Stop Trump’s Bid for World Dominance!

Address by the Chairman of the CC CPRF

From the first days of the new year 2026 President Trump cast aside the mask of peacemaker and showed that his real aim is blackmail and global dominance. Indeed, he turned out to be a more aggressive US leader than his predecessor Biden whom Trump fiercely criticizes precisely for his foreign policy adventures.

After the attack on Venezuela and an unprecedented kidnaping of the country’s president, Nocolas Maduro, Trump, flushed with the seeming ease of his “victory,” declared the whole Latin America to be his property. He forbade the countries of Europe and Asia to do any independent business on that continent. Simultaneously he issued a warning that Mexico, Cuba and Columbia could become the next victims of aggression.

Mr.Trump clearly does not intend to stop with Latin America. In Asia he has acted as the chief accomplice of Israel’s attack on Iran. In Africa, he greenlighted US Air Force strikes on Nigeria intervening in the long-running quarrel between the Muslim cattle herders and Christian land farmers. In Europe, even loyal US allies were stunned and panicked over Trump’s intention to grab Greenland from Denmark. In all the wars over the past 75 years, beginning from the Korean war, American hawks sought to enlist as many allies as possible. But Trump has come to believe in his omnipotence so much that he does not merely spurn European aid but treats Europeans with obvious contempt. Now, if Denmark puts its foot down on the issue of Greenland, the world will no longer be surprised if its prime minister is seized by the Delta group simultaneously with the bombing of Copenhagen.

Today we are looking not at a violation of the norms of international law. We witness a conscious and total destruction of the centuries-old system of international relations. Trump is out to replace the universally accepted norms agreed under the UN auspices with the right of the strong and the arrogant. It is a challenge to the whole mankind.

Precedents exist in world history. In the early 19^th century Napoleon proclaimed himself to be the master of Europe, and then of the whole world. In the mid-20^th century the German Fuhrer, Hitler, after seizing Europe made a bid to rule all continents. Now the 21^st century America has produced a new “lord of the world.” The first two cases brought the pretenders to world dominance to a sticky end. There is no reason why Trump, like his European predecessors, will not break his neck in an attempt to subdue the whole world. 

Donald Trump imagines himself to be a superman who can bring Latin America back to the state of the US backyard in which it languished 200 years ago. He is bent on depriving dozens of that continent’s countries of their freedom and independence. But the peoples of Latin America have proved by numerous victorious in battles against American imperialism their readiness and ability to firmly uphold their interests. The death of Che Guevara in Bolivia in 1967 did not stop the revolutionary processes on the continent. Shining examples have been given by the outstanding fighters against imperialism Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez. Time after time progressive forces come to power in the Latin America. Brazil, the largest country on the continent, is led by the socialist president Lula da Silva. 

In the drama in Venezuela the decisive word will be said by its people and its courageous legitimate government. In spite of the absurd statements that the country will now be ruled by the US Secretary of State Rubio, Venezuela has already declared that it would not bow to diktat. Threats from Washington are unlikely to scare the people that cherishes its independence. A treacherous strike involving 150 airspace attack assets and a thuggish raid on the presidential residence is one thing. A land operation in the Venezuelan mountains and jungle is another thing. The US military are nothing loath to attack a patently weak enemy and then proclaim a historic victory. When they meet with tough resistance it quickly becomes clear that they are not the best of fighters. We have seen it recently in Afghanistan and Iraq.

As for Trumps accusations of Nicolas Maduro of drug trafficking, they are astonishing in their cynicism and hypocrisy. The US, like no other country, has contributed to drug addiction becoming a global evil. It was through its efforts that in the 1960 and 70s, during the Vietnam War, production of opium in the Golden Triangle saw unprecedented growth. It flourished at the convergence of the borders of Thailand, Burma and Laos to finance secret CIA operations. After the occupation of Afghanistan in 2001 the US was energetically restoring the production of heroin there, ensuring the delivery of its supplies to Europe via its bases in Albany.

