В поддержку Коммунистической партии Индии (марксистской) и с требованием освобождения арестованных лидеров партии.

Центральный комитет Российской коммунистической рабочей партии (РКРП) выражает решительный протест в связи с арестами руководства Коммунистической партии Индии (марксистской) — КПИ(М) — организованными правительством Нарендры Моди 27 мая 2026 года.

В Дели во время мирной акции протеста у здания Управления по обеспечению соблюдения законов (ED) были задержаны Генеральный секретарь ЦК КПИ(М) товарищ М.А. Бэби, члены Политбюро ЦК, десятки членов Центрального комитета и активистов. Этому предшествовали обыски у бывшего главного министра Кералы, члена Политбюро КПИ(М) Пинараи Виджаяна.

ЦК РКРП квалифицирует эти события как часть общего наступления мирового империализма и нарастающей фашизации политических режимов.

Мир переживает глубочайший системный кризис. Межимпериалистические противоречия достигли такой остроты, что блок НАТО во главе с США развязал агрессивные войны на Ближнем Востоке, продолжает натравливать киевский режим на Россию, а в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе готовит провокации против Китая и КНДР. В этих условиях буржуазия всех стран, чувствуя шаткость своего положения, отбрасывает либеральные декорации и переходит к открытым репрессивным методам. Подавление коммунистических партий становится общей линией — от официального запрета Коммунистической партии Индии (маоистской) до преследования левых сил в Европе. Арест руководства КПИ(М) вписывается в этот ряд.

В своей классической работе «Детская болезнь "левизны" в коммунизме» Владимир Ильич Ленин указывал на один из важнейших диалектических законов классовой борьбы: буржуазия сама, своими репрессиями, избавляет трудящиеся массы от демократических иллюзий и подводит их к пониманию необходимости диктатуры пролетариата.

Именно это мы наблюдаем сегодня в Индии. Правительство Нарендры Моди, десятилетиями эксплуатировавшее имидж «крупнейшей демократии мира», своими руками разоблачает эту ложь. Арест Генерального секретаря законно действующей партии, имеющей миллионы сторонников и победившей на выборах в целом штате, — это не «ошибка» и не «перегиб». Это тенденция. Буржуазия показывает своё истинное лицо: там, где демократия мешает её интересам, она отбрасывает её без колебаний.

Индийская буржуазия, как и российская, китайская, иранская, играет двойную роль. С одной стороны, она вступает в противоречия с глобальным империалистическим центром (США и НАТО), отстаивая свои геополитические и экономические интересы. С другой стороны, внутри своих стран она ведёт ожесточённое наступление на права трудящихся и их авангард — коммунистические партии.

РКРП не питает иллюзий ни в отношении индийской буржуазии, ни в отношении российской. Мы не поддерживаем «своего» капиталиста. Но мы обязаны видеть всю картину: репрессии против КПИ(М) выгодны не только индийским монополиям, но и мировому империализму, который заинтересован в ослаблении любого независимого центра силы, будь то суверенное государство или массовая коммунистическая партия.

ЦК РКРП заявляет о полной солидарности с Коммунистической партией Индии (марксистской). Опираясь на ленинское учение о том, что репрессии буржуазии лишь ускоряют революционизирование масс, мы заявляем:

Арест товарища М.А. Бэби и других лидеров КПИ(М) не сломит волю индийских коммунистов. Напротив, этот акт политического бандитизма станет для миллионов трудящихся Индии тем самым «собственным политическим опытом», который Ленин считал необходимой школой классовой борьбы. Буржуазия сама вырывает с корнем иллюзию о том, что в рамках её системы можно добиться справедливости. И за это мы, как ни парадоксально, должны быть ей «благодарны» — ибо она ускоряет свой собственный конец.

Мы требуем:

1. Немедленного освобождения Генерального секретаря товарища М.А. Бэби, членов Политбюро и всех задержанных активистов КПИ(М).
2. Прекращения практики политически мотивированного использования правоохранительных и финансовых органов против коммунистических партий в Индии и во всём мире.
3. Соблюдения демократических прав и свобод — свободы слова, собраний, организации — для всех левых сил, понимая при этом, что в конечном счёте эти свободы могут быть гарантированы только после свержения власти капитала.

Мы призываем все братские партии, входящие в Международную встречу коммунистических и рабочих партий (IMCWP), а также все антиимпериалистические силы мира выступить с единым требованием освобождения руководства КПИ(М).

