The ideological and political unity of the KKE has been consolidated

The Central Committee’s Report was presented at the KKE’s 22nd Congress

Following the opening ceremony of the 22^nd Congress of the KKE, which took place on Wednesday, 28 January, at the Galatsi Olympic Hall, the Congress continued yesterday, Thursday, 29 January, at the headquarters of the Central Committee in Perissos. During the proceedings, Dimitris Koutsoumbas presented the Central Committee’s report to the delegates. The presentation was attended by dozens of Party veterans, who were present at the start of proceedings in the conference hall.

In his introductory speech, D. Koutsoumbas emphasized, among other things:

“Each Congress examines the Party’s activity since the previous Congress and draws conclusions useful for our action in the coming period, on the basis of the Programme. (...) At the 22^nd Congress, our focus is on the Party itself, of course from the standpoint of developments and prospects for the future, with the main characteristic being that the Party —and therefore the workers’ movement and its social alliance— will become more decisive factors in the direction of revolutionary change. For this reason, the improvement of our intervention must be reflected at every level: organizational, ideological, political, and within the movement, on te basis of our strategic goal. On this foundation, the main slogan of our Congress was determined “A powerful KKE, steadfast in every trial, ready to answer history’s call, for socialism!”. The slogan of the 22^nd Congress expresses the necessity for our party to act consistently on the basis of the strategy set out in our programme, carrying out our day-to-day organizational and political activity in unbroken unity with this strategy.”

Deepening the ideological and political unity of the KKE

At another point in his speech, the General Secretary of the Central Committee referred to the internal party discussion on the Theses of the Central Committee for the 22^nd Congress, which include the outgoing party leadership’s assessments of international and domestic developments, the situation in the international communist movement, the Party’s activity since the previous congress, and the tasks facing the KKE up to the Party’s 23^rd congress.

D. Koutsoumbas noted that the Theses of the Central Committee were discussed by all KKE organizations throughout the country, and were debated and approved in two rounds of General Assemblies. The Theses of the Central Committee were adopted by an overwhelming majority of the thousands of Party members. It should be noted that the KKE, due to security considerations and its long history of illegality and harsh persecution by the bourgeois state, has never publicly disclosed data on its membership numbers. Of the many thousands of Party members, only eight voted against the Theses and twenty-eight abstained.

The Theses of the Central Committee were also discussed at the Conferences of the Sectoral and Regional Organizations and were adopted unanimously by the elected delegates.

In addition, the guiding organs of the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE), as well as its Base Organizations, youth cadres and members, discussed the Theses and expressed a positive stance toward them.

The proceedings of the Congress continue with speeches by the delegates, followed by discussion and voting on the Resolution of the 22^nd Congress. The Congress will conclude on Saturday, 31 January, with the election of the members of the new Central Committee and the Central Audit Committee of the KKE.

На 22-м съезде КПГ был представлен доклад ЦК

После торжественного открытия 22-го съезда КПГ, которое состоялось в среду, 28 января, на закрытом Олимпийском стадионе Галатси, работа съезда была продолжена, в четверг, 29 января, в штаб-квартире ЦК КПГ в Периссосе. Димитрис Куцумбас представил делегатам доклад ЦК. В начале работы съезда также присутствовали десятки ветеранов партии.

В своем выступлении Д. Куцумбас среди прочего отметил:

 «Каждый съезд анализирует деятельность партии за период, прошедший с предыдущего съезда, обобщает выводы, необходимые для работы в предстоящий период, опираясь на утвержденную Программу. (…) На 22-м съезде мы делаем акцент на ПАРТИИ — разумеется, рассматривая ее через призму текущих событий и прогнозов на будущее, исходя из того, что ПАРТИЯ, а значит, и рабочее движение, и её социальный союз, должны стать более решительными факторами на пути к революционному свержению системы. Именно поэтому необходимо улучшать нашу работу  во всех направлениях: в организации, в идеологической, политической деятельности, в деятельности в движениях, не теряя из виду нашу стратегическую цель. Исходя из этого и был определен центральный лозунг нашего съезда: «КПГ сильная, стойкая в любых испытаниях, готовая откликнуться на зов истории, на призыв к социализму!» Лозунг 22-го съезда выражает необходимость того, чтобы наша партия работала на основе стратегии, принятой в нашей программе, осуществляя текущую организационно-политическую деятельность в неразрывном единстве с этой стратегией».