In Latin America in its time the main producer of cocaine was anti-communist Columbia. Many documents and journalistic investigations point to close links of the US Drug Administration with the Columbian drug barons. The CIA used part of the drug money to finance the operations to topple the left-wing government of Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua. The US itself is one of the world’s major producers of marijuana. It ill-behooves the US to accuse Nicolas Maduro, the legitimate president of Venezuela! On the contrary, the whole world should accuse Washington of narcotization of humankind.

Trump’s thuggish attempt to blackmail the people of Venezuela by seizing its president is doomed to fail. No court in the US has the right to try the head of a sovereign state. What the Trump administration has committed is kidnaping of people by a colluding group of criminals. The court should try not Maduro and his wife, but the organizers and executors of this evil act, including Mr.Trump himself. 

To be sure, the White House, will, like a mad bulldog, hold Nicolas Maduro hostage. But the people’s president of Venezuela has already become a symbol of resistance to imperialism. Nelson Manadela in his time was a world symbol of resistance to the apartheid regime in South Africa.

        The CPRF considers Nicolas Maduro to be the number one political prisoner on the planet. The hearts of honest and courageous people cannot be indifferent to this. We appeal to all the patriotic and anti-fascist forces to struggle together for the liberation of the president of Venezuela.

The imperialist circles are trying to launch a strategic offensive. To rein them in a broad public movement should be mounted all over the world. We call on the parties and associations, all the progressive forces to hold substantive consultations and work out concrete measures to counteract reaction. The working people and their organizations must make their voice heard in this complex situation. United actions in defense of peace, security and justice are particularly important today.

Trump’s problems do not end with the criminal kidnaping of Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores. Rather, they are only beginning. The past years have seen major shifts in the world balance of forces. Ther countries of BRICS and SCO, the states of the Global South, of which Latin America is a key part, are increasingly assertive. Russia’s miliary might and China’s economic muscle are capable of totally devaluing Washington’s claims to world domination. We call on all the states on the planet that cherish their sovereignty, to resolutely condemn Washington’s actions.

Clearly, global capital is capable of launching any adventures. The international situation is becoming more and more explosive. If it is to rise to the new challenges and ensure popular unity Russia must alter its socio-economic and socio-political course. That is why the CPRF’s Victory Program offers a path of accelerated development of the country and achievement of social justice. Trump’s frenetic attempts to hold back the progress of mankind on one particular continent, and his piratic tricks at sea are doomed to tail. All the wars the US unleashed in recent decades have ended in ignominious defeat. This time must be no different.

No to imperialist expansion!

Обращение Председателя Центрального Комитета КПРФ

Президент Трамп с первых дней нового, 2026 года резко отбросил маску миротворца и показал, что его истинной целью является шантаж и глобальное господство. При этом он проявил себя куда более агрессивным правителем США, чем его предшественник Байден, которого Трамп безудержно критикует именно за внешнеполитические авантюры. 

После нападения на Венесуэлу и беспрецедентного похищения президента этой страны Николаса Мадуро, Трамп, воодушевленный кажущейся легкостью «победы», объявил всю Латинскую Америку своей собственностью. Им заявлено о запрете странам Европы и Азии осуществлять какую-либо самостоятельную деятельность на этом континенте. Одновременно прозвучало предупреждение, что следующими жертвами агрессии могут стать Мексика, Куба и Колумбия. 

Останавливаться на Латинской Америке господин Трамп  явно не собирается. В Азии он уже выступил главным пособником нападения Израиля на Иран. В Африке санкционировал удары ВВС США по Нигерии, вмешавшись в длительный спор между скотоводами-мусульманами и земледельцами-христианами. В Европе даже верные союзники США пришли в изумление и запаниковали от намерения Трампа отобрать Гренландию у Дании. Во всех войнах последних 75 лет, начиная с войны в Корее, американские ястребы стремились опереться на максимальное количество союзников. Но Трамп настолько уверовал в свое всемогущество, что не просто отказывается от помощи европейцев, но и относится к ним с явным презрением. Теперь если Дания будет упираться в вопросе о Гренландии, мир уже не удивится, увидев захват её премьер-министра группой «Дельта» одновременно с бомбежкой Копенгагена.

