KKE: Workers must support the struggle of poor farmers

Roadblocks set up by poor farmers are multiplying throughout Greece. Farmers in Thessaly set the tone, with three massive roadblocks in Larissa, Karditsa and Trikala, each involving thousands of tractors. The farmers’ mobilization is spreading throughout the country, reaching the customs offices of neighbouring countries, Bulgaria and Turkey. The government was unable to stifle the protests of the poor peasantry through repression and is now resorting to an attempt to pit other working-class strata against the farmers.

In a statement, the KKE, after welcoming the struggles of the farmers and condemning the attempts to suppress their struggles, highlights the reasons why the interests of the workers lie with the farmers. The statement reads as follows:

"The KKE welcomes the mass uprising of toiling farmers in Thessaly and other parts of the country, which shows that the straw has broken the camel’s back due to the policies that are destroying them: the unbearable cost of production, the lack of protection from natural disasters and animal diseases, and the attempt to burden them with the consequences of the scandals bred by the EU’s CAP and involving governments and their cronies.

The current protests are also a response to the government’s promises, supposedly ‘to support farmers’ income’, which convince no one. The government has resorted to repression with chemicals, riot police, and arrests to deal with the mobilized farmers, to whom it owes money. However, its effort failed due to the scale, determination, and organized disobedience of the toiling farmers.

The farmers’ struggle is just and concerns all the people who pay exorbitant prices for food, since between the farmers’ produce and the popular households lies a whole mechanism of wholesalers, industrialists, and the state itself through the taxes it imposes, which force farmers to sell their produce cheaply and households to buy it at exorbitant prices.

That is why their struggle must be supported by the labour and popular movement against the division, social polarization and repression that the government and its mechanisms will attempt.

We demand that all those arrested be released and that the police forces withdraw.”

КПГ: Трудящиеся должны поддержать борьбу бедного крестьянства

Бедное крестьянство блокирует главные автотрассы по всей Греции. Тон задают крестьяне Фессалии, устроившие три массовых блока в Ларисе, Кардице и Трикале, на каждом из которых находятся тысячи тракторов. Выступления крестьян охватывают всю страну, доходя до таможенных пунктов на границе с соседними странами — Болгарией и Турцией. Правительство не смогло с помощью репрессий задушить в зародыше выступления бедного крестьянства и теперь прибегает к так называемой «социальной автоматизации», то есть стремится настроить против борющихся крестьян другие народные слои общества.

В своем заявлении КПГ приветствует борьбу крестьянства, осуждает попытки ее подавления и разъясняет, почему трудящиеся должны стоять на стороне борющихся крестьян. В тексте заявления отмечается:

«КПГ приветствует массовый подъём беднейших крестьян Фессалии и других регионов страны — подъём, убедительно показывающий, что терпение народа иссякло. Разорительная аграрная политика, непосильные производственные затраты, отсутствие защиты от стихийных бедствий и различных заболеваний скота, а также попытка переложить на крестьян последствия скандалов вокруг распределения средств Единой сельскохозяйственной политики ЕС, в которых замешаны правительства и их приспешники, — всё это довело их до ручки.

Сегодняшние протестные акции стали также ответом на пустые правительственные обещания «поддержать крестьянские хозяйства» — обещания, которым давно уже никто не верит. Правительство прибегло к репрессивным мерам— арестам,  применив слезоточивый газ, бросив полицейские силы  против тех самых крестьян, которым государство так и не выплатило положенные субсидии. Однако и эта попытка оказалась бессильной перед массовостью, решимостью и организованным неподчинением беднейших слоёв крестьянства.

Их борьба справедлива и затрагивает всех людей, вынужденных платить непомерные цены за продукты. Между беднейшим крестьянином и потребителем стоит целая цепочка крупных перекупщиков, промышленников и государственного аппарата, который давит крестьян налогами, — цепочка, из-за которой они продают за бесценок свою продукцию, а трудящиеся покупают втридорога. Поэтому эта борьба должна встретить поддержку рабочего и народного движения, вопреки попыткам раскола, стравливания людей между собой и подавления протестов, к которым прибегает правительство.

Мы требуем немедленного освобождения всех задержанных в протестной акции и отвода полицейских сил».

