The "Prisoner Execution" Law: Institutionalizing Zionist Fascism and a Declaration of War for the Liquidation of Palestinian Existence

To the steadfast masses of our Palestinian people. To the free peoples of the world and the forces of liberation and socialism.

In a move that reveals the ultimate and hideous face of the settler-colonial system, the so-called "Zionist Knesset" has passed the "Execution of Palestinian Prisoners" law. This legislation is not merely a legal violation; it is a historical document of condemnation against an entity built on terror, which today seeks to codify "ethnic slaughter" in cold blood.

We, in the Palestinian Communist Party, as we observe this fascist encroachment, affirm the following facts and principles:

First: Explicit Legal Racism (Judicial Apartheid)

This law was designed with a supremacist "Ghetto" mentality. it exclusively targets Palestinians based on their identity and their affiliation with their national struggle, while exempting the settlers and Zionist criminals who commit the most horrific massacres daily. It is the "Justice of the Guillotine," which views the rightful owner of the land only as a "saboteur" deserving of death, while portraying the usurping occupier as a "peaceful protector."

Second: Institutionalizing Systemic Crime

The enactment of the death penalty is the other face of the genocidal war waged by the enemy in the Gaza Strip, and the policy of ethnic cleansing in Jerusalem and the West Bank. The enemy, having failed to break the will of the prisoners behind bars, is now attempting to legislate their physical assassination after failing to assassinate them morally and revolutionarily.

Third: Imperialist Partnership and International Crime

The encroachment of the Zionist fascist right-wing would not have been possible without the green light from Global Imperialism led by the United States of America, and the silence of international institutions that have become hostages to Western will. The international laws over which Western capitals weep today are falling at the doorsteps of our cells, exposing the falsehood of capitalist "human rights" slogans.

Fourth: A Call for Action and Confrontation

Based on the above, the Palestinian Communist Party calls for:

• Escalating National and Popular Resistance: As the only legitimate response to the laws of annihilation. The language of force is the only language this fascist enemy understands.
• Comprehensive Field Unity: We call upon all national, Islamic, and leftist forces to consolidate a united front to protect the Prisoners' Movement, which represents the first line of defense for our people's dignity.
• Mobilizing Communist and Labor Forces Globally: We urge our comrades in Communist and Workers' parties worldwide to besiege the entity's embassies, expose its "Neo-Nazi" nature, and pressure for a comprehensive boycott (BDS) against this rogue entity.

Our brave prisoners are not merely numbers or victims; they are a revolutionary vanguard fighting for freedom. Any threat to their lives is a threat to the entirety of Palestinian existence.

The Palestinian Communist Party will remain in the trenches of confrontation, believing that the night of the cells will be dispersed by the dawn of liberation, and that the laws of injustice and occupation will be cast into the dustbin of history by the determination of peoples to achieve their freedom.

قانون "إعدام الأسرى": مأسسة للفاشية الصهيونية وإعلان حرب لتصفية الوجود الفلسطيني

يا جماهير شعبنا الفلسطيني الصامد.. يا أحرار العالم وقوى التحرر والاشتراكية:

في خطوة تكشف الوجه القبيح والنهائي لمنظومة الاستعمار الاستيطاني، أقدم ما يسمى "الكنيست الصهيوني" على إقرار قانون "إعدام الأسرى الفلسطينيين". إن هذا التشريع ليس مجرد انتهاك قانوني، بل هو وثيقة إدانة تاريخية لكيان قام على الإرهاب، ويحاول اليوم تقنين "القتل العرقي" بدم بارد.

إننا في الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني، وإذ نرقب هذا التغول الفاشي، نؤكد على الحقائق والمنطلقات التالية:

أولاً: عنصرية قانونية صريحة (أبارتهايد قضائي)

إن هذا القانون صُمم بذهنية "الغيتو" الاستعلائية، فهو يستهدف الفلسطيني حصراً بسبب هويته وانتمائه لنضاله الوطني، بينما يستثني القتلة والمجرمين من المستوطنين والصهاينة الذين يرتكبون أبشع المجازر يومياً. إنها "عدالة المقصلة" التي لا ترى في صاحب الأرض إلا "مخرباً" يستحق الموت، وفي الغاصب المحتل "حملاً وديعاً" يحمي نفسه.

ثانياً: مأسسة الجريمة الممنهجة:

إن إقرار الإعدام هو الوجه الآخر لحرب الإبادة الجماعية التي يشنها العدو في قطاع غزة، وسياسة التطهير العرقي في القدس والضفة. إن العدو الذي فشل في كسر إرادة الأسرى خلف القضبان، يحاول اليوم تشريع اغتيالهم جسدياً بعد أن عجز عن اغتيالهم معنوياً وثورياً.

ثالثاً: الشراكة الإمبريالية والجريمة الدولية

إن تغول اليمين الفاشي الصهيوني ما كان ليكون لولا الضوء الأخضر من الإمبريالية العالمية بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وصمت المؤسسات الدولية التي باتت رهينة للإرادة الغربية. إن القوانين الدولية التي

تتباكى عليها عواصم الغرب تسقط اليوم عند عتبات زنازيننا، لتكشف زيف شعارات "حقوق الإنسان" الرأسمالية.

رابعاً: نداء الفعل والمواجهة

بناءً على ما تقدم، فإن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني يدعو إلى:

• تصعيد المقاومة الشعبية والوطنية: بوضعه الرد الوحيد والشرعي على قوانين الإبادة. إن لغة القوة هي اللغة الوحيدة التي يفهمها هذا العدو الفاشي.
• الوحدة الميدانية الشاملة: ندعو كافة القوى الوطنية والإسلامية واليسارية لترسيخ جبهة موحدة لحماية الحركة الأسيرة، التي تمثل خط الدفاع الأول عن كرامة شعبنا.
• استنهاض القوى الشيوعية والعمالية عالمياً: نطالب رفاقنا في الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية حول العالم بمحاصرة سفارات الكيان وفضح طبيعته "النازية الجديدة"، والضغط لفرض مقاطعة شاملة (BDS) على هذا الكيان المارق.
• إن أسرانا البواسل ليسوا مجرد أرقام أو ضحايا، بل هم طليعة ثورية قاومت من أجل الحرية، وإن المساس بحياتهم هو مساس بالوجود الفلسطيني ككل.

سيظل الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني في خندق المواجهة، مؤمناً بأن ليل الزنازين سيبدده فجر التحرير، وأن قوانين الظلم والاحتلال ستُلقى في مزبلة التاريخ أمام إصرار الشعوب على نيل حريتها.
