«Stop the escalation of aggression against Cuba!»

We firmly condemn US imperialism’s new escalation of aggression against the sovereignty and independence of Cuba and against the rights of the Cuban people. 

The US President’s Executive Order calling Cuba an «unusual and extraordinary threat» against its security is merely creating, based on a pack of falsehoods, a cynical pretext by US imperialism to try and prevent the supply of fuel to Cuba and to step up the economic, financial and trade embargo which it has imposed for over six decades, in an attempt to cause maximum harm to the Cuban people’s living conditions. 

This escalation of US aggression against Cuba, which is accompanied by the threat to impose arbitrary coercive measures of an extra-territorial nature, represents yet another unacceptable and blatant violation of the principles of the United Nations Charter and of international law, an affront to the Proclamation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a Zone of Peace and a threat to world peace and security. 

The new threshold of US aggression and blackmail against Cuba is part and parcel of the broader plan by US imperialism to impose its domination on Latin America and the Caribbean, in the spirit of the Monroe Doctrine, a plan which also includes the recent military aggression against Venezuela with the kidnapping of its President, Nicolás Maduro, and the threats against Colombia, Mexico and other countries in the region. 

Imperialism’s aggressive onslaught is a threat, not just to the sovereignty and rights of the Cuban people, but also to other peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean and to all peoples of the world. This onslaught represents the greatest threat to world peace and requires a firm and persistent resistance and struggle by the workers and the peoples, for sovereignty, rights, peace and internationalist solidarity. 

In hailing the example of courage, determination, peace, cooperation and solidarity provided by Cuba to the world, we demand an immediate end to all threats and hostile steps by the USA against Cuba, including an end to the cruel, criminal and illegal blockade, thus fulfilling the demands of numerous Resolutions of the UN General Assembly. 

We express our solidarity with Socialist Cuba and call for the broadest international solidarity in defense of its independence and sovereignty and of the rights of the Cuban people, including the right to decide their future, in peace and free from foreign interference and pressure.

«¡Fin a la escalada de agresión de los EE.UU. contra Cuba!»

Condenamos firmemente la nueva escalada de agresión del imperialismo norteamericano contra la soberanía e independencia de Cuba y los derechos del pueblo cubano. 

La orden ejecutiva del Presidente de los EE.UU. que designa a Cuba como una «amenaza inusual y extraordinaria» para su seguridad, no es más que la creación, a partir de una lista de mentiras, de un cínico pretexto del imperialismo norteamericano para tratar de impedir el suministro de combustibles a Cuba y recrudecer el bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero que impone hace más de seis décadas, con el objetivo de provocar el máximo daño en las condiciones de vida del pueblo cubano.     

La escalada de agresión de los Estados Unidos contra Cuba, que va acompañada de la amenaza de aplicación de arbitrarias medidas coercitivas de carácter extraterritorial, representa otra inaceptable y frontal violación de los principios de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y del derecho internacional, que ultraja la Proclama de América Latina y el Caribe como Zona de Paz y atenta contra la paz y la seguridad internacionales. 

El ascenso hacia un nuevo y más grave nivel de la agresión y chantaje de los EE.UU. contra Cuba se inserta en un plan más vasto del imperialismo norteamericano de imponer su dominio sobre América Latina y el Caribe en el espíritu de la Doctrina Monroe, donde se incluyen también la reciente agresión militar a Venezuela y el secuestro de su Presidente, Nicolás Maduro y las amenazas a Colombia, México y a otros países de la región. 

La embestida agresiva del imperialismo constituye no solo una amenaza contra la soberanía y los derechos del pueblo cubano, sino también contra los demás pueblos latinoamericanos y caribeños y los pueblos de todo el mundo, representando la mayor amenaza a la paz mundial, lo que convoca a la firme continuidad de la resistencia y lucha de los trabajadores y de los pueblos en pro de la soberanía, de los derechos, de la paz y de la solidaridad internacionalista. 

Enalteciendo el ejemplo de coraje, de determinación, de paz, cooperación y solidaridad que Cuba ofrece al mundo, exigimos el fin inmediato de las amenazas y de todas las medidas hostiles de los Estados Unidos de América contra Cuba, incluyendo el fin del cruel, criminal e ilegal bloqueo, dando cumplimiento a las numerosas resoluciones de la Asamblea General de la ONU en ese sentido. 