Укрепление идейно-политического единства Компартии Греции

Далее в своем выступлении Генсек ЦК КПГ коснулся внутрипартийной дискуссии вокруг Тезисов ЦК КПГ к 22-му съезду, в которых содержатся оценка международных и внутренних событий и состояния международного коммунистического движения со стороны уходящего руководства партии,  отчет о деятельности партии за период с прошлого съезда, а также  определены задачи КПГ на период до следующего, 23-го съезда»

Д. Куцумбас отметил, что Тезисы ЦК обсуждались во всех ППО КПГ по всей стране, получив одобрение на двух общих собраниях. Тезисы ЦК были одобрены подавляющим большинством членов партии. Стоит отметить, что КПГ, исходя из соображений безопасности и в силу того, что значительная часть её истории прошла в подполье, в условиях жестких преследований со стороны буржуазного государства, никогда публично не раскрывает данные о численности своих рядов. Против проголосовали всего 8 членов партии, воздержались  — 28 из общей многотысячной численности членов партии.

Кроме того, Тезисы ЦК обсуждались на конференциях как секторальных, так и региональных парторганизаций. И на секторальных, и на региональных конференциях Тезисы были одобрены единогласно.

В руководящих органах КМГ, а также в первичных организациях (ПО) прошли дискуссии, в ходе которых руководящие кадры и члены КМГ дали положительную оценку Тезисам.

Работа съезда продолжается. На нем заслушиваются выступления делегатов. Далее последует обсуждение и голосование по Резолюции 22-го съезда, который завершится в субботу, 31 января, избранием новых составов Центрального Комитета и Центрального комитета экономического контроля КПГ.

Se presentó el informe del Comité Central en el 22º Congreso del KKE

Tras el acto inaugural del 22º Congreso del KKE, que se celebró el miércoles 28 de enero en el Estadio Olímpico Cubierto de Galatsi, ayer jueves 29 de enero los trabajos del Congreso continuaron en la sede del Comité Central del Partido, en Perissos, con la presentación del informe del Comité Central a los delegados por Dimitris Koutsoumpas. A la presentación del informe asistieron decenas de veteranos del partido, que estaban presentes en el inicio de los trabajos en la sala de conferencias, y luego se retiraron.

En su discurso introductorio, D. Koutsoumpas destacó, entre otras cosas, lo siguiente:

“Cada Congreso examina la acción del Partido desde el Congreso anterior y extrae conclusiones útiles para la acción en el siguiente período determinado, basándose en el programa establecido. (...) En el 22º Congreso hacemos hincapié en el PARTIDO, por supuesto desde el punto de vista de los desarrollos y las previsiones de futuros desarrollos, con la característica principal de cómo el PARTIDO y, por lo tanto, el movimiento obrero y su alianza social, se convertirán en factores más decisivos en el sentido del cambio revolucionario. Por eso, la mejora de nuestra intervención debe abarcar todos los aspectos: la organización, la acción ideológica, política y de movimiento, teniendo como eje el objetivo estratégico. Sobre esta base, se determinó también el lema central de nuestro Congreso: “KKE, fuerte, firme en cualquier prueba, listo ante el llamamiento de la Historia, por el Socialismo”. El lema del 22º Congreso expresa la necesidad de que el Partido trabaje sobre la base de la estrategia adoptada en nuestro programa, llevando a cabo la acción organizativa y política actual en unidad inquebrantable con dicha estrategia.”

Profundización de la unidad ideológica y política del KKE

En otro punto del informe, el Secretario General del Comité Central se refirió al debate interno del Partido sobre las Tesis del Comité Central del KKE para el 22º Congreso, en las que se incluyen las evaluaciones de la dirección saliente del Partido sobre la situación internacional y nacional, la situación del movimiento comunista internacional, el balance de la acción del Partido desde el anterior congreso y las tareas que tiene el KKE hasta su próximo 23º Congreso.

D. Koutsoumpas señaló que las Tesis del Comité Central habían sido debatidas y aprobadas por todas las organizaciones partidistas del KKE en el país en dos asambleas generales.