В настоящее время речь идет уже не о нарушении норм международного права. Происходит сознательное, тотальное разрушение всей создававшейся веками системы межгосударственных отношений. Общепринятые нормы, согласованные в рамках ООН, Трамп пытается заменить правом сильного и наглого. Это вызов всему человечеству.

Прецеденты во всемирной истории уже были. В начале XIX века французский император Наполеон объявил себя хозяином Европы, а затем и всего мира. В середине XX века немецкий фюрер Гитлер, захватив Европу, претендовал на владычество над всеми континентами. Вот и в ХХI веке в Северной Америке объявился новый «властелин мира». Первые два случая, как известно, очень плохо закончились для претендентов на мировое господство. Нет никаких причин, по которым Трамп, как и его европейские предшественники, не сломает себе шею на попытке покорить весь мир.

Дональд Трамп вообразил себя суперменом, способным вернуть Латинскую Америку к состоянию заднего двора США, в котором она пребывала 200 лет назад. Он намерен лишить десятки стран этого континента свободы и независимости. Но народы Латинской Америки уже доказали в многочисленных победоносных битвах с американским империализмом готовность и способность твердо отстаивать свои интересы. Гибель Че Гевары в Боливии в 1967 году не остановила революционные процессы на континенте. Блестящие примеры тому поданы выдающимися борцами с империализмом Фиделем Кастро и Уго Чавесом. Раз за разом в ведущих странах Латинской Америки к власти приходят прогрессивные силы. Самую крупную страну континента – Бразилию – возглавляет президент-социалист Лула да Силва. 

В драме Венесуэлы решающее слово скажет её народ и мужественное законное руководство. Несмотря на нелепые заявления Трампа, что этой страной теперь будет управлять госсекретарь США Рубио, Венесуэла уже заявила, что не собирается покоряться диктату. Угрозы из Вашингтона вряд ли напугают народ, дорожащий своей независимостью. 

Вероломный удар с применением 150 средств воздушно-космического нападения и бандитский налет на резиденцию президента – это одно. Другое дело – наземная операция в горах и джунглях Венесуэлы. Военные США горазды нападать на заведомо более слабого противника, а затем объявлять об исторических победах. Когда же они встречают жесткое сопротивление, быстро выясняется, что вояки они  далеко не из лучших. Все мы совсем недавно наблюдали это в Афганистане и в Ираке. 

Что касается трамповских обвинений Николаса Мадуро в распространении наркотиков, то они поражают цинизмом и лицемерием. Как ни одна другая страна мира, США способствовали тому, чтобы наркомания стала глобальным злом. Именно их усилиями в 1960–1970-х годах, во времена войны во Вьетнаме, было беспрецедентно расширено производство опиума в «Золотом треугольнике». Оно велось на стыке границ Таиланда, Бирмы и Лаоса для финансирования тайных операций ЦРУ. После оккупации Афганистана в 2001 году США энергично восстанавливали производство там героина, обеспечив его поставку в Европу через свои базы в Албании.

В Латинской Америке основным производителем кокаина в свое время стала антикоммунистическая Колумбия. Многие документы и журналистские расследования указывают на тесную связь Агентства США по борьбе с наркотиками с колумбийскими наркобаронами. Доходы от наркоторговли ЦРУ использовало, в частности, для финансирования операций по свержению левого правительства Даниэля Ортеги в Никарагуа. Сами Соединённые Штаты являются одними из крупнейших производителей марихуаны в мире. Так что не им предъявлять обвинения законному президенту Венесуэлы Николасу Мадуро! Напротив, весь мир должен предъявить обвинения Вашингтону в наркотизации человечества.