Expresando nuestra solidaridad con la Cuba socialista, hacemos un llamado a la más amplia solidaridad internacional en defensa de su independencia y soberanía y de los derechos del pueblo cubano, incluido el derecho a decidir, en paz y libre de injerencias y presiones externas, su futuro.

« Halte à l’escalade d’agression des États-Unis contre Cuba! »

Nous condamnons fermement la nouvelle escalade d’agression de l’impérialisme nord-américain contre la souveraineté et l’indépendance de Cuba et contre les droits du peuple cubain.

Le décret exécutif du Président des États-Unis qui désigne Cuba comme une «menace inhabituelle et extraordinaire» à sa sécurité n’est rien d’autre que la création, à partir d’un ensemble de mensonges, d’un prétexte cynique de l’impérialisme nord-américain pour tenter d’empêcher l’approvisionnement en carburants de Cuba et aggraver le blocus économique, financier et commercial qu’il impose depuis plus de six décennies, dans le but de provoquer le maximum de dommages aux conditions de vie du peuple cubain.

L’escalade d’agression des États-Unis contre Cuba, accompagnée de la menace d’appliquer des mesures coercitives arbitraires à caractère extraterritorial, constitue une nouvelle violation inacceptable et flagrante des principes de la Charte des Nations Unies et du droit international, qui bafoue la Proclamation de l’Amérique latine et des Caraïbes comme Zone de Paix et porte atteinte à la paix et à la sécurité internationales.

L’élévation à un niveau nouveau et plus grave de l’agression et du chantage des États-Unis contre Cuba s’inscrit dans le plan plus vaste de l’impérialisme nord-américain visant à imposer sa domination sur l’Amérique latine et les Caraïbes dans l’esprit de la Doctrine Monroe, qui comprend également la récente agression militaire contre le Venezuela et l’enlèvement de son Président, Nicolás Maduro, et les menaces contre la Colombie, le Mexique et d’autres pays de la région.

L’offensive agressive de l’impérialisme constitue non seulement une menace contre la souveraineté et les droits du peuple cubain, mais aussi contre les autres peuples latino-américains et caribéens et les peuples du monde entier, représentant la plus grande menace pour la paix mondiale, ce qui appelle à la poursuite ferme de la résistance et de la lutte des travailleurs et des peuples en faveur de la souveraineté, des droits, de la paix et de la solidarité internationaliste.

Saluant l’exemple de courage, de détermination, de paix, de coopération et de solidarité que Cuba donne au monde, nous exigeons la fin immédiate des menaces et de toutes les mesures hostiles des États-Unis contre Cuba, y compris la fin du blocus cruel, criminel et illégal, conformément aux nombreuses résolutions de l’Assemblée générale de l’ONU à cet égard.

Exprimant notre solidarité avec Cuba socialiste, nous appelons à la plus large solidarité internationale pour la défense de son indépendance et de sa souveraineté et des droits du peuple cubain, y compris le droit de décider de son avenir, en paix et libre de toute ingérence et pression extérieures.

«Fim à escalada de agressão dos EUA contra Cuba!»

Condenamos firmemente a nova escalada de agressão do imperialismo norte-americano contra a soberania e independência de Cuba e os direitos do povo cubano. 

A ordem executiva do Presidente dos EUA que designa Cuba como uma «ameaça inusual e extraordinária» à sua segurança, não é mais do que a criação, a partir de um rol de falsidades, de um cínico pretexto do imperialismo norte-americano para tentar impedir o fornecimento de combustíveis a Cuba e agravar o bloqueio económico, financeiro e comercial que impõe há mais de seis décadas, visando provocar o máximo dano nas condições de vida do povo cubano.     

A escalada de agressão dos EUA contra Cuba, que é acompanhada da ameaça de aplicação de arbitrárias medidas coercivas de carácter extraterritorial, representa mais uma inaceitável e frontal violação dos princípios da Carta das Nações Unidas e do direito internacional, que afronta a Proclamação da América Latina e Caraíbas como Zona de Paz e atenta contra a paz e a segurança internacionais. 