KKE: Los trabajadores deben apoyar la lucha del campesinado pobre

Los bloqueos del campesinado pobre se están multiplicando por toda Grecia. Los agricultores de Tesalia marcan la pauta con tres bloqueos masivos en la carretera de Larissa, Karditsa y Tríkala con la participación de miles de tractores. La movilización campesina se extiende por todo el país y llega hasta las aduanas con los países vecinos, Bulgaria y Turquía. El gobierno no ha podido impedir en su comienzo las movilizaciones del campesinado pobre mediante la represión, y ahora recurre al llamado “automatismo social” es decir busca poner a otras capas obrero-populares contra los campesinos que luchan.

En su comunicado, el KKE después de saludar a las luchas del campesinado y condenar el intento de represión de sus luchas, destaca por qué el interés de los trabajadores está con los campesinos que luchan. Su comunicado es el siguiente:

“El KKE saluda la movilización masiva de los campesinos pobres de Tesalia y de otras regiones del país, que demuestra que “la gota ha colmado el vaso” debido a la política que los está arruinando, del coste insoportable de la producción, la falta de protección de las catástrofes naturales y las enfermedades de los animales, de su intento de cargarles con las consecuencias de los escándalos que alimenta la PAC de la Unión Europea y en los que están implicados los gobiernos y su personal.

Las movilizaciones actuales son también una respuesta a las promesas del gobierno, supuestamente de “apoyar los ingresos agrícolas” que no convencen a nadie. El gobierno ha recurrido a la represión con gases lacrimógenos, fuerzas antidisturbios y detenciones para confrontar a estos campesinos a los que debe dinero. Pero ha fracasado ante la masividad, la determinación y la desobediencia organizada de los campesinos pobres.

Su lucha es justa, concierne a todo el pueblo que paga muy cara por los alimentos, dado que entre la producción del campesino pobre y los hogares populares se interpone todo un mecanismo de grandes comerciantes, industriales, el propio Estado con los impuestos que impone y obliga a los campesinos a vender barato mientras que las familias populares compran carísimo. Por eso su lucha debe ser apoyada por el movimiento obrero-popular contra los intentos de dividirlos, “el automatismo social”, contra la represión del gobierno y de sus mecanismos.

Exigimos la puesta en libertad de todos los detenidos y la retirada de las fuerzas policiales.”

الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني: ينبغي على العمال دعم نضال فقراء المزارعين

 يتضاعف عدد الحواجز التي ينصبها فقراء المزارعين في جميع أنحاء اليونان. هذا و يُحدد مزارعو محافظة ثِساليِّا مسار النضال، حيث نصبوا ثلاثة حواجز جماعية في لاريسا، وكارذيتسا، وتريكالا، يَضم كل منها آلاف الجرارات. مع انتشار تحركات المزارعين في جميع أنحاء البلاد، و تصل إلى حدود الدول المجاورة، بلغاريا وتركيا. هذا و لم تتمكن الحكومة من خنق احتجاجات فقراء المزارعين منذ بدايتها بالقمع، وهي الآن تُجنّد ما يُسمى بـ"الأتمتة الاجتماعية"، أي السعي لتأليب الشرائح العاملة الشعبية الأخرى ضد المزارعين المناضلين.

و في بيان له كان الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني قد حيَّا بنضالات المزارعين وأدان محاولة قمعها، مُبرزاً أن من مصلحة العمال وقوفهم إلى جانب المزارعين المناضلين. حيث أفاد البيان بما يلي:

«يُحيّي الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني الهَّبة الجماهيرية لمزارعي ثِساليِّا و مزارعي مناطق أخرى من البلاد المكافحين من أجل البقاء، و التي تُثبت أن "السيلَ بلغ الزُبى" بسبب السياسة التي تُبيدهم وتكلفة الإنتاج الباهظة، وغياب الحماية من الكوارث الطبيعية و أمراض المواشي، و بسبب محاولة تحميلهم عواقب الفضائح التي تُسببها السياسة الزراعية المشتركة للاتحاد الأوروبي، والتي تتورط بِها الحكومات و حاشيتها.

إن  تحركات اليوم تأتي أيضاً رداً على وعود الحكومة، الزاعمة بـ"دعم دخل المزراعين"، والتي لا تُقنع أحداً. هذا و جنَّدت الحكومة القمع باستخدام الغازات الكيميائية و قوى حفظ النظام، والاعتقالات من أجل مواجهة المزارعين، الذين تُدين لهم بالمال. و على الرغم من ذلك، فقد سقط القمع في الفراغ بسبب جماهيرية وعزيمة المزارعين المكافحين للبقاء و عصيانهم المنظم.

