Communique on the results of the media forum “Truth Against Neo-Fascism”

The International Media Forum ”Truth Against Neo-Fascism” organized by the CPRF was held in Moscow on 6-7 November 2025. It was attended by delegations from more than 40 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Such massive representation of experts in propaganda and agitation media attests to the growing concern with the threat of resurgence of the Fascist and Neo-Nazi ideology in many countries.

In light of the attempts of world capital to establish its information dictatorship the task of the Forum was joint analysis of the current situation in the global information space, assessment of the prospects of joint work to counteract Western propaganda in the media space, exchange of practical experience of work in the national media and social networks as well as discussion of the prospects of creating an information and communication center which would unify the media resources of all the left-wing patriotic forces.
The central event of the Forum was the International Conference during which the participants discussed methods of information work, the tactics of counteracting lies and the means of information exchange between the participants.

During the exchange of opinions the delegates established new contacts, evaluated the media resources of the left-wing forces and their potential to take part in creating mechanisms of coordinating information policy.

The idea of creating a common system of left-wing patriotic propaganda and counter-propaganda put forward by the CPRF met with absolute support of the Forum participants.

The common opinion is that the main weapon in the ideological struggle against Western propaganda should be solidarity of the world left-wing movement and the creation of a single information system of the left-wing forces.

The delegates unanimously agreed that the common system of propaganda and counter—propaganda should be built on a common ideological foundation only through joint effort.

The Forum participants noted that the growing economic and political potential of the Global South countries adds many new voices to the world information space. Gone is the era when the Western countries could mislead the world community with impunity. Even so, many countries still depend on Western information. A significant segment of the population in various countries still believes the Western media and mistrusts their own press. In this connection it is necessary to step up exchange of information so that the ideas of the supporters of socialism be heard not only inside our own countries but are widely disseminated abroad, especially in the developing states.

The Media Forum was a logical sequel to the two earlier International Anti-Fascist Forums held in Minsk and Moscow on the initiative of the CPRF. A start has been given to the practical implementation of the program of information counteraction to Western propaganda involving the media resources of all the left-wing forces which support the struggle for clean and objective information.

Comunicado tras el trabajo del foro mediático "La verdad contra el neofascismo"

Los días 6 y 7 de noviembre de 2025 se celebró en Moscú el foro internacional de medios "La verdad contra el neofascismo", organizado por el PCFR, en el que participaron delegaciones de más de 40 países de Europa, Asia, África y América Latina.

Esta gran representación de especialistas en medios de propaganda y agitación pone de relieve la creciente preocupación por la amenaza de un resurgimiento de la ideología del fascismo y el neonazismo en muchos países.

En el contexto del deseo del capital mundial de establecer su dictadura de la información, las tareas del Foro consistieron en realizar un análisis conjunto de la situación actual en el campo de la información global, evaluar las perspectivas de trabajo conjunto para contrarrestar la propaganda occidental en el espacio de los medios de comunicación, intercambiar experiencias prácticas en los medios nacionales y las redes sociales, así como discutir las perspectivas de crear un centro de información y comunicación que unirá los recursos de los medios de comunicación de todas las fuerzas patrióticas de izquierda.
El evento central del Foro fue una conferencia internacional durante la cual sus participantes discutieron métodos de trabajo de información, tácticas para contrarrestar la mentira y formas de intercambiar información entre los participantes.

Durante el intercambio de opiniones, los delegados establecieron nuevos contactos, evaluaron los recursos de los medios de comunicación de las fuerzas de izquierda y sus posibilidades de participar en la creación de mecanismos para una política de información coordinada.

La idea presentada por el PCFR de crear un sistema común de propaganda y contra-propaganda patriótica de izquierda encontró un apoyo absoluto entre los participantes del Foro.

Según la opinión general, la principal arma en la lucha ideológica contra la propaganda occidental debe ser la solidaridad del movimiento de izquierda mundial y la creación de un sistema unificado de trabajo de información de las fuerzas de izquierda.

Los delegados estuvieron de acuerdo unánimemente en que construir un sistema común de propaganda y contra propaganda debería basarse en una base ideológica común y solo en esfuerzos conjuntos.

Los participantes en el Foro señalaron que el aumento de las oportunidades económicas y políticas de los países del Sur global está haciendo que el espacio de información mundial sea cada vez más multidimensional. Una era en la que los países occidentales podían engañar a la comunidad mundial con impunidad se ha ido irremediablemente. Sin embargo, muchos países siguen dependiendo de la información occidental. Una parte significativa de la población de varios países todavía cree en los medios de comunicación occidentales y está sesgada hacia su propia prensa. En este sentido, es necesario intensificar el intercambio de información para que las ideas de los partidarios del socialismo se escuchen no solo dentro de nuestros países, sino también en el extranjero, especialmente en los países en desarrollo.

El pasado Foro mediático fue la continuación lógica de los dos foros internacionales antifascistas celebrados anteriormente por iniciativa del PCFR en Minsk y Moscú. Se inició la etapa de implementación práctica del programa de información para contrarrestar la propaganda occidental con la participación de los recursos de los medios de comunicación de todas las fuerzas que apoyan la lucha por la pureza y la objetividad de la información.

Am 6. und 7. November 2025 fand in Moskau das Internationale Medienforum „Wahrheit gegen Neofaschismus“ statt, das von der KPRF organisiert wurde und an dem Delegationen aus über 40 Ländern Europas, Asiens, Afrikas und Lateinamerikas teilnahmen.