O elevar a um novo e mais grave patamar da agressão e chantagem dos EUA contra Cuba insere-se no plano mais vasto do imperialismo norte-americano de impor o seu domínio sobre a América Latina e as Caraíbas no espírito da Doutrina Monroe, em que se incluem também a recente agressão militar à Venezuela e o sequestro do seu Presidente, Nicolás Maduro, e as ameaças à Colômbia, ao México e a outros países da região. 

A investida agressiva do imperialismo constitui não só uma ameaça contra a soberania e os direitos do povo cubano, mas também contra os outros povos latino-americanos e caribenhos e os povos de todo o mundo, representando a maior ameaça à paz mundial, o que convoca à firme continuação da resistência e luta dos trabalhadores e dos povos em prol da soberania, dos direitos, da paz e da solidariedade internacionalista. 

Saudando o exemplo de coragem, de determinação, de paz, cooperação e solidariedade que Cuba dá ao mundo, exigimos o fim imediato das ameaças e de todas as medidas hostis dos EUA contra Cuba, incluindo o fim do cruel, criminoso e ilegal bloqueio, dando cumprimento às numerosas resoluções da Assembleia Geral da ONU neste sentido. 

Expressando a nossa solidariedade com Cuba socialista, apelamos à mais ampla solidariedade internacional em defesa da sua independência e soberania e dos direitos do povo cubano, incluindo o direito a decidir, em paz e livre de ingerências e pressões externas, o seu futuro.

إن الأمر التنفيذي لرئيس الولايات المتحدة الذي يصنف كوبا على أنها "تهديد غير عادي واستثنائي"

لأمنها، ليس سوى اختلاق من سلسلة من الأكاذيب، لذريعة ساخرة من قبل الإمبريالية الأمريكية لمحاولة منع توريد الوقود إلى كوبا وتشديد الحصار الاقتصادي والمالي والتجاري الذي تفرضه منذ أكثر من ستة
عقود، بهدف إلحاق أقصى ضرر بظروف معيشة الشعب الكوبي .
إن تصعيد العدوان الأمريكي ضد كوبا، الذي يرافقه التهديد بتطبيق إجراءات قسرية تعسفية خارجية،
يمثل انتهاكا˝ آخر غير مقبول وصريحا˝ لمبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، وهو ما يتحدى إعلان
أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبي كمنطقة سلام ويعتدي على السلام والأمن الدوليين .

إن رفع العدوان والابتزاز الأمريكي ضد كوبا إلى مستوى جديد وأكثر خطورة يدخل في الإطار الأوسع
للإمبريالية الأمريكية لفرض هيمنتها على أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة الكاريبي بروح مبدأ مونرو، والذي
يتضمن أيضا˝ العدوان العسكري الأخير على فنزويلا وخطف رئيسها نيكولاس مادورو، والتهديدات ضد
كولومبيا والمكسيك ودول أخرى في المنطقة .
إن الهجمة العدوانية للإمبريالية لا تشكل تهديدا˝ ضد سيادة وحقوق الشعب الكوبي فحسب، بل أيضا˝ ضد شعوب أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبي الأخرى وشعوب العالم أجمع، مما يمثل التهديد الأكبر للسلام العالمي، وهذا يستدعي مواصلة المقاومة والنضال الثابتين للعمال والشعوب دفاعا˝ عن السيادة والحقوق والسلام
والتضامن الأممي .
وبإشادتنا بمثال الشجاعة والعزم والسلام والتعاون والتضامن الذي تقدمه كوبا للعالم، فإننا نطالب بوقف فوري للتهديدات وجميع الإجراءات العدائية للولايات المتحدة ضد كوبا، بما في ذلك إنهاء الحصار القاسي
والإجرامي وغير القانوني، والامتثال للعديد من قرارات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد .

وإذ نعبر عن تضامننا مع كوبا الاشتراكية، فإننا نناشد أوسع تضامن دولي للدفاع عن استقلالها وسيادتها
وحقوق الشعب الكوبي، بما في ذلك حقه في تقرير مستقبله بسلام وحُرية من التدخلات والضغوط
الخارجية .