إن نضالهم عادلٌ، و يتعلق بالشعب بأكمله، و هو الذي يدفعُ باهظاً ثمن المنتجات الغذائية، ما دامت آلية كاملة من كبار التجار و الصناعيين تتوسط بين إنتاج المزارع المُكافح و الأسر الشعبية، و ما دامت الدولة نفسها، بما تفرضه عليهم من ضرائب، تُجبرهم  على بيع منتجهم بثمن بخس، و تجبر اﻷسر الشعبية على الشراء بثمن باهظ. لذلك، يجب أن يجد نضالهم دعماً من الحركة العمالية الشعبية ضد محاولات التفرقة و الأتمتة الاجتماعية والقمع التي ستسعى إليها الحكومة وآلياتها.

نطالب بالإفراج عن جميع المعتقلين وسحب قوى الشرطة».

KKE: Punëtorët duhet të mbështesin luftën e fermerëve të varfër

Bllokadat e fermerëve të varfër po shumohen në të gjithë Greqinë. Fermerët e Thesalisë po japin tonin me 3 bllokada masive në qytetet Larisa, Kardhica, Trikala, ku, në secilën prej të tyre ka mijëra traktorë. Mobilizimi i fermerëve po përhapet në të gjithë Greqinë, duke arritur në doganat me vendet fqinje, Bullgarinë dhe Turqinë. Qeveria nuk ishte në gjendje t'i shtypte mobilizimet e fermerëve të varfër që në fillimin e tyre me represionin që ajo ushtroi dhe tani po rekruton të ashtuquajturin "automatizim shoqëror", domethënë, synon të kthejë kundër fermerëve që militojnë shtresa të tjera punëtore – popullore.

Në njoftimin e saj, Partia Komuniste e Greqisë (KKE), pasi përshëndeti luftërat e fermerëve dhe dënoi përpjekjen për shtypjen e luftës së tyre, thekson pse interesat e punëtorëve janë me fermerët që luftojnë. Njoftimi është si më poshtë:

«Partia Komuniste e Greqisë (KKE) përshëndet kryengritjen masive të fermerëve të varfër në zonën e Thesalisë dhe rajone të tjera të Greqisë, diçka që vërteton se “nuk ka më ku të shkojë kjo situatë”, për shkak të politikës që po i zhduk ata, kostos së papërballueshme të prodhimit, mungesës së mbrojtjes nga fatkeqësitë natyrore dhe sëmundjet e bagëtive, përpjekjes për t'i ngarkuar ata me pasojat e skandaleve që po nxit Politika e Përbashkët Agrare e BE-së dhe që përfshijnë qeveritë dhe njerëzit e tyre.

Mobilizimet e sotme janë gjithashtu një përgjigje ndaj premtimeve të qeverisë, gjoja “për të mbështetur të ardhurat bujqësore”, të cilat nuk bindin askënd. Qeveria ka përdorur represion me kimikate (bomba lotsjellëse etj.) dhe polici speciale kundër mobilizimeve si dhe arrestime për t'u përballur me fermerët, të cilëve qeveria u detyrohen atyre shpërblime në para. Megjithatë, edhe kjo shkojë huq për shkak të masivitetit, vendosmërisë dhe mosbindjes së organizuar të fermerëve të varfër.

Lufta e fermerëve është e drejtë, ajo ka lidhje me gjithë popullin që paguan shtrenjtë për artikujt ushqimorë, pasi midis prodhimit të fermerit të varfër dhe familjeve popullore ekziston një mekanizëm i tërë tregtarësh të mëdhenj, industrialistësh, vetë shteti me taksime që u imponon atyre dhe që i udhëzon fermerët të shesin lirë, ndërsa familjet popullore të blejnë shtrenjtë. Kjo është arsyeja pse lufta e fermerëve duhet të gjejë mbështetje nga lëvizja punëtore - popullore kundër përpjekjeve të përçarjes, automatizimit shoqëror dhe shtypjes që qeveria dhe mekanizmat e saj do të përpiqen të bëjnë.

Kërkojmë me këmbëngulje që të gjithë të arrestuarit të lirohen dhe forcat policore të tërhiqen.»
