We highly value the spirit of comradeship and internationalist solidarity reflected in your outreach to fraternal parties. This inclusive consultative process stands as a testament to the Communist Party of Viet Nam’s commitment to collective wisdom, principled dialogue, and democratic centralism in shaping its strategic vision for the coming period.

The Palestinian Communist Party will study the Draft Political Report with great attention and seriousness. We will provide our observations and recommendations in due course, with the aim of contributing constructively to this important Party document.

On this occasion, and in anticipation of your upcoming 14th National Congress, we are pleased to convey to you—and through you, to the Vietnamese working class and people—our heartfelt congratulations. We are confident that the Congress will represent another milestone in advancing the socialist orientation of Viet Nam, strengthening its independence, fostering social progress, and promoting the well-being of its people.

We also affirm our deep appreciation for the longstanding and principled positions of the Communist Party of Viet Nam in support of the just struggle of the Palestinian people for national liberation, self-determination, and an end to the Zionist occupation.