Откровенно разбойничья попытка Трампа шантажировать народ Венесуэлы похищением её президента обречена на провал. Никакой суд в США не имеет ни малейшего права судить главу суверенного государства. То, что натворила администрация Трампа, – это похищение людей группой преступников по предварительному сговору. Суд должен судить не Мадуро и его супругу, а организаторов и исполнителей этого злодеяния, включая самого господина Трампа. 

Разумеется, Белый дом с упорством сумасшедшего бульдога будет держать Николаса Мадуро в качестве заложника. Но народный президент Венесуэлы уже стал символом сопротивления империализму. Именно таким всемирным символом сопротивления режиму апартеида в ЮАР являлся в свое время Нельсон Мандела.

КПРФ считает, что сегодня Николас Мадуро является главным политическим заключенным на планете. Сердца честных и мужественных людей это не может оставлять равнодушными. Обращаемся ко всем народно-патриотическим и антифашистским силам с призывом к совместной борьбе за освобождение президента Венесуэлы.

Империалистические круги пытаются перейти в стратегическое наступление. Для их обуздания необходимо развёртывание широкого общественного движения по всему миру. Призываем партии и объединения, все прогрессивные силы провести содержательные консультации и выработать конкретные меры активного противодействия реакции. В этой сложной ситуации трудящиеся и их организации должны сказать своё слово. Сегодня нам особенно важно единство действий в защиту мира, безопасности и справедливости.

С преступным похищением президента Мадуро и его супруги Силии Флорес проблемы Трампа не заканчиваются, а скорее только начинаются. За последние годы баланс сил в мире серьезно изменился. Страны БРИКС и ШОС, государства Глобального Юга, важнейшей частью которого является Латинская Америка, всё убедительнее заявляют о себе. Военная сила России и экономическая мощь Китая способны полностью обесценить претензии Вашингтона на мировое господство. Призываем все государства планеты, дорожащие своим суверенным развитием, выступить с решительным осуждением действий Вашингтона.

Предельно ясно, что глобальный капитал способен на любые авантюры. Международная ситуация становится всё более взрывоопасной. Чтобы достойно встретить период новых испытаний и обеспечить народное единство, Россия должна менять социально-экономический и общественно-политический курс. Именно поэтому в своей Программе Победы КПРФ предлагает путь ускоренного развития страны и достижения социальной справедливости. 

Судорожные попытки Трампа сдержать прогресс человечества на одном отдельно взятом континенте, а заодно его пиратские выходки на море, обречены на провал. Все войны последних десятилетий, развязанные США, заканчивались их позорным поражением. Так должно быть и на этот раз!

Нет - империалистической экспансии!

¡Condenar al fracaso la aspiración de Trump a la dominación mundial!

Discurso del Presidente Del Comité central del PCFR

El presidente Trump, desde los primeros días del nuevo año, 2026, ha abandonado bruscamente la máscara del pacificador y ha demostrado que su verdadero objetivo es el chantaje y la dominación global. Al mismo tiempo, demostró ser un gobernante mucho más agresivo de los Estados Unidos que su predecesor Biden, a quien Trump critica ferozmente por sus aventuras en política exterior. 

Tras el ataque a Venezuela y el secuestro sin precedentes del presidente de ese país, Nicolás Maduro, Trump, animado por la aparente facilidad de la "victoria", declaró a toda América Latina como su propiedad. Se les declaró que prohibían a los países de Europa y Asia realizar cualquier actividad independiente en este continente. Al mismo tiempo, se advirtió que las siguientes víctimas de la agresión podrían ser México, Cuba y Colombia. 