Las Tesis del Comité Central fueron aprobadas por una abrumadora mayoría de los miles de miembros del Partido. Cabe señalar aquí que el KKE, por motivos de seguridad y habiendo pasado gran parte de su historia en la ilegalidad y sometido a duras persecuciones por parte del Estado burgués, nunca ha hecho público el número de miembros del Partido. En contra de las Tesis votaron solo 8 miembros del Partido y 28 se abstuvieron, de entre los muchos miles de miembros del Partido.

Además, las Tesis del Comité Central se debatieron tanto en las conferencias de las organizaciones sectoriales como en las conferencias de las organizaciones regionales del Partido.

Tanto en las conferencias sectoriales como en las regionales, las Tesis fueron aprobadas por unanimidad por los delegados elegidos. Las Tesis se debatieron también en los órganos de dirección de la KNE, así como en las OB, y los dirigentes y miembros de la Juventud del KKE se posicionaron a favor de estas.

Los trabajos del Congreso continúan con las intervenciones de los delegados en el Congreso, a las que seguirá el debate y la votación de la Resolución del 22º Congreso, que concluirá el sábado 31 de enero con la elección de los miembros del nuevo Comité Central y del Comité Central de Auditoría del KKE.

Die ideologisch-politische Einheit der KKE ist gefestigt

Bericht des Zentralkomitees auf dem 22. Parteitag der KKE vorgestellt

Nach der Auftaktveranstaltung des 22. Parteitages der KKE am 28. Januar in der Olympiahalle von Galatsi wurden die Beratungen gestern, am 29. Januar, am Sitz des Zentralkomitees in Perissos mit der Vorstellung des Berichts des ZK vor den Delegierten durch Dimitris Koutsoumbas fortgesetzt.Die Vorstellung des Berichts wurde auch von Dutzenden Veteranen der Partei verfolgt, die zu Beginn der Arbeiten im Konferenzsaal anwesend waren, um anschließend den Saal wieder zu verlassen.

In seiner einleitenden Rede betonte D. Koutsoubasunter anderem:

„Jeder Parteitag erörtert die Tätigkeit der Partei der letzten vier Jahre und fasst nützliche Schlussfolgerungen für die Arbeit im darauffolgenden Zeitraum auf der Grundlage unseres Programms zusammen. (…) Auf dem 22. Parteitag legen wir den Schwerpunkt auf die Partei selbst, unter dem Gesichtspunkt der aktuellen und der zu erwartenden Entwicklungen. Es geht hauptsächlich darum, dass die Partei – und damit auch die Arbeiterbewegung und ihr gesellschaftliches Bündnis – zu entscheidenden Faktoren für die revolutionäre Umwälzung werden.Deshalb muss sich die Verbesserung unseres Eingreifens in allen Bereichen niederschlagen: Organisation – ideologisch-politisch-bewegungsorientierte Aktion, mit dem strategischen Ziel als Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde auch der zentrale Wahlspruch unseres Parteitages formuliert: „Starke und kampferprobte KKE – bereit, dem Ruf der Geschichte nach Sozialismus zu folgen“. DerWahlspruch des 22. Parteitages drückt die Notwendigkeit aus, dass unsere Partei auf der Grundlage der in unserem Programm verabschiedeten Strategie arbeitet und ihre aktuelle organisatorische und politische Tätigkeit in unzertrennlicher Einheit mit dieser Strategie ausübt.“

Vertiefung der ideologisch-politischen Einheit der KKE

An anderer Stelle seines Referats ging der Generalsekretär des ZK der KKE auf die innerparteiliche Diskussion über die Thesen des ZK der KKE für den 22. Parteitag ein, die die Einschätzungen der scheidenden Parteileitung zu den internationalen und nationalen Entwicklungen, die Lage der internationalen kommunistischen Bewegung, die Bewertung der Aktivitäten der Partei seit dem letzten Parteitag und die Aufgaben der KKE bis zum nächsten 23. Parteitagbeinhalten.

D. Koutsoubas betonte, dass „sich alle Grundorganisationen der KKE im Land mit den Thesen des Zentralkomitees der KKE befasst, sie diskutiert und in zwei Mitgliederversammlungen verabschiedet haben. Die Thesen des Zentralkomitees wurden von der überwältigenden Mehrheit der Parteimitglieder angenommen.“An dieser Stelle sei angemerkt, dass die KKE aus Gründen des Schutzes und aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sie einen Großteil ihrer Geschichte in der Illegalität und unter brutaler Verfolgung durch den bürgerlichen Staat verbracht hat, niemals öffentlich Angaben zur Anzahl ihrer Parteimitglieder gemacht hat.„Von den Tausenden Mitgliedern der Partei stimmten gegen die Thesen 8, und 28 enthielten sich der Stimme.