Атака на одну коммунистическую партию — это атака на всё международное коммунистическое движение. Мы — в одном классовом строю. Единственный способ противостоять этой волне фашизации — сплочение, пролетарская солидарность и правильное понимание уроков, которые буржуазия сама преподносит трудящимся.

Свободу политзаключённым в Индии!

Долой фашизацию режимов!

Да здравствует пролетарский интернационализм!

In support of the Communist Party of India (Marxist)

and demanding the release of the arrested party leaders.

The Central Committee of the Russian Communist Workers' Party (RCWP) expresses its strong protest against the arrests of the leadership of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) – CPI(M) – organised by the Narendra Modi government on May 27, 2026. In Delhi, during a peaceful protest outside the Enforcement Directorate (ED), General Secretary of the CPI(M) Central Committee, Comrade M.A. Baby, members of the Central Committee's Politburo, and dozens of Central Committee members and activists were detained. This followed searches at the home of former Kerala Chief Minister and CPI(M) Politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan.

The Central Committee of the RCWP describes these events as part of a general offensive by global imperialism and the growing fascism of political regimes.

The world is experiencing a profound systemic crisis. Inter-imperialist tensions have reached such a level that NATO, led by the US, has unleashed aggressive wars in the Middle East, continues to incite the Kiev regime against Russia, and is preparing provocations against China and North Korea in the Asia-Pacific region. Under these conditions, the bourgeoisie of all countries, sensing the precariousness of their position, discards liberal pretense and resorts to open repressive methods. The suppression of communist parties becomes a common theme, from the official ban on the Communist Party of India (Maoist) to the persecution of leftist forces in Europe. The arrest of the CPI(M) leadership fits into this pattern.

In his classic work, "Left-Wing" Communism: An Infantile Disorder, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin pointed out one of the most important dialectical laws of class struggle: the bourgeoisie itself, through its repressions, rids the working masses of democratic illusions and leads them to understand the necessity of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

This is precisely what we are witnessing today in India. The Narendra Modi government, which for decades has exploited the image of the "world's largest democracy," is exposing this lie with its own hands. The arrest of the General Secretary of a legitimate party with millions of supporters and having won elections in an entire state is not a "mistake" or an "excess." It's a trend. The bourgeoisie shows its true colors: where democracy interferes with its interests, it rejects it without hesitation.

The Indian bourgeoisie, like the Russian, Chinese, and Iranian ones, plays a dual role. On the one hand, it clashes with the global imperialist centre (the US and NATO), defending its geopolitical and economic interests. On the other hand, within its own countries, it wages a fierce attack on workers' rights and their vanguard—the communist parties.

The RCWP has no illusions about either the Indian or Russian bourgeoisie. We do not support "our" capitalism. But we must see the whole picture: the repression of the CPI(M) benefits not only Indian monopolies but also global imperialism, which is interested in weakening any independent centre of power, be it a sovereign state or a mass communist party.

The Central Committee of the RCWP declares its full solidarity with the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Based on Lenin's teaching that bourgeois repression only accelerates the revolutionisation of the masses, we declare:

The arrest of Comrade M.A. Baby and other CPI(M) leaders will not break the will of Indian communists. On the contrary, this act of political banditry will become for millions of Indian workers that very "own political experience" that Lenin considered an essential school of class struggle. The bourgeoisie itself is uprooting the illusion that justice can be achieved within its system. And for this, paradoxically, we should be "grateful" to it—for it is hastening its own demise.

We demand:

1. The immediate release of General Secretary Comrade M.A. Baby, members of the Politburo, and all detained CPI(M) activists.
2. An end to the politically motivated use of law enforcement and financial agencies against communist parties in India and around the world.
3. Respect for democratic rights and freedoms—freedom of speech, assembly, and organization—for all leftist forces, while understanding that ultimately these freedoms can only be guaranteed after the overthrow of capitalist rule.

We call on all fraternal parties within the International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (IMCWP), as well as all anti-imperialist forces worldwide, to unite in demanding the release of the CPI(M) leadership.

An attack on one Communist Party is an attack on the entire international communist movement. We are in the same class system. The only way to resist this wave of fascism is unity, proletarian solidarity, and a proper understanding of the lessons the bourgeoisie itself teaches the working people.