Trump claramente no va a detenerse en América Latina. En Asia, ya ha sido el principal cómplice del ataque israelí contra Irán. En África, autorizó los ataques de la fuerza aérea de los Estados Unidos contra Nigeria, interviniendo en una larga disputa entre pastores musulmanes y agricultores cristianos. En Europa, incluso los aliados leales de los Estados Unidos se sorprendieron y entraron en pánico ante la intención de Trump de quitarle Groenlandia a Dinamarca. En todas las guerras de los últimos 75 años, desde la guerra de Corea, los halcones estadounidenses han tratado de confiar en el máximo número de aliados. Pero Trump ha creído tanto en su omnipotencia que no solo se niega a ayudar a los europeos, sino que también los trata con un claro desprecio. Ahora, si Dinamarca no está de acuerdo en la cuestión de Groenlandia, el mundo ya no se sorprenderá al ver a su primer ministra capturada por el grupo Delta al mismo tiempo que el bombardeo de Copenhague.

Ya no se trata de una violación del derecho internacional. Hay una destrucción consciente y total de todo el sistema de relaciones interestatales creado durante siglos. Las normas generalmente aceptadas, acordadas en el marco de la ONU, Trump está tratando de reemplazar el derecho de los fuertes y descarados. Es un desafío para toda la humanidad.

Ya hubo precedentes en la historia mundial. A principios del siglo XIX, el emperador francés Napoleón se declaró amo de Europa y luego de todo el mundo. A mediados del siglo XX, el Führer alemán Hitler, después de apoderarse de Europa, reclamó el dominio sobre todos los continentes. Así que en el siglo XXI, un nuevo "Señor del mundo" apareció en América del Norte. Los dos primeros casos, como se sabe, terminaron muy mal para los aspirantes a la dominación mundial. No hay razón para que Trump, al igual que sus predecesores europeos, no se rompa el cuello en un intento de conquistar el mundo.

Donald Trump se imaginó a sí mismo como un Superman capaz de devolver a América Latina al patio trasero de los Estados Unidos en el que se encontraba hace 200 años. Pretende privar a decenas de países de este continente de libertad e independencia. Pero los pueblos de América Latina ya han demostrado en numerosas batallas victoriosas contra el imperialismo estadounidense su disposición y capacidad para defender firmemente sus intereses. La muerte del Che Guevara en Bolivia en 1967 no detuvo los procesos revolucionarios en el continente. Ejemplos brillantes de esto fueron presentados por destacados luchadores contra el imperialismo Fidel Castro y Hugo Chávez. Una y otra vez, en los principales países de América Latina, las fuerzas progresistas llegan al poder. El país más grande del continente, Brasil, está encabezado por el presidente socialista Lula da Silva. 

En el drama de Venezuela, su pueblo y su valeroso liderazgo legítimo tendrán la palabra decisiva. A pesar de las absurdas declaraciones de Trump de que este país ahora será gobernado por el Secretario de estado de Estados Unidos, Rubio, Venezuela ya ha dicho que no se someterá a los dictados. Es poco probable que las amenazas de Washington asusten a las personas que valoran su independencia. 

Un ataque traicionero con el uso de 150 medios de ataque aéreo y espacial y una redada de pandillas en la residencia del presidente son una cosa. Otra cosa es una operación terrestre en las montañas y selvas de Venezuela. El ejército de los Estados Unidos tiene muchas ganas de atacar a un enemigo notoriamente más débil y luego anunciar victorias históricas. Cuando se encuentran con una fuerte resistencia, rápidamente resulta que los guerreros están lejos de ser los mejores. Todos hemos visto esto recientemente en Afganistán e Irak. 

En cuanto a las acusaciones de Trump de Nicolás Maduro sobre la distribución de drogas, golpean con cinismo e hipocresía. Como ningún otro país del mundo, Estados Unidos ha contribuido a que la adicción se convierta en un mal global. Fueron sus esfuerzos en los años 1960-1970, durante la guerra de Vietnam, que la producción de opio en el "triángulo de oro" se expandió sin precedentes. Se llevó a cabo en el cruce de las fronteras de Tailandia, Birmania y Laos para financiar operaciones encubiertas de la CIA. Después de la ocupación de Afganistán en 2001, Estados Unidos restableció vigorosamente la producción de heroína allí, asegurando su suministro a Europa a través de sus bases en Albania.