Darüber hinaus wurden die Thesen des Zentralkomitees sowohl auf den Delegiertenkonferenzen der Kreis-als auch der Bezirksorganisationen der Partei diskutiert. Sowohl auf den Delegiertenkonferenzen der Bezirks- als auch auf denen der Kreisorganisationen wurden die Thesen von den gewählten Vertretern einstimmig angenommen.

In den Leitungsgremien sowie den Grundorganisationen des Jugendverbands KNE wurde ebenfalls eine Diskussion geführt, bei der die Thesen auf eine positive Resonanz stießen.“

Die Beratungen des Parteitages setzen sich mit Wortmeldungen von Delegierten fort, gefolgt von der Diskussion und der Abstimmung über den Politischen Beschluss. Der Parteitag wird am Samstag, dem 31. Januar, mit der Wahl der Mitglieder des neuen Zentralkomitees und der Zentralen Revisionskommission abgeschlossen.

بعد تظاهرةَ افتتاح المؤتمر اﻠ22 للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، التي أقيمت يوم الأربعاء 28 كانون الثاني\يناير في استاد غالاتسي الأولمبي المغلق، استؤنفت أمس أعمال المؤتمر يوم الخميس 29 كانون الثاني\يناير في مقر اللجنة المركزية للحزب في بِريسوس، حيث عرضّ ذيميتريس كوتسوباس تقرير اللجنة المركزية على المندوبين.

بعد انتهاء تظاهرة افتتاح المؤتمر اﻠ22 للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، التي أقيمت يوم الأربعاء 28 كانون الثاني\يناير في الملعب الأولمبي المغلق في غالاتسي، استمرت أعمال المؤتمر يوم الخميس 29 منه، في مقر اللجنة المركزية للحزب في بيريسوس، حيث قدم ديميتريس كوتسوباس مقترح اللجنة المركزية إلى المندوبين.

هذا و أكد ذيميتريس كوتسوباس في سياق في كلمته الافتتاحية:

 «إن كل مؤتمر يفحصُ نشاط الحزب منذ المؤتمر السابق، ويلخص استنتاجات مفيدة للنشاط في الفترة المحددة التالية، وفق محور البرنامج المحدد.  في المؤتمر اﻠ22 نولي تركيزنا على الحزب، بالطبع من زاوية التطورات والتوقعات المستقبلية، مع سمة رئيسية متمثلة في أن الحزب وبالتالي الحركة العمالية وتحالفها الاجتماعي – سيغدوان عاملين أكثر حسماً في اتجاه الإطاحة الثورية. لذلك، يجب أن يتجلى تحسين تدخلنا في جميع الجوانب: التنظيم - النشاط الأيديولوجي والسياسي والحركي، على محور الهدف الاستراتيجي. فوق أساس ذلك أيضاً، حُدِّدَ الشعار المركزي لمؤتمرنا: "حزب شيوعي يوناني قوي، صامد في كل اختبار، متأهب لنداء التاريخ من أجل الاشتراكية!". يلخص شعار المؤتمر  اﻠ22 ضرورة العمل كحزب ضمن وحدة لا تنفصم فيما يتعلق بجاهزيتنا البرنامجية الاستراتيجية ونشاطنا السياسي التنظيمي الجاري».

تعميق الوحدة الأيديولوجية والسياسية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني

في موضع آخر من تقريره، أكد الأمين العام للجنة المركزية: «وصلنا إلى المؤتمر بعد اكتمال مناقشة موضوعات اللجنة المركزية في اجتماعين عامَّين لسائر المنظمات الحزبية القاعدية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، و إجراء مؤتمرات سائر المنظمات القطاعية و المنطقية.

و باﻹيجاب صوَّتت الأغلبية الساحقة من أعضاء الحزب في صالح موضوعات اللجنة المركزية. وصوّت ضدها8 من أعضاء الحزب، و بورقة بيضاء صوت 28  من الأعضاء ، من إجمالي آلاف أعضاء الحزب.

وفي مؤتمرات المنظمات القطاعية و المنطقية، تم التصويت في صالح الموضوعات بالإجماع.

