energyresources, trade routes, and spheres of influence. This conflictdoes not represent a confrontation betweendifferent social systems, but ratherrivalriesbetween bourgeois classes and monopoly groups within the framework of the global imperialist system.

At the same time, imperialist interventions and aggressions continue worldwide: support by imperialistpowers for the Zionistentity and the ongoing occupation and crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, as well as in Lebanon; aggressionagainst Venezuela; the criminalblockadeagainst Cuba; and pressure and attacksagainst Iran. Thesepoliciesrepresentvariousforms of imperialist intervention, stemmingfrom the functioning of contemporarymonopolycapitalism and the struggle for control over resources and markets.

In thiscontext, militarisation isintensifying and warpropagandaisexpanding. The increase in militaryspending and threatsinvolving the use of weapons of mass destruction illustrate the level of danger reached in the rivalries of the global imperialist system, where the interests of monopoliesprevail over the survival of humanity.

No capitalist power noranyimperialist alliance canoffer an alternative for the peoples. All of themrepresentdifferent expressions of the same global system of exploitation.

This May 1st must be a day of international unity of the working class. Workers must affirmtheirrefusal to besacrificed for the profits of monopolies, their rejection of austeritypolicies, anti-socialattacks, and imperialistwars. They must refuse to bedraggedintoconflictswhere peoples are used as cannonfodder in the rivalriesbetweencapitalistpowers.

In Algeria, this global reality isreflected in an ongoing offensive against the social and democraticrights of workers. The development of a firmlycapitalisteconomic orientation, increasedopenness to foreign capital, and the weakening of strategic public sectors are accompanied by a strengthening of marketmechanisms and social inequalities. At the same time, capitalist classes benefitfrom multiple fiscal and economicadvantages: tax exemptions, customs facilitation, investmentincentives, profit transfers, and various direct and indirect forms of state support. Thesemeasuresreinforce capital accumulation in favour of a minority.

Simultaneously, trade union and democraticfreedoms are increasinglythreatened. Trade unions and workers’ activists face legalprosecutions, obstacles to theiractivities, and restrictions on the right to demonstrate. This offensive isaccompanied by the adoption of lawsthatlimittrade union freedom and restrict the independent organisation and activity of workers, in order to preventanyautonomousstructuring of the working class and to containitsstruggles.

This situation confirms the fundamentallyantagonistic nature of capitalist society: on one side, the interests of capital; on the other, those of the working class and popularstrata, facedwith exploitation, precariousness, and inequality.

Under these conditions, Algerian workers are calledupon to make May 1st a day of mobilisation, encounter, and strengthening of their class organisation. The solution canonly come from the independent struggle of the working class, its organisation on class-based, democratic and internationalistfoundations, and the construction of a party capable of advancing the perspective of overthrowing the power of capital.

It isnecessary to strengthen the common struggle of workers and peoples againstimperialism and neo-colonialism, which arise from the functioning of the global capitalist system. International solidaritycanonlybe real if itisbased on class independence and the rejection of alignmentbehindanyimperialist power or alliance. It isexpressedthrough the struggle against exploitation, wars, and interventions, as well as through support for peoples sufferingfromblockades, occupation, and interference.

The working class must not alignitselfwithany camp, anycapitalist power, or anyimperialist alliance. All actwithin the framework of the same global capitalist system and defend the interests of theirown bourgeoisies.

The future maybemarked by widespreadwars and devastating social catastrophes if the working class does not fulfilitshistorical mission. It must organise independently, on a class basis, rejectany participation in imperialistwars, and takeadvantage of inter-imperialist contradictions withoutalignment or support for any camp, in order to strengthen the struggle for the overthrow of capitalism and open the path to socialism.

May 1st is a day of mobilisation and struggle.