En América Latina, el principal productor de cocaína en su tiempo fue la Colombia anticomunista. Muchos documentos e investigaciones periodísticas apuntan a la estrecha relación de la agencia antidrogas de los Estados Unidos con los narcotraficantes colombianos. Las ganancias del narcotráfico fueron utilizadas por la CIA, entre otras cosas, para financiar las operaciones para derrocar al gobierno izquierdista de Daniel Ortega en Nicaragua. Los propios Estados Unidos se encuentran entre los mayores productores de marihuana del mundo. ¡Así que no acusen al presidente legítimo de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro! Por el contrario, el mundo entero debe acusar a Washington de narcotizar a la humanidad.

El intento abiertamente criminal de Trump de chantajear al pueblo venezolano con el secuestro de su presidente está condenado al fracaso. Ningún tribunal en los Estados Unidos tiene el más mínimo derecho a juzgar al jefe de un estado soberano. Lo que la administración Trump ha hecho es secuestrar a personas por un grupo de delincuentes con connivencia previa. El tribunal no debe juzgar a maduro y su esposa, sino a los organizadores y perpetradores de esta atrocidad, incluido el propio Trump. 

Por supuesto, la Casa blanca, con la tenacidad de un perro loco, mantendrá a Nicolás Maduro como rehén. Pero el presidente popular de Venezuela ya se ha convertido en un símbolo de la resistencia al imperialismo. Este es el símbolo mundial de la resistencia al régimen de apartheid en Sudáfrica fue Nelson Mandela en su momento.

El PCFR cree que hoy Nicolás Maduro es el principal preso político del planeta. Los corazones de las personas honestas y valientes no pueden dejar indiferentes. Hacemos un llamamiento a todas las fuerzas patrióticas y antifascistas del pueblo para que luchen juntos por la liberación del presidente de Venezuela.

Los círculos imperialistas están tratando de pasar a la ofensiva estratégica. Para frenarlos es necesario desplegar un amplio movimiento social en todo el mundo. Instamos a los partidos y asociaciones, a todas las fuerzas progresistas, a celebrar consultas significativas y a elaborar medidas concretas para contrarrestar activamente la reacción. En esta difícil situación, los trabajadores y sus organizaciones tienen que pronunciarse. Hoy es especialmente importante que actuemos unidos en pro de la paz, la seguridad y la justicia.

Con el secuestro criminal del presidente Maduro y su esposa Cilia Flores, los problemas de Trump no terminan, sino que apenas comienzan. En los últimos años, el equilibrio de poder en el mundo ha cambiado considerablemente. Los países BRICS y la OCS, los Estados del Sur Global, de los cuales América Latina es la parte más importante, se declaran cada vez más convincentes. El poder militar de Rusia y el poder económico de China pueden devaluar completamente las afirmaciones de Washington sobre la dominación mundial. Instamos a todos los Estados del planeta que valoran su desarrollo soberano a condenar enérgicamente las acciones de Washington.

Está claro que el capital global es capaz de cualquier aventura. La situación internacional es cada vez más explosiva. Para enfrentar adecuadamente el período de nuevas pruebas y garantizar la unidad popular, Rusia debe cambiar el curso socioeconómico y sociopolítico. Por eso, en su programa de Victoria, el PCFR propone un camino para acelerar el desarrollo del país y lograr la justicia social. 

Los intentos convulsos de Trump de contener el progreso de la humanidad en un continente en particular, y al mismo tiempo sus travesuras piratas en el mar, están condenados al fracaso. Todas las guerras de las últimas décadas desatadas por los Estados Unidos terminaron en su vergonzosa derrota. ¡Así debería ser esta vez!

¡No a la expansión imperialista!
