Multifaceted political activity in Berlin by the KKE's Party Organization in Germany in honour of Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht

On Saturday 10 January, the KKE’s Party Organization in Germany held an event and discussion in Berlin on the topic: “Lessons from the class struggle in Germany, 1918–1923”.

On Sunday 11 January, the annual march in memory and honour of Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg, leading figures of the German revolutionary movement and founders of the Communist Party of Germany (KPD), took place in Berlin. The march, first held in 1926, was attended by members and friends of the KKE and KNE, who raised slogans such as “Our future is not capitalism, it is the new world, socialism”, as well as slogans expressing the joint struggle and internationalist solidarity of the peoples.

The banner of the Party, inspired by the epilogue of Luxemburg’s article of 14 January 1919, the day before her assassination, read in German and Greek: “The revolution will rise up again and it will proclaim: I WAS, I AM AND I SHALL BE!”. 

The march concluded at the Monument to the Dead of the Communist and Labour Movement, where Liebknecht, Luxemburg, and other prominent figures of the German communist and labour movement are buried. A delegation of the Communist Party of Greece and the Communist Party of Turkey laid a joint wreath in memory of the two communist leaders at the monument, which was erected in 1951 in East Berlin during the period of the German Democratic Republic.

Разносторонняя политическая деятельность парторганизации КПГ в Германии. Ее участие в марше памяти, прошедшем в Берлине в честь лидеров немецкого коммунистического движения

В частности, в субботу, 10 января, партийная организация КПГ в Германии провела в Берлине встречу-дискуссию на тему «Уроки классовой борьбы в Германии,1918–1923 г.г.».

В воскресенье, 11 января, в Берлине состоялся марш памяти в честь революционеров, лидеров немецкого коммунистического движения Карла Либкнехта и Розы Люксембург. В марше, который впервые был проведен в 1926 году, и в этом году массово участвовали члены и друзья Компартии Греции и Коммунистической молодежи Греции, они скандировали такие лозунги, как "Наше будущее - не капитализм, а новый мир – социализм, а также лозунги за общую борьбу и интернациональную солидарность с народами.

На баннере партии на немецком и греческом языках были выведены строки из эпилога статьи Люксембург, написанной 14 января 1919 года, за день до ее убийства: "Революция воспрянет вновь и возвестит: Я БЫЛА, Я ЕСТЬ, Я БУДУ!".

Марш завершился у памятника погибшим деятелям коммунистического и рабочего движения, где похоронены основатели Коммунистической партии Германии - Либкнехт и Люксембург, а также другие деятели немецкого коммунистического и рабочего движения. Там же делегации Компартии Греции и Компартии Турции почтили память двух коммунистических лидеров и возложили совместный венок к монументу, установленному в 1951 году в Восточном Берлине, в период существования Германской Демократической Республики.

Vielfältige politische Tätigkeit der Parteiorganisation der KKE in Deutschland zu Ehren von Rosa Luxemburg und Karl Liebknecht in Berlin

Am 10. Januar führte die Parteiorganisation der KKE in Deutschland eine Diskussionsveranstaltung in Berlin zu den Lehren des Klassenkampfes in Deuschland, 1918 -1923, durch.

Am 11. Januar fand in Berlin die Demonstration zu Ehren der am 15. Januar 1919 ermordeten revolutionären kommunistischen Vorkämpfer Karl Liebknecht und Rosa Luxemburg statt. An der Demonstration, die 1926 zum ersten Mal stattfand, nahmen Mitglieder und Freunde der KKE und der KNE zahlreicht teil und riefen Losungen wie „Unsere Zukunft ist nicht der Kapitalismus, sondern die neue Welt, der Sozialismus", „Seit über hundert Jahre steht die KKE in der ersten Reihe der Kämpfe", so wie für den gemeinsamen Kampf und die internationalistische Solidarität der Völker.

Das Transparent des Blocks in deutscher und griechischer Sprache war inspiriert vom Schlusswort des Artikels, den Rosa Luxemburg am 14. Januar 1919, dem Tag vor ihrer Ermordung, geschrieben hatte: „ Die Revolution wird wieder in die Höh' richten und verkünden: Ich war, ich bin, ich werde sein!" Tausende von Menschen nahmen an der Demonstration teil, und wieder einmal ging die Polizei mit Repressionen gegen die Demonstranten vor.

Der Demonstrationszug endete an der Gedenkstätte der Sozialisten, wo die beiden Gründer der Kommunistischen Partei Deutschlands (KPD) Karl Liebknecht und Rosa Luxemburg sowie weitere Persönlichkeiten der deutschen kommunistischen und Arbeiterbewegung geehrt werden. Dort legten Vertreter der Kommunistischen Partei Griechenlands und der Kommunistischen Partei der Türkei einen gemeinsamen Kranz zum Gedenken an die beiden kommunistischen Führer am Denkmal nieder, das 1951 in der Hauptstadt der DDR errichtet wurde.

Activité politique multiforme à Berlin de l’organisation du Parti du KKE en Allemagne en l'honneur de Rosa Luxemburg et Karl Liebknecht

Le samedi 10 janvier, l’organisation du KKE en Allemagne a organisé à Berlin une réunion-débat sur le thème «Leçons tirées de la lutte des classes en Allemagne, 1918-1923».

Le dimanche 11 janvier 2025, une marche de commémoration et d’hommage aux dirigeants communistes révolutionnaires Karl Liebknecht et Rosa Luxemburg, assassinés le 15 janvier 1919, a été organisée à Berlin. Organisée pour la première fois en 1926, cette marche a réuni des membres et des amis du KKE et de la KNE, qui ont scandé des slogans tels que «Notre avenir n'est pas le capitalisme, c'est le nouveau monde, le socialisme», «Un siècle de luttes et de sacrifices, le KKE à l’avant-garde», ainsi que des slogans pour la lutte commune et la solidarité internationaliste des peuples.

La bannière du Parti en allemand et en grec, inspirée de l'épilogue de l'article de Luxemburg du 14 janvier 1919, la veille de son assassinat, se lisait comme suit: «La révolution se lèvera de nouveau et proclamera: J'ÉTAIS, JE SUIS, JE SERAI». Des milliers de personnes ont participé à la marche tandis qu'une fois de plus, la police allemande a réprimé les manifestants.

La marche s'est terminée au Momument des morts du mouvement communiste et ouvrier, où sont enterrés les deux fondateurs du Parti Communiste d’Allemagne (KPD), Liebknecht et Luxemburg, ainsi que d'autres personnalités du mouvement communiste et ouvrier allemand. Des délégations du KKE et du Parti Communiste de Turquie ont conjointement déposé une couronne en mémoire des deux dirigeants communistes sur le monument érigé en 1951 à Berlin-Est pendant la période de la République Démocratique Allemande.
