Information on the Work of the Second (November) Plenum of the CC CPRF

The Second (November) Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPRF took place at a location outside Moscow on November 15. It was attended by members of the CC and CCRC, secretaries of the regional party committees, deputies of various levels, representatives of the LCY RF and other public associations.

The discussion of the items on the agenda was preceded by the handing out of party and Komsomol membership cards. The Chairman of the CC G.A.Zyuganov handed in cards to new members of the CPRF and the Leninist Communist Youth Union from Moscow, the Moscow, Kaluga, Vladimir, Rostov, Ryazan and Tula Oblasts.

         The participants were apprised of the decision of the CC CPRF on the award of the Lenin Prize. The 2025 winners are: V.N.Voronin(Chairman of the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova), Kim Jong Un(Chairman of State Affairs of the DPRK, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea), S.A.Serebryakov(Director-General of the Public Joint Stock Company KirovskyZavod), Xinhua(Information Agency of the People’s Republic of China),  V.A.Chernushenko (Art Director Of the State Academic Capella of St.Petersburg). 

The Central Committee Plenum discussed two items: 

1. On the work of the CPRF to fulfil the Victory Program.  
2. Organization issue.

The speakers on the firstitemwere Chairman of the CC CPRF G.A.Zyuganov and his deputy V.I.Kashin.

The discussion was wrapped up by G.A.Zyuganov. He stressed the fundamental significance of the Victory Program for the entire activity of the Party and called for stepped-up activity to put into practice the key principles of the CPRF.

The members of the Central Committee unanimously voted for the draft resolution On the Work of the CPRF to Fulfil the Victory Program.

The Plenum addressed a number of organizational issues. Fourteen commissions and two expert councils were established for different areas of party activities. New appointments were endorsed: B.O.Komotsky as chief editor of the newspaper Pravda, and N.I.Osadchy as chief of the CC CPRF administrative affairs.

Информационное сообщение о работе II (ноябрьского) пленума ЦК КПРФ

15 ноября в Подмосковье состоялся II (ноябрьский) пленум Центрального Комитета  КПРФ. В его работе приняли участие  члены ЦК и ЦКРК, секретари региональных комитетов партии, депутаты различных уровней, представители ЛКСМ РФ и других общественных объединений.

До рассмотрения вопросов повестки дня состоялось торжественное вручение партийных и комсомольских билетов. Из рук Председателя ЦК партии Г.А. Зюганова их получили новые члены КПРФ и ЛКСМ РФ из Москвы, Московской, Калужской, Владимирской, Ростовской, Рязанской и Тульской областей.

         Участники заседания были ознакомлены с решением Президиума ЦК КПРФ о присуждении Ленинской премии. Её лауреатами стали за 2025 год: В.Н. Воронин (Председатель Партии коммунистов Республики Молдова), Ким Чен Ын (Председатель Государственных дел КНДР, Генеральный секретарь Трудовой партии Кореи), С.А. Серебряков (Генеральный директор ПАО «Кировский завод»), «Синьхуа» (Информационное агентство Китайской Народной Республики), В.А. Чернушенко (Художественный руководитель Государственной академической капеллы  Санкт-Петербурга). 

Пленум Центрального Комитета рассмотрел два вопроса: 

1. О работе КПРФ по выполнению Программы Победы.  
2. Организационный вопрос.

Доклады по первому вопросу повестки дня сделали: Председатель ЦК КПРФ Г.А. Зюганов и его заместитель В.И. Кашин.

Итоги обсуждения подвёл Г.А. Зюганов. Он особо подчеркнул принципиальную значимость Программы Победы для всей деятельности партии, призвал активизировать борьбу за воплощение в  жизнь ключевых установок КПРФ.

Проект Постановления «О работе КПРФ по выполнению Программы Победы» членами Центрального Комитета был поддержан единогласно.

Пленум рассмотрел ряд организационных вопросов. В составе Центрального Комитета утверждены четырнадцать комиссий и два экспертных совета по направлениям партийной деятельности. Состоялось утверждение товарищей: Б.О. Комоцкого –главным редактором газеты «Правда», Н.И. Осадчего – управляющим делами ЦК КПРФ.  

Comunicado sobre el II pleno (de noviembre) del Comité central del PCFR

El 15 de noviembre se celebró en la región de Moscú el II (de noviembre) pleno del Comité central del PCFR. En su trabajo participaron miembros del Comité central y Comisión Central de Control y Auditoría del Partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa, secretarios de los comités regionales del partido, diputados de varios niveles, representantes de la Unión de Jóvenes Comunistas Leninistas de la Federación Rusa y otras asociaciones públicas.

Antes de la consideración de los temas de la agenda, se llevó a cabo la entrega solemne de los boletos del partido y Komsomol. De manos del Presidente del Comité central del partido G. A. Zyuganov fueron recibidos por los nuevos miembros del PCFR y del Komsomol de  Moscú, las regiones de Moscú, Kaluga, Vladimir, Rostov, Riazán y Tula.

         Los participantes de la reunión se familiarizaron con la decisión del Presidium del Comité central del PCFR sobre la concesión del premio Lenin. Sus galardonados fueron para 2025: V. N. Voronin (Presidente del partido Comunista de la República de Moldova), Kim Jong-Un (Presidente de La República Popular Democrática de Corea, Secretario general del partido de los trabajadores de Corea), S.A. Serebryakov (el director general de  la plamta kirovskiy), Xinhua (Agencia de noticias de la República Popular China), V. A. Chernushenko (director artístico de la Capilla académica estatal de San Petersburgo). 

El pleno del Comité central ha abordado dos cuestiones: 

1. Sobre el trabajo del PCFR en la implementación del programa de Victoria.  
2. Cuestión organizativa.

Informes sobre el primer tema del orden del día: Presidente de CC de PCFR G. A. Zyuganov y su adjunto V. I. Kashin.

El resultado de la discusión resumió G. A. Zyuganov. Hizo hincapié en la importancia fundamental del Programas De Victoria para toda la actividad del partido, pidió intensificar la lucha por la implementación de las actitudes clave del PCFR.

Proyecto De Decreto "Sobre el trabajo del PCFR para cumplir con el programa de Victoria" los miembros del Comité Central fueron apoyados por unanimidad.

El Pleno examinó varias cuestiones de organización. En el Comité Central se aprobaron catorce comisiones y dos consejos de expertos sobre las direcciones de la actividad del partido. La aprobación de los compañeros: B. O. Komotsky - redactor jefe del periódico Pravda, N. I. Osadchiy - gerente de asuntos del Comité central del PCFR.