كما جرت مناقشة الموضوعات في الهيئات الإرشادية للشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، وكذلك في منظماتها القاعدية، و تموضع بنحو إيجابي كوادر وأعضاء منظمتنا الشبابية».

هذا و تتواصلُ أعمالُ المؤتمر مع كلمات مندوبي المؤتمر، تليها مناقشة  قرار المؤتمر اﻠ22 و إقراره،  حيث يكتملُ المؤتمر  يوم 31 كانون الثاني\يناير بانتخاب أعضاء اللجنة المركزية الجديدة ولجنة الرقابة المالية المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني.

La cohésion idéologique et politique du KKE est forgée

L'introduction du Comité Central a été présenté lors du 22e Congrès du KKE

Après la cérémonie d'ouverture du 22^e Congrès du KKE, qui s'est tenue mercredi 28 janvier au Stade olympique couvert de Galatsi, les travaux du congrès se sont poursuivis hier, jeudi 29 janvier, au siège du Comité central du parti, à Perissos, avec la présentation de l'introduction du Comité central aux délégués par Dimitris Koutsoumbas.La présentation de l'introduction a été suivie par des dizaines de vétérans du Parti, présents au début des travaux dans la salle de conférences, avant de la quitter.

Dansson discours introductif, D. Koutsoumbas a notamment souligné:

«Chaque Congrès examine l'action du Parti depuis le Congrès précédent, résume des conclusions utiles pour l'action à mener au cours de la période suivante en se basant sur son Programme. (…) Lors du 22e Congrès, nous mettons l'accent sur le PARTI, bien sûr de vue des développements et des prévisions pour l'avenir, avec pour caractéristique principale que le PARTI — et donc le mouvement ouvrier et son alliance sociale — deviendront des facteurs plus décisifs sur la voie du renversement révolutionnaire. C'est pourquoi l'amélioration de notre intervention doit C'est pourquoi l'amélioration de notre intervention doit se faire dans tous les domaines:organisation, action idéologique, politique et de mouvement, avec pour fil conducteur notre objectif stratégique. C'est sur cette base que le slogan central de notre Congrès a été défini: «Un KKE fort, ferme face à toutes les épreuves, prêt à répondre à l'appel de l'histoire pour le socialisme!» Le slogan du 22e Congrès exprime la nécessité pour notre parti de travailler sur la base de la stratégie adoptée dans notre programme, en menant ses activités organisationnelles et politiques actuelles en parfaite cohérence avec cette stratégie.»

Approfondissement de l'unité idéologique et politique du KKE

Dans un autre passage de son introduction, le Secrétaire Général du Comité a évoqué le débat interne au Parti sur les Thèses du Comité central du KKE pour le 22e congrès, qui comprennent les évaluations de la direction sortante du parti sur les développements internationaux et nationaux, la situation du mouvement communiste international, le bilan des actions du parti depuis le dernier congrès et les tâches qui lui incombent jusqu'au prochain 23e congrès du Parti.

D. Koutsoumbas a souligné que les Thèses du Comité central ont été étudiées par toutes les cellules du KKE dans le pays, qui les ont discutées et approuvées lors de deux assemblées générales. Les Thèses du CCont été approuvées à une écrasante majorité par les milliers de membres du parti. Il convient de noter ici que le KKE, pour des raisons de sécurité et ayant passé une grande partie de son histoire dans l'illégalité et soumis à de dures persécutions de la part de l'État bourgeois, n'a jamais rendu public le nombre de ses membres. Seuls 8 membres du parti ont voté contre et 28 membres du parti ont voté blanc sur les plusieurs milliers de membres que compte le Parti.

De plus, les  Thèses du CC  ont été discutées tant lors des conférences des organisations sectorielles que lors des conférences des organisations régionales du Parti.  Tant lors des conférences sectorielles que lors des conférences régionales, les positions ont été adoptées à l'unanimité par les délégués élus.

Au sein des organes de direction de la KNE, ainsi qu'au sein des cellules de la KNE, une discussion a également eu lieu et les cadres et membres de notre jeunesse se sont prononcés en faveur des Thèses.

Les travaux du congrès se poursuivent avec les discours des délégués au congrès, qui seront suivis de la discussion et du vote de la Résolution du 22e congrès, qui s'achèvera le samedi 31 janvier avec l'élection des membres du nouveau Comité central et du Comité central de contrôle financier du KKE.