Eine so zahlreiche Vertretung von Fachleuten für die Arbeit mit Propaganda- und Agitationsmitteln unterstreicht die wachsende Besorgnis über die Bedrohung durch die Wiederbelebung der Ideologie des Faschismus und Neonazismus in vielen Ländern.

Vor dem Hintergrund des Bestrebens des Weltkapitals, seine Informationsdiktatur durchzusetzen, bestanden die Aufgaben des Forums in einer gemeinsamen Analyse der aktuellen Situation im globalen Informationsfeld, der Bewertung der Perspektiven einer gemeinsamen Arbeit zur Bekämpfung westlicher Propaganda im Medienraum, dem Austausch praktischer Erfahrungen in nationalen Medien und sozialen Netzwerken sowie der Erörterung der Perspektiven zur Schaffung eines Informations- und Kommunikationszentrums, das die Medienressourcen aller links-patriotischen Kräfte bündeln soll.

Die zentrale Veranstaltung des Forums war die Internationale Konferenz, auf der die Teilnehmer Methoden der Informationsarbeit, Taktiken zur Bekämpfung von Lügen und Möglichkeiten des Informationsaustauschs zwischen den Teilnehmern erörterten.

Während des Meinungsaustauschs knüpften die Delegaten neue Kontakte, bewerteten die Medienressourcen der linken Kräfte und deren Möglichkeiten, an der Schaffung von Mechanismen für eine koordinierte Informationspolitik mitzuwirken.

Die von der KPRF vorgeschlagene Idee zur Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Systems linker patriotischer Propaganda und Gegenpropaganda fand bei den Forumsteilnehmern absolute Unterstützung.

Nach allgemeiner Auffassung sollte die Hauptwaffe im ideologischen Kampf gegen die westliche Propaganda die Solidarität der weltweiten Linken und die Schaffung eines einheitlichen Systems der Informationsarbeit der linken Kräfte sein.

Die Delegaten waren sich einstimmig darin einig, dass das gemeinsame System der Propaganda und Gegenpropaganda auf einer gemeinsamen ideologischen Grundlage und nur mit gemeinsamen Anstrengungen aufgebaut werden sollte.

Die Forumsteilnehmer stellten fest, dass das Wachstum der wirtschaftlichen und politischen Möglichkeiten der Länder des Globalen Südens den globalen Informationsraum zunehmend vielstimmiger macht. Die Ära, in der die westlichen Länder die Weltöffentlichkeit ungestraft in die Irre führen konnten, ist endgültig vorbei. Dennoch sind viele Länder weiterhin von westlichen Informationen abhängig. Ein beträchtlicher Teil der Bevölkerung verschiedener Länder glaubt noch immer den westlichen Medien und begegnet der eigenen Presse mit Vorurteilen. In diesem Zusammenhang muss der Informationsaustausch intensiviert werden, damit die Ideen der Befürworter des Sozialismus nicht nur in unseren eigenen Ländern zu hören sind, sondern auch im Ausland, insbesondere in den Entwicklungsländern, weite Verbreitung finden.

Das vergangene Medienforum war die logische Fortsetzung zweier zuvor auf Initiative der KPRF durchgeführter Internationaler Antifaschistischer Foren in Minsk und Moskau. Es begann die Phase der praktischen Umsetzung des Programms zur informellen Bekämpfung der westlichen Propaganda unter Einbeziehung der Medienressourcen aller Kräfte, die den Kampf für die Reinheit und Objektivität von Informationen unterstützen.

بيان حول نتائج المنتدى الإعلامي "الحقيقة ضد الفاشية الجديدة"

عُقد في العاصمة الروسية موسكو في الفترة 6-7 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني، المنتدى الإعلامي الدولي "الحقيقة ضد الفاشية الجديدة" ، والذي نظمه الحزب الشيوعي الروسي، بمشاركة وفود من أكثر من 40 دولة في أوروبا وآسيا وأفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية.

ويأتي هذا الحضور الكبير للمتخصصين في مجال الدعاية والتحريض الإعلامي اثر تنامي القلق إزاء خطر إحياء الفكر الفاشية والنازية الجديدة في العديد من البلدان.

وشملت أهداف المنتدى،في سياق سعي رأس المال العالمي إلى ترسيخ ديكتاتوريته الإعلامية، إجراء تحليل مشترك للوضع الراهن في مجال المعلومات، وتقييم آفاق العمل المشترك لمواجهة الدعاية الغربية في الفضاء الإعلامي، وتبادل الخبرات العملية في وسائل الإعلام الوطنية وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ومناقشة آفاق إنشاء مركز معلومات واتصالات يوحد الموارد الإعلامية لجميع القوى الوطنية اليسارية في العالم.

وناقش المشاركونفي هذ المؤتمر الدولي، أساليب العمل الإعلامي، وأساليب دحض الأكاذيب، وسبل تبادل المعلومات فيما بينهم.

ومن خلال تبادل الآراء، تمكن المندوبون من إقامات علاقات جديدة، وقيّموا الموارد الإعلامية للقوى اليسارية، وإمكانية مشاركتها في إنشاء آليات لسياسة إعلامية منسقة، حيث حظيت فكرة إنشاء مركز مشترك للدعاية الوطنية اليسارية والدعاية المضادة، التي طرحها الحزب الشيوعي الروسي، بتأييد ساحق بين المشاركين في المنتدى.
